⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A gem that deserves a better rating! Honestly, I don't understand why this place has such a low rating. From what I've read in other reviews, it seems they changed owners or management, and honestly, you can see the effort they've put into providing good service and quality. I went on my brother's recommendation and took my son. He loved it! He ordered the waffle with Nutella, strawberries, and marshmallows, and it was incredible. I tried the New York sandwich and loved it; special mention goes to the fries, which are simply spectacular. The only thing I would suggest for improvement: It would be great if they allowed customers to swap the soda or coffee for water in the combo meals, to have another option. Other than that, everything was excellent. Highly recommended! 😉😁

The waffles are amazing! I tried the waffles with sweetened condensed milk and vanilla ice cream, and I also ordered a cold brew that was very good. They have a variety of maple flavors; my favorite was strawberry! I highly recommend them!

Wafflegg is super delicious! The texture of the waffles is phenomenal, the chicken isn't dry and the egg is fresh, and the fries are crispy and balanced with salt. The only thing that lowers its rating is the food court, but it's a plaza, so that's understandable. Other than that, the staff is friendly, the facilities look clean, and the food is excellent. The price is good too. I'll definitely return to Wafflegg 💞

The food is tasty, I won't deny it, but the quality of what I received was disappointing. I took advantage of the 2-for-1 deal. I ordered a Big Smash and a Burgegg, and the egg that was supposed to go inside the Burgegg was inside my Big Smash, and the pickles from my Big Smash were inside my Burgegg. I understand that was done by mistake and due to distraction, okay. But the burger bun was completely burnt, oh boy, they went too far.

I ordered some waffles, very tasty, honestly, no complaints about the food, but the service was terrible. I arrived and said hello, but the guy/gentleman (with a beard, about 35 years old or older) who was there (I don't know if he was the owner or the manager) didn't answer me, he just looked at me and continued on his cell phone. So I was checking what I was going to order and grabbed a menu. I stood there for a while and he didn't serve me, until a very friendly girl from the kitchen had to come out and take my order, and that's when the guy (with a beard) came over to give me the ticket. When I went to pick up my waffle, it was handed to me by another very friendly guy from the kitchen who told me that I could put honey or jam on it to my liking, but that he would give me a sealed packet of jam, so I took a small container they have there to put some maple syrup in and I was leaving when the bearded man said to me, oh if you've already had that honey then you can keep this jam and he removed the jam that the other guy had put on me from my tray, and since he turned around and went back to his cell phone, I really disliked it, his attitude was very arrogant as if he was doing me a favor, I had no desire to buy again. They should really train the person in charge of the business, or choose another one that doesn't look that bad.

Básicamente no le llegan a los de Cholula y 45 minutos para un Clásico? Es increíblemente tardado. El servicio es bueno.

Estoy esperando mi comida y mientras espero veo como la persona que me atendió en caja se está peinando, planchando el cabello y maquillando en el área de cocina lo cual se me hace súper antihigiénico.

After standing at the counter for six minutes waiting, the young woman serving me asked, "Would you like anything?" She wasn't even at the counter. I asked her what kind of way to answer, and she replied rudely, "Well, a lot of people just stand there looking and don't order." I told her what a terrible way to respond, and she asked, "Do you have a problem with my answer?" and went on and on. I said I would report her. She refused to give her name and said, "The person you know isn't part of the team anymore," even though I know the owner.

I ordered a Country Smash and everything tasted relatively good, except for the dressing or something that tasted terrible (it might have been maple), which made me force myself to finish it. I don't know what it was, but it tasted awful, and the aftertaste lingered in my mouth all day. The fries were good, but that burger in particular: 0/10

The staff was attentive, but that's all. The portion wasn't what I expected. The chicken they served was horrible; it looked like it had been reheated two days earlier (as seen in the photo). The bacon was poorly fried, and the waffle was salvageable. I finished it because I don't like to waste food, but it was truly horrible.

Very expensive for what it is, they have almost no filling and the waffles taste like pancake batter you can make at home, it's not worth it, it doesn't even take away your hunger, and everything is very expensive, small portions, I don't recommend it.
