This particular location was so impressive. The food was so delicious. We were a party of 17 and our server, Lorenzo, was so fabulous. Although we were such a large party, our glasses were always full along with our biscuit basket. He was very attentive and so positive. We will definitely return. I've been to restaurants where they assign 2 servers to a party of this size, yet Lorenzo gave us the best service we ever had. I highly recommend this location to everyone.

When we got there we waited 15 minutes to make our drink orders because the waitress didn’t see us. BUT she apologized and then definitely made up for it by bringing bread and drinks very fast, our food came out very fast and she kept an eye on us for anything we needed. Cartera our waitress was awesome. She came by enough for us to enjoy our meal without being interrupted unnecessarily. The establishment was clean inside and out. We got there as the sun was setting. The view from our booth was very special the clouds made the sunset even more spectacular.

We went for dinner to celebrate our mom's birthday. Our server, Diego, was amazing! He was quick, attentive and even moved the lighting around for us so we could get a great picture with our mom! Recently, I enjoyed a dinner at the Red Lobster located in El Paso, Texas, the Cielo Vista Mall location. We were celebrating a student’s academic success, and she brought her boyfriend with her, who had never been to Red Lobster. Our waitress, Aydrie, made everyone feel welcome; she gifted my student a free lobster tail, gave her a Red Lobster congratulatory card, and was attentive to our needs, making the boyfriend’s first time at your establishment a pleasant one. I want to single Aydrie out for her exemplary service and demeanor. We could have gone anywhere to celebrate my student’s academic performance, and I’m glad we chose Red Lobster. :)

Went in today to grab takeout for lunch, food is amazing 1st time at a Red Lobster in El paso in general and they did right by the brand, hope the quality remains consistent. hostess gentleman at the door is kind, the to go section personnel with the blond hair horrible service, so much so my appetite went away for a bit. I’m so glad the food is of great standard. The place is huge, so give grace if a bit of wait. Next time I’ll order Curbside to not deal with such a terrible lady.

I ordered the Crab 2 ways with Old Bay and throughly enjoyed my meal. 2 large clusters of nice large crab legs, drawn butter and the crispy potatoes. The crab was cooked perfectly and it was very sweet. Now the crowning glory on this meal was my server Mabel. What a sweet and knowledgeable young lady. Food came fast and she checked on me periodically to ensure the meal was good and refill drinks as needed. This is the kind of server and service that you wished there was more of. This Red Lobster is located in the parking lot of Cielo Vista mall and easily accessible from Gateway West. It does have a very accommodating level handicap ramp and parking on both sides. The location is very clean inside and out. I've been to this one several times. It's very dark inside. They were very short staffed. The door greeter had an amazing accent and was super helpful. With the endless shrimp special they should really have more staff. Our server was friendly and great but had too many tables to be efficient. We were waiting over 30 minutes for food and to reorder for endless shrimp took even longer. Food tastes spectacular. Highly suggest more staff or take it to go if you don't have that kind of time.

Came in on a Friday for a dinner with my sister. We had such great service!! Rose was sweet and attentive to our needs. The food was great we had the stuffed mushrooms, shrimp scampi, and the surf and turf. The location was clean and would recommend this location!

Server was very slow and inattentive, not sure if he was new or not. We waited for long periods of time for him to ask for anything we needed. Towards the end, the manager came over to apologize for the slow service and offered free dessert. She was very nice and we did take her up on her offer. She also allowed my 5 yr old son to touch the live lobsters before leaving 😊

Went with my Maria's for the first time and for my early birthday celebration. It was really odd cause there was practically no one there and plenty of tables but it still took them a long time to seat us and to bring out our food. But other then that our waiter was awesome and the food was great.

I told the waitress as soon as we sat down that it was my wife's birthday and she said great we'll sing to her and give her cake and ice cream, and at the end she brought nothing but the bill and nothing else she forgot or didn't care,she did change after bringing us the food,she looked mad.

Everything was great except for the sirloin steak — it was a bit dry and tough. However, our waitress, Adreyanna, was amazing. She was so sweet, attentive, and helpful with the menu, and she got all of our orders correct. She definitely made our dine-in experience very pleasant.

This is still a staple of quality food, service, and atmosphere. And in today's market, a very good price for lobsterfest!

Everything here was great, the server was the lowest point but that by no means, means she was bad. I just would have appreciated being waited on more frequently, asked about our drinks and also a fresh constant flow of biscuits without having to ask for them, as red lobster trends to have at most red lobster establishments. Although we were informed that the biscuits are going fast and are being baked and constantly sent out, we did still have to ask if she could check on them to get our first and refilled batches of biscuits.

