Nice little corner restaurant in a small farming area village. If you're traveling the New York Thruway, and you're looking for a warm, authentic, country style place to eat... this is the spot. It's about 10 minutes off the highway, but it's a straight shot, and well worth it.

Found this restaurant as I was going to a viewing at a funeral home. Cannot say enough about this place. Wonderful, fresh food. Pleasant waitress. Reminded me of the times when I was younger and a home type restaurant.

One of our favorite places for breakfast. Everything is always fresh and service is great! I love that when tomatoes are in season they use local instead of the tasteless tomatoes other restaurants use. Also, the kids love the train!

Omelet was huge, prices were not too bad. Food was delicious. Eggs and toast for the second breakfast was cooked well. Tea was good too. Service was friendly. Coffee was fresh too. Decor was nice. Loved seeing the older things on the walls. Other people were quick w a smile. Open at an early hour. Nice chance of pace to try someplace new. Loved to switch it up.

Good home cooked meal. I had a turkey fruit and nut salad which was delicious. My friend had the hot turkey sandwich which he said was delicious. Great comfort foods! We didn't have any pie but it looked fantastic.

Amazing! We only live a few miles away but could never find much information on the place. We decided to buck up and try it, and we're very glad we did. The food was fantastic, the wait staff were so nice and accommodating, the OWNER was so kind and helping, and the atmosphere is definitely that of a diner. The people all know one another, it's a relaxed setting, every single person is smiling, the desserts are great, and the food comes out fast. The coffee is ok.. It's not bad, but it's doable. Everything else was great. Will definitely be back.

We went for breakfast, food was good. Everyone was happy, especially the kids with their Mickey pancakes! The waitress was great. Another waitress put the train on for the kids to see! Very nice people and great atmosphere

Wonderful comfortable cafe in Eden. The food is great. We love their breakfasts! I especially like the delicious pancakes and wait til you see the size of them! From pancakes to soup and sandwiches to dinner specials we have never been disappointed. The staff is also wonderful-friendly and accommodating.

Excellent service and comparable food to the service. My server was awesome. I wish I could remember her name, but I am exceptionally bad at remembering single interaction names. That's on me. Get the biggest breakfast, and go home happy with leftovers you will want to eat even beyond being full.

Lots of nostalgic items inside and on the walls as pictures and even a scale model train on rails above the dining area which include rail cars with local businesses as advertising on the cars. Many breakfast items and specials daily.

Stopped in on a Wednesday. Had the meatloaf dinner. Very generous serving (3 thick slabs of meatloaf) with French onion soup. Got a slice of apple pie to go. Reminded me of my grandma's. Waitress was very attentive and outgoing. All in all, an awesome experience. Will definitely be returning!

Full of charm and warmth, like your grandmother's kitchen.. I had the western omelet, it was big and delicious. It was a Sunday and fairly busy but my coffee was kept full. I look forward to my next visit.

I had the best macaroni salad I've ever had in my life and I normally don't eat macaroni salad. If that doesn't convince you to come here then I don't know what else does.

Soups were outstanding, seriously, 5 stars. The rueben sandwiches were average at best. Service was excellent.

Food is decent and better than the average area fish fry. However in this new post COVID time was surprised upon picking up the 2 fish dinners for takeout that price was above $40 plus tip and portions were considerably smaller than a couple years ago. Could be takeout is more expensive than dine in due to these fancy new containers since the banning of Styrofoam??

They told us to seat ourselves, but then we waited over five minutes for them to even drop off menus. Have to say, hate waiting like that. Food was well above average, homestyle menu, great soups. Sever forgot some sides. She looked pretty flustered compared to the other servers. Gotta cut the tough part off the asparagus end too. Nice dessert list.

Best thing around for miles

I have been here a few times for breakfast which was delish then I came for dinner not so much I had pea soup which was very salty then I had chicken and rice soup again salty I had roast beef I do not like deli roast beef cook a roast and make it good lay off the salt in the soup

I had the turkey sandwich and on wheat toast with lettuce tomato and onion and side of mayonnaise. generous portions of Turkey. tomatoes were some decent quality. and the toast was still hot when served. had a hot fudge sundae and it was some decent quality ice cream although the fudge could have been warmed up a little more.

I make a practice of trying Reuben sandwiches at new places....most are good....not so much here. It was overly toasted, and the meat was tough. That being said...the service was good, and the waitress was friendly. I didn't hate it....but I didn't love it. I would give it another try...so....

2 out of 3 of us had the fish fry, 2 out of the 3 of us had issues.

This place unfortunately went way doen hill since the new owners came in. The place always seems to be closed when we went, its so hard to get breakfast unless u get there early, and the waitresses seem to give a hard time about everything you ask for. The old owners used to let me have breakfast at any time and went out of their way to make us happy! I miss them! Pleasee bring them back!

Callled ahead they told me to be here at 530 and it took 45 minutes after to get my food that is how long it should take in restaurant not calling ahead unexceptional if I could give a 0 I would they did not give all my items I had to go back to get it 0 stars

Family and I have frequented here before in the past for breakfast with no problems, But my family consisting of my two daughters a 12 month old and a 7 year old , we went in for a dinner this past Friday night, The girls ordered of kids menu and we both got fish frys, Our waitress was very rude and acted like either she didnt want to serve us or we were bothering her, Our food came out my wifes Bake potato was hard as a rock on the outside and barely edible on inside, My daughters macaroni and cheese was cold and not edible for her either, We wanted to send it back to kitchen but our waitress never bothered to check on us during on our meal, Never got refills on our drinks or even asked how are food was. Remember we have been here before with no issues. So I'm trying to figure out what the issue was this past Friday early evening , there was maybe 5-6 other tables that had customers so it wasnt crazy busy for the size of the place. Very disappointed in the service and staff from that night. It will be a while before we come back to Four corners restaurant.
