The workers are friendly every time we order, they have a drive thru window for easy access for over the phone orders, & the food is spectacular. Thank you for filling the void!

This is one of the Best Mexican restaurants. Homemade, authentic, nice variety, clean, and friendly staff. This is a little gem on the outskirts of Eagle Lake that is a must visit.

My husband and I had a late lunch at the family owned Taqueria Azteca. We ordered 2 Horchata drink, 1 chicken gorditas, 1 chicken enchilada and 1 steak tostada. The food was very well seasoned, fresh and delicious. Our waitress was super sweet and helpful. The restaurant was clean and painted with bright colors. We definitely recommend this restaurant and we will visit again.

This was such a nice little hole in the wall restaurant! The food was some of the best Mexican food I've had in a LONG time! Our waitress was sweet too, didn't catch her name but I appreciated the service. I had the #12 which was chipotle enchiladas I believe, and there was a LOT of flavor in the chicken. Overall I'd absolutely come back thanks for the wonderful experience :)

Had lunch on 1 30 22 I had the "hurache" topped with beef fajita I have never eaten that and did not even know what it was Trying to be more adventurous in my latter years I liked it Will try it again with different meats 4 19 22 excellent Huevos mexicana 6 3 22 First time to try the Wednesday and Friday buffet Excellent Come early at 11 to miss the crowd

Stopped here for lunch on our way through town on Memorial Day. The service was good and the food was delicious. We had Cantu's plate with enchiladas and street tacos and grilled chicken gorditas.

The first time my husband and I stopped at this place and it was worth it. We were heading to San Antonio and we always passed this place up but we decided to stop on Friday, to try out their food. Wow, if we have know about this place , we would have stop way before. The service when we walked in was very welcoming. The inside was nice and clean and cute decorations. I ordered Gorditas but I should have ordered only one cause they come very full. They sell them by 3 or singles but I thought I could eat two but there was no way. My husband got a got two tacos , one of fajitas and pastor.He didn’t like his tortillas and wished he had gotten corn but the meat was so good in taste that he didn’t care and still ate the tacos. My gorditas was with fajitas and cheese and beans . Those things were so good and freshly made. I forced myself to eat two.If they only had margaritas that would be awesome but instead we had a beer and michiladas. They made the mix of the micheladas perfect. Need to stop by often when we are passing by.

Flies! My son's thanks were SLAMMIN though. My steak was ok. Service was great! Just beware of the flies. Would still recommend.

Ordered over the phone. Asked for 1 order of 3 quesadillas. Received 3 tacos instead. Maybe it was miscommunication, but I made sure to reiterate it about five times over the phone that I wanted three full orders of quesadillas. Also ordered the shrimp brochette. Tasted AMAZING. Most of the food tastes wonderful, especially the shrimp. The salsa they serve here is not it though. It doesn't even taste like salsa. Then got to the beans. Which tasted amazing UNTIL, I took a bite and realized they have chopped up hot dogs in them... never been to a Mexican restaurant and had beans with hot dogs. Maybe actual pork but not this. It was gross. Overall, some food is fantastic, but some food is a complete miss. Communication isn't great. Probably will not come back. Compared to other Mexican restaurants in town, this place is not it. Sorry.
