I had such a wonderful experience with Ian at Pizza Hut! From the moment she answered the phone to take my order, she was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. She made the whole process smooth and pleasant, and it genuinely felt like I was speaking with someone who truly cares about customer service. When I arrived to pick up my order, she was just as warm and friendly in person. It’s rare to come across someone with such a positive attitude and great energy. I was in town visiting a friend and needed to grab a quick bite—what better choice than pizza, right? I ordered through the Pizza Hut app, selected “current location” while sitting in the parking lot of Pizza Hut, assuming it would connect me to the right store. Turns out, the order went to a different location down the same street. When I pulled up to the drive-through and realized the mix-up, Ashley, the store manager, was incredibly understanding and accommodating. She didn’t hesitate to offer a credit for the inconvenience, and even let me apply it under my friend’s name since I was just visiting. Excellent customer service—Ashlee definitely went above and beyond!

As far as their pizza is concerned, it’s pretty average or basic pizza. Nothing fancy. I will say their pizza is filling if nothing else. It’s basic pizza. The restaurant is close by, but I don’t think they are serving people indoors anymore at this restaurant.

This is what we got for 40.00+ dollars. Fast delivery horrible cook and prepare. Toppings are burned and tossed on. Not evenly spread out. Bottom was so soggy I had to put in my oven to cook more.

Store is dark setting area is closed off and just lobbys open.. kitchen area is blocked off so u can't see what's happening back there.. just sketchy

Before the Covid remodel service was okay...not even great but Def went down the drain after reopening recently. Don’t waste your time ! 3rd time buying pizza here since moving in town! And it absolutely suck I don’t know who is working when my pizzas were made but they need to be fired! And that manager Sebastian with the baby teeth had an attitude when I told them about my complaints DONT eat here

On March 16th 2025 we order some food for my four hungry kids we kept checking the app to see if the food had arrived but nothing.so while walking our dog outside my daughter was walking by the parking lot and just so happen to look at the cars outside and sure enough on the trunk of our neighbor's car was our order I tried calling 20 minutes before they closed and got no response I even went up to the building to see if I could talk to someone but they had shut down the place 20 to 25 minutes early. On the app it didn't show that it was delivered we received no text message no phone calls regarding our meal.

The pizza dough on 2 medium Supreme pizzas was raw...worst Pizza Hut experience ever. I guess...after giving them a tip for doing their job on a pickup pizza...ensuring quality is not a function of the job. The place feels like a funeral home.