We had a party of 6 people and ended up with two servers for some reason. Candice was waiting on my husband and I and service was mid. She took a long time to get us refills, bring our boxes, bring us our check and close us out. It was not a busy night by the way. When paying, my husband handed her the credit card and said “can we also get a key lime pie to go.” She said yes and left to charge the card. She came back with our receipts to sign and left. We waited 15 minutes for the pie to go. It was never brought out to us. When she finally returned she said she needed our receipt back because she wasn’t sure if she had added it to our receipt. I told her I no longer wanted the pie then because I was not willing to wait another 15 minutes for it. At that point I had enough and let her know we asked her for the to go pie and she said yes and took our card to close us out. She smiled and said “oh yeah I know, I forgot. Sorry about that.” And that was it. She didn’t seem like she cared too much for her mistake nor offered a solution. I don’t want anything free, don’t try to offer your “apologies” or a discount. Just have more empathetic employees who actually care for the customers. I will be steering clear of the cielo vista red lobster and will only be going to the Joe battle location, where I have yet to have a bad experience. Hi, we went in for the lobster fest and shrimp. The lobster was extremely dry not fresh at all. White rice was also very dry and didn't taste delicious, like at all. Teriyaki breaded lobster was way too salty and dry, lobster Mac was dry. Red Lobster fumbled bad today. Service was ok. Napkins, silverware,biscuits weren't received until 45 min later. Restaurant wasn't busy. But the kitchen may have been slammed (idk) but nothing about the experience was beautiful nor delicious. I do not recommend. I highly recommend any other seafood restaurant other than this one. I DO NOT RECOMMEND A very sad experience

First, I want to say thank you to the waitress that was attending us, who was very polite. Unfortunately, secondly, our food service was unacceptable. We waited almost an hour for our food, when we got it all three of our orders were missing sides or had completely brought something different from what we ordered. It was cold. And in my plate personally I had 2 long pieces of hair inside my lobster and shrimp. I use to love this place, I dont know what happened to good service.

My experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. I waited approximately 40 minutes to be assigned a table, even though there were several visibly unoccupied tables in the dining area. The lack of explanation or communication during the wait was frustrating. Once seated, my order was taken without delay; however, the food took nearly an hour to arrive, despite the fact that the order was not particularly complex. At no point was I informed that there would be an extended preparation time, nor was any explanation offered for the delay. I understand that there may be days with high demand, but communication with customers is essential. A simple notice regarding the expected wait time would have been a professional and considerate gesture. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression and did not meet the level of service one would expect from a well-known chain restaurant.

I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to Red Lobster. The service was extremely slow from start to finish, and the staff was not welcoming — including the manager. It felt very unprofessional overall. At one point, several employees were circled around eating in front of customers, which didn’t look appropriate while guests were waiting and service was already delayed. It added to the feeling that customer experience wasn’t a priority. Our food arrived cold, and the quality was just mid at best — definitely not worth the wait or the price. This location is not the same as it used to be. I will say our waitress did try, and we’re grateful for her effort. Unfortunately, the overall experience and management overshadowed that. Not worth coming back in its current state.

We were party of 6, those that got crab said it was delicious! Food overall was decent……from what we received. My daughter’s order was brought out incorrectly, sides came out AFTER we had to ask for them. The order was cancelled for my daughter due to her being hungry so she ate from my food, which is fine but the service was just terrible. The wait was lengthy which would have been fine had it not been for the lack of courteous customer service. The waiters/waitresses all had other things on their mind then attending customers. They were all congregating at the hostess area too just loudly talking and cackling it was uncomfortable. We went at a time that was busy but not so jam packed that it would account for the lack of service and slow food times.

Let's get one thing clear. Tips are optional!! My family and I went out to eat today at this red lobster. When we were done I requested the receipt to pay. When I paid I added a few dollars for the tip even though the waiter didn't provide excellent customer service. As my family and I were walking out the waiter was making fun of the tip and showing it to another worker. If we didn't like your customer service we are not going to tip you the way you should if you provided excellent customer service but in this case you did not.

Arrived after work for a table of one. Had to wait while they cleaned a table to seat me. Waitress took my order and said she would be right back with biscuits. Waited about 15 minutes she comes out with my entree and the biscuits. She ask if everything came out good as I'm putting food in my mouth so I signal yes. She is helping a new table behind me with a woman who doesn't know what she wants. She takes their drink order and asks me in passing if I would like dessert to go to let her know. She takes about 10 minutes to make all their drinks and brings them out and takes their order. Meanwhile I am waiting with my credit card because the service has been lousy as seems to be the case when I eat out by myself. Terrible service....won't be back. You obviously cater to large parties over single eaters.

Wow. Just wow. I go to Red Lobster, dining in, quite frequently, all over the US. This was my WORST experience I've EVER had with ANY restraunt. I ordered my food, arrived at 4:30, the time said to be there at 4:36. I was a few minutes early. Perfect. I sent a text that I was there and it said it would be out shortly. I sat there for OVER 20 minutes and so I went inside and my food sitting there by itself! Now when I picked it up, I kid you not, it was COLD. I took my food, trying to be polite and give them a chance. I arrived home (literally less than a 3 minute drive away) and it was absolutely cold. The Coleslaw was sour. My shrimps were sitting in the butter for so long that the shrimp itself was like a powdery jell-o when I bit into them. So I smiled and said atleast I have the biscuits. Those are always good. Absolutely hockey pucks. I couldn't even eat them. So I just threw my whole $50+ meal away because this was worse than a fillet o fish from McDonalds. Absolutely pitiful. So disappointed in my favorite restraunt chain
