My girlfriend and I came in a Wednesday night and Candi was our server. she was the sweetest person I’ve ever met. She took very good care of us. The food was a bit too spicy for me and she ended up bringing me items to cool the burn. She made the whole experience even better after a long day! Anyone who has her as a service will feel comfort here at crazy crab.

Dawn was our waitress, and she did such an amazing job! Our drinks stayed full, the food came out hot and exactly as ordered, and she consistently checked in to make sure we were enjoying everything. Because of Dawn, we had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back. Outstanding service all around!

Our waiter Tre was very helpful. He explained all the specials with full detail in a calm and passionate tone. Tre was very attentive to what we needed, he took the liberty of refilling my drink everytime he saw my glass empty. Food was excellent and filling. Will be coming back soon

The seafood boil was delicious. The fried rice was very good. Our server Candi, was excellent. She was attentive, helpful and gave us great service. We were celebrating 2 birthdays. She surprised us with some complimentary cake!! The birthday ladies were very happy about that. We had a wonderful time. Definitely coming back again. My husband took me on a date night and we had an amazing experience at Crazy Crab at the Fountains in El Paso, thanks to our waiter, Tre! From the moment we were seated, Tre was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were well taken care of the entire time. He checked on us regularly, explained the menu, and made great recommendations. His positive attitude and excellent customer service truly made our visit enjoyable. If you’re dining here, ask for Tre—he definitely makes the experience even better. We’ll definitely be back!

The kids couldn’t stop talking about how much they loved the crispy French fries. Crazy Crab is truly a family-friendly restaurant in El Paso, with a fun kids’ play area located near the back—perfect for keeping little ones entertained while you relax and enjoy your meal. We were celebrating a 17th birthday, and the atmosphere made it a memorable night for everyone. A huge shoutout to our waitress, Angel, who provided exceptional service. She was attentive, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. Great experience! First time going to Crazy Crab and I’m already looking forward to going back. My family and I ordered the shrimp basket, calamari basket and one build your own. Everything was delicious! Thank you for properly cleaning the shrimp, this made me so happy. Amazing customer service from Ale, she really took great care of us. We didn’t wait long for any of our drinks or food. She made sure to bag my leftovers :) and was always smiling. The atmosphere was perfect! Great playlist as well as great mix of things on the TVs.

I usually absolutely love this place, so I hate to do this. But recently I placed a Doordash order for two bags of half a pound of shrimp and half a pound of calamari. I was absolutely shocked when we opened the package to find what is definitely not what we ordered. My bag had FIVE shrimps, and some calamari. The other bag only had a few shrimps as well. It is ridiculous to pay 55 dollars for FIVE shrimps. If they were running out, they should have let us know. But this was absolutely ridiculous. Thankfully Doordash refunded me but I still lost out on nearly twenty dollars because of the service fee. So upsetting! This is unfortunately the second time this happens when ordering takeout. The first time I thought it was just bad luck but this is clearly a pattern. DO NOT ORDER TO GO!
