Alex was an excellent server. He was very focused and attentive! We having a birthday celebration and the free icecream and candle was an extra touch. The food was well presented and plentiful. I had the boil, a new item, and it was tasty. My brother had the admiral feast and it was exactly as pictured. My dad had the jambalaya. Enough to take home! My mom, not a seafood person, got the burger and it was well made. Highly reccomend for a celebration or just for a good date.

Today after work I stopped by for dinner. I eat out everyday so service is just as important to me as is the food. Today I had one of the best servers I have had in a long time...Janelle. if you come here ask for her because she delivered 5star service only because that's all I can rate her on here. She is sweet kind and has a beautiful smile. Took my order asked if I needed anything through the meal and offered me dessert at the end. Thank you Janelle for making my experience a great one. There is really no service anymore and I feel you made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. You are appreciated and will definitely be back. PS...the food was great too!!!

We celebrated my son's birthday at Red Lobster with a family of 11, and it was a fantastic experience! The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, making it perfect for a special occasion. Every dish we ordered was delicious, showcasing the quality and flavor Red Lobster is known for. The service was exceptional; our server was attentive and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The highlight was definitely my son's birthday treat, which added a sweet touch to our celebration. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience and highly recommend Red Lobster for any family gathering or special event!

What a treat that Red Lobster is open on Christmas! I spent my Christmas dinner here before flying out, and I had such a great experience. All the food was delicious, and the margaritas were exactly what I needed. The staff was super courteous and attentive, too. No complaints at all :) I’ll definitely be back with my family next time I visit El Paso.

Everything here was great, the server was the lowest point but that by no means, means she was bad. I just would have appreciated being waited on more frequently, asked about our drinks and also a fresh constant flow of biscuits without having to ask for them, as red lobster trends to have at most red lobster establishments. Although we were informed that the biscuits are going fast and are being baked and constantly sent out, we did still have to ask if she could check on them to get our first and refilled batches of biscuits.

Service was average. Unfortunately we felt rushed by our waitress when decided to stay longer and have dessert (after we had said no, so I understand why she was taken back). Still, the attitude wasn’t appreciated. Lobster/food felt average as well. Seafood options are limited in the area so I can see why some people would choose to come here. However I would not recommend it, considering the price and our overall experience. Drinks were good. Not bad, just not recommended.

Staff & Food Excellent….I’m disappointed that whenever I order my favorite which is ULTIMATE FEAST … That I am unable to substitute all these high cholesterol shrimps options with my other favorite side clams! Also, every time I put and scan a receipt in my red lobster app… It feels to give me points, and I still have yet to receive any rewards. This is pitiful because I’ve been going through this for months now, and no matter who I address this is the first time I got an option to voice what I’ve been going through other than to the managers there in the restaurants. Even celebrated a birthday earlier this year and treated the entire family so you can imagine how many points/rewards were lost then!!!! On my last visit, I showed the manager my app. It even said my name above Benefits and now it’s not even showing my name. This is unacceptable and an embarrassment because it waste peoples time to gain nothing!!!!!

First, I want to say thank you to the waitress that was attending us, who was very polite. Unfortunately, secondly, our food service was unacceptable. We waited almost an hour for our food, when we got it all three of our orders were missing sides or had completely brought something different from what we ordered. It was cold. And in my plate personally I had 2 long pieces of hair inside my lobster and shrimp. I use to love this place, I dont know what happened to good service.

My experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. I waited approximately 40 minutes to be assigned a table, even though there were several visibly unoccupied tables in the dining area. The lack of explanation or communication during the wait was frustrating. Once seated, my order was taken without delay; however, the food took nearly an hour to arrive, despite the fact that the order was not particularly complex. At no point was I informed that there would be an extended preparation time, nor was any explanation offered for the delay. I understand that there may be days with high demand, but communication with customers is essential. A simple notice regarding the expected wait time would have been a professional and considerate gesture. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression and did not meet the level of service one would expect from a well-known chain restaurant.

I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to Red Lobster. The service was extremely slow from start to finish, and the staff was not welcoming — including the manager. It felt very unprofessional overall. At one point, several employees were circled around eating in front of customers, which didn’t look appropriate while guests were waiting and service was already delayed. It added to the feeling that customer experience wasn’t a priority. Our food arrived cold, and the quality was just mid at best — definitely not worth the wait or the price. This location is not the same as it used to be. I will say our waitress did try, and we’re grateful for her effort. Unfortunately, the overall experience and management overshadowed that. Not worth coming back in its current state.

We were party of 6, those that got crab said it was delicious! Food overall was decent……from what we received. My daughter’s order was brought out incorrectly, sides came out AFTER we had to ask for them. The order was cancelled for my daughter due to her being hungry so she ate from my food, which is fine but the service was just terrible. The wait was lengthy which would have been fine had it not been for the lack of courteous customer service. The waiters/waitresses all had other things on their mind then attending customers. They were all congregating at the hostess area too just loudly talking and cackling it was uncomfortable. We went at a time that was busy but not so jam packed that it would account for the lack of service and slow food times.

Let's get one thing clear. Tips are optional!! My family and I went out to eat today at this red lobster. When we were done I requested the receipt to pay. When I paid I added a few dollars for the tip even though the waiter didn't provide excellent customer service. As my family and I were walking out the waiter was making fun of the tip and showing it to another worker. If we didn't like your customer service we are not going to tip you the way you should if you provided excellent customer service but in this case you did not.

Arrived after work for a table of one. Had to wait while they cleaned a table to seat me. Waitress took my order and said she would be right back with biscuits. Waited about 15 minutes she comes out with my entree and the biscuits. She ask if everything came out good as I'm putting food in my mouth so I signal yes. She is helping a new table behind me with a woman who doesn't know what she wants. She takes their drink order and asks me in passing if I would like dessert to go to let her know. She takes about 10 minutes to make all their drinks and brings them out and takes their order. Meanwhile I am waiting with my credit card because the service has been lousy as seems to be the case when I eat out by myself. Terrible service....won't be back. You obviously cater to large parties over single eaters.

Wow. Just wow. I go to Red Lobster, dining in, quite frequently, all over the US. This was my WORST experience I've EVER had with ANY restraunt. I ordered my food, arrived at 4:30, the time said to be there at 4:36. I was a few minutes early. Perfect. I sent a text that I was there and it said it would be out shortly. I sat there for OVER 20 minutes and so I went inside and my food sitting there by itself! Now when I picked it up, I kid you not, it was COLD. I took my food, trying to be polite and give them a chance. I arrived home (literally less than a 3 minute drive away) and it was absolutely cold. The Coleslaw was sour. My shrimps were sitting in the butter for so long that the shrimp itself was like a powdery jell-o when I bit into them. So I smiled and said atleast I have the biscuits. Those are always good. Absolutely hockey pucks. I couldn't even eat them. So I just threw my whole $50+ meal away because this was worse than a fillet o fish from McDonalds. Absolutely pitiful. So disappointed in my favorite restraunt chain
