Heaven on a plate & great service. Our waitress Alexandra was an absolute delight, interacting with our kids and very friendly and smiley. We’ve eaten hear a few times, have a drink around the pool bar, take in the views. Gorgeous.

Last night dinner was great! I discovered spicy edamame and I enjoyed the classics like black cod, yellowtail sashimi and tiradito... Also semi fredo! And an amazing customer service! I’ll be back next time I visit Ibiza!

We had a marvelous lunch at this seaside spot in the Nobu hotel. I enjoyed the simple, yet enormous burratta starter with Juliet cherry tomatoes and the authentic Valencian paella which was almost splendid. The Spanish alternative for Provense rosé and the glassed girl that waited our table were the highlights of this complete lunch. Just a word of advice, take starters to share and not per person since the portions of these are quite big.

Lovely spot for a long breakfast with the family. Toes in the sand, attentive staff and a good selection of food. It am isn’t cheap but it’s Nobu and Ibiza so not really much of a surprise :)

Delicious lunch by the beach at Nobu Bay. My octopus was amazing - perfectly grilled and seasoned, beautiful served and delivered. Burger was brought by request - thanks for lovely service. Indoor/outdoor seating. Prices are ok in this area, so we enjoyed this restaurant a lot. Well deserved 5 stars.

Chambo By the Beach is the Nobu Ibiza Bay Hotel restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch. It is a casual place with indoor and outdoor seating. The food is made fresh to order and the atmosphere is relaxed and casual. It was a great place to grab a pizza or a sandwich while enjoying the Ibiza Sun.

Ristorante stupendo, una certezza e un'eccellenza presente in tutto il mondo. Situato all'interno del Nobu Hotel Ibiza offre un parcheggio custodito abbastanza ampio, facile anche da raggiungere con il taxi. Servizio molto attendo e accurato nel soddisfare a pieno il cliente. Pesce freschissimo, si scioglie in bocca. Abbiamo assaggiato delle crudité di gamberi, salmone e tonno molto fresche. Per seguire con dei tacos all'aragosta e lime molto gradevoli al palato. Per finire abbiamo preso dei roll vari con accostamenti abbastanza normali, sempre molto freschi e leggeri. Prezzo giusto per quanto mangiato, per il servizio e per il posto meraviglioso. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

We had walked past Nobu on our way back from Ibiza town the night before, and at midnight the atmosphere looked very alluring. So we turned up for lunch at about 3.00pm when the restaurant was emptying. Greeted by an eloquent front of house who found us a table in the partial shade. Service was a little patchy as we received our menus etc but sped up during the meal. Opted for a 40 euro set lunch for one and a bento box for myself. Having seen some reviews deriding the sushi, I can state that they know not what they say. The bento box was stunning ... Essentially four courses in one including the signature black cod. With wine we were just above 100 euro for two. Room for improvement in service but this was a lazy lunch for us and didn't spoil a thing. The view as you can see from the photos is stunning. Nobu stands above many others on the island. A set of drunken food journalists were sat next to us being buttered up by the head of house and working their way through the cocktail menu with an increasingly boisterous volume. Reminded me of why I choose direct reviews rather than the over-lubricated press.

I’ve been in a few others NOBU before, to be honest is one of the best, service was brilliant (staff have the knowledge about food, allergies and intolerance) , food was amazing! I will be back for sure! Thanks NOBU-Ibiza staff! ✌🏼

This is a very good restaurant to go to if you want to eat lunch either if you are in the hotel or not. It has a small but delicious menu made by great chefs and isn’t that expensive for its taste. Food I will recommend is the borata salad and the avocado salad, then the salmon and the pardon peppers. Though the service wasn’t that professional and the atmosphere isn’t that “special”, it’s a place worth to eat in

El chico de la zona de las hamacas súper agradable , nos reservo mesa en el restaurante CHAMBAO y nos encantó, Azahara la camarera un encanto súper simpática y profesional en el trato y servicio. Sin duda destacó desde mi experiencia la amabilidad y simpatía de todo el personal .. ENORABUENA !! EL AÑO QUE VIENE VOLVEMOS SIN DUDA.

Beautiful hotel just as you would expect from Nobu. The service was good and we had a helpful and attentive waiter. For me the food wasn't up to Nobu standard which was disappointing. Overall a nice experience.

Chambao By the Beach is a perfect, casual option if you’re in the mood for a quick - yet pretty high-quality - pizza, or to grab a quick lemonade or soda, or perhaps to enjoy some squid or octopus. The food is pretty delicious, and quite simple - the pizza is cheesy and crispy, the french fries are thinly cut and the grilled seafood is nicely cooked. The location is equally great: it’s at the heart of the Nobu 5-star Hotel, which is next to a beach - very convenient, as you can go back and forth from beach to food. There’s also a kids pool a few meters away, and kids can splash around whilst having quick bites in-between. About fifty yards away from that, a ‘Quiet Pool’ is available for those who would like to escape the loud splashing of kids and immerse themselves in a peaceful atmosphere. The service is decent, too - the food comes quite fast, and requests are usually carried out quickly. If you’re waiting for a table, and there’s a dirty table that needs to be cleared up, staff will be able to seat you in under three minutes. There’s only one problem with Chambao - that’s the prices. Prices are waaay overpriced - even water is luxury here. Take a normal price, at four euros to it and then double it, and then perhaps you’d get close to what the prices are at Chambao.

