Small, neighborhood pub where locals frequent. Decently-priced tap and bottle beer, wine, and cocktails. Play NY Lotto numbers and see your winners come up on a tv monitor. Cash-only, but convenient ATM on premises. Pool table, darts, sports TVs. No grill, just chips, but you can bring in your own carry-out to eat with your pints. Normally, plenty of free nearby street parking. Friday and Saturday evenings most crowded weekly. Charlie's annually sponsors golf and bowling tournaments to support local food bank. 7-1-21 UPDATE - Charlie's re-opened with new hours, 11a-10p, and NO MASKS for fully-vaccinated guests! So, you now can enjoy your cold pints and long necks as well as a great time at Minoa's favorite pub.

Kind of a townie bar, but good stuff. Not quite a hole in the wall, but almost. A good place.