Fortunate enough to enjoy hotel room breakfast here. Awesome buffet and hot food options. Coffee is excellent and fresh orange juice a joy 🍊 We picked a lazy Sunday for brunch. Sat outside and very warm so perfect Perhaps a table a bit earlier would help as eating at 3pm felt a wee bit rushed with end of service at 4pm Great wine (Albarino), tasty starters (mussels we're the best we've had!) And a very very good seafood paella 🥘 Plenty of seafood in there too. Which is often nor the case elsewhere Enjoyed it. Outside tables recommended in good weather

The food is great. They had a lot of vegan options (not just eggplant) for some people in our group. The jalepeno yellowtail was our favorite. The spicy edamame was also surprisingly good! The service was a little bit slow as it took 20 minutes for our waiter to get to our table and the restaurant wasn't that busy.

On the last Thursday of our stay in Ibiza we decided to give Nobu Ibiza a try. I consider myself a true epicure. The service was impeccable but the way one of the managers was treating the staff was not appropriate for the customers eyes, in my opinion. I noticed that everyone who entered was greeted by the staff or bartenders. Only we weren’t fortunate enough to get this treatment. I mean if you offer an experience you should give do it. For the food I have been consuming in my 29 years of life never have I experienced such an explosion in my mouth. You feel the freshness of the fish, rice, and meat. Everything just slowly melts on your tongue. At one point during the evening I felt a little bit hurried up to finish. I don’t know if this is because you should keep ordering or you should order everything you want at the beginning when you have the menu in front of you. Would I go back? Yes, for sure but only if I get the same experience as everyone else who enters.

I have been to many Nobu restaurants and this one I found OK! Food was good! Service was OK I could tell they were trying really hard but couldn’t give any recommendations on drinks or dishes. Over priced compared to other venues

As a guest of the hotel, I had both breakfast and lunch here on different occasions. At the time I stayed, the breakfast was 44 EUR (expensive). For that was a pretty good buffet with gluten free and vegan options labelled throughout. There was a cooked menu you could select from. There were also local Ibiza produce, Iberian ham, fresh fruit and bread etc. The buffet was great but I had an omelette one day and it was horrible. Could have come with a bit more flavour. I also had lunch there twice. Once was roast salmon and the other was a tuna salad. Both were really nice for a hotel restaurant and to be able to sit outside in the sun/umbrella was lovely. Only, the it closed early so not available for dinner which is such a pity. In both cases, service was good, but hard to get anyone's attention. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here but as a hotel guest it was great to have downstairs.

Location carina, ma esperienza deludente. Prezzi altissimi rispetto alla qualità e quantità dei piatti. Cibo discreto, nulla di speciale. Il servizio è cortese, ma non giustifica il conto. Inoltre, la mancia viene aggiunta automaticamente allo scontrino finale. Si paga più per il nome e l’atmosfera che per ciò che arriva nel piatto. Non lo consiglierei.

Absurde prijzen. Restaurant is mooi masr niet eens de top in Ibiza. Eten is op zich goed maar ook weer niet zo bijzonder dat het de prijzen rechtvaardigd. Voor een maaltijd zijn zeker 4 gerechten nodig. Reken op €150 aan eten pp excl peperduur water en/of wijn. Er loopt te veel personeel rond die zich zichtbaar aan t vervelen zijn. Ook de ingestudeerde "yell" die het personeel liet horen toen we naar onze tafel werden begeleid had voor mij echt niet gehoeven. Misschien dat een aantal Russen dat aanspreekt. Is dan misschien ook wel de toekomstige doelgroep.....

Please Don't go...you can find many other better Japanese restaurants in Ibiza. Very ultra Extremely pricy for a simple sushi, insane, and the place looks standard, not luxury. So we felt very silly paying such amount of money for a regular sushi... we have been in many others nobu and this one is far away to be part of the group.

El peor de los Nobus. Calidad pésima. Extreamly expensive.

La caricature des restaurants branchouilles : ridiculement cher pour une nourriture certe correcte mais pas non plus exceptionnel. Les boissons en revanche, je n'ai jamais vu ca. 2 cocktails à 20€ absolument insipides, aucun goût, des verres d'eau ! Et la sangria de cava à 120€ le pichet (!!!) : absolument aucun goût ! Un véritable pichet de flotte à 120€ ! Le cadre est joli en revanche. Mais globalement c'est grotesque. Ibiza regorge d'excellent restaurants chic, surtout n'allez pas ici !! Ou au minimum prenez du vin !

Cobran la propina sin avisar, servicio malo y lento. 9 euros la cerveza, ni de coña vengáis a este sitio. Vaya cara duras sois cobrando sin avisar la propina. 2 mesas y 25 minutos para tomar nota con 7 camareros que no sé qué hacen. Impresentables.

Es fatal, he estado en varios NOBU en el mundo pero este restaurante no se que paso pero el servicio muy malo, la calidad de los productos no es el mismo. Pedí un sashimi toro y me trajeron otro de. En or calidad como si uno ko sabe lo que pide. No volverá ere nunca a
