Johnny was awesome his welcoming attitude and great spirits along with the delicious food made the experience totally worth it. I had the milanesa torta with ham and cheese and i must say it was delicious! my hubby wanted an agua de melon they didnt have melon so he sent one of the employees to food king to buy some so he could make us the agua de melon! TALK ABOUT PUTTING YOUR CUSTOMERS FIRST!

I literally just bought two Tortas of carnitas and they were amazing! The torta was filled with meat ! Very fulling! I left about half of my torta because of how fulling it was !! I also saw there menu and there’s so many options that sound delicious! I recommend you check this place out it’s amazing! And great pricing !!!!

At first my wife and I were a little skeptical about the restaurant, but then the owner said "You need to give the place a chance before you judge it", so we decided to give it a shot. The only thing that would probably be better than the food would probably be the customer service. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Whenever I come to El Paso, I always visit this place. It’s the best Mexican food I have had the pleasure of eating. I enjoy my time sitting and eating... the cook is friendly. Definitely recommend anyone who visits El Paso, to take a trip there.. won’t be disappointed.

I ordered the Texana torta for $6. It came complete with carne asada, cheese chili lettuce and avocados and it was authentic! Just like eating in Mexico! The fries ($1) were seasoned very well and the salsa they brought to the table was great! I definitely recommend you try this place out if you like authentic Mexican tortas!

It was 101°F that day and this place on the inside was about the same. Not sure if their A/C was not working or what but man were we sweating. Very uncomfortable eating there, we had to stop mid meal and leave to the car and eat there. Nonetheless food is great.

The ingredients were fresh and even though I showed up about an hour before they closed, they did not microwave anything. Colita de pavo and carnitas were delicious. The bathroom, while a bit weird to get to, was clean. I loved that every table had a bottle of sanitizer on it. I only did pick up but I loved the place. Food was ready rather quickly but I'm never a stickler about that plus I was the only customer there at that time (only fast food chains should have super fast food output otherwise your food is probably not fresh and or being microwaved). Lastly, they give you salsas in a very small container which I was not a fan of, but while the green one had no bite to it, the red one was incredibly spicy, which to me was great. I'll definitely be getting that deal whenever I'm needing to feed the family and in that area.

I don't know why I haven't done a review yet but I have ate there several times with my wife and we absolutely love it there. The food is great and the condiment bar is excellent. The customer service in terms of the food servers could use some improvement. Our drinks were neglected, and I had to get our own drinks. I am glad no one asked me what I was doing because I would have been brutally honest.

Came here after a long day of running errands and we sat down and it had to have been maybe 5 minutes later, they brought out the first 2 tortas (which happened to be mine) and in 5 minutes the rest of the family's order was out. It was great, fresh, fries were delicious, and we left full and satisfied! Great place!

Just bought the family special of tortas really good deal $30 for 5 tortas, fries and your drink so delicious you have to try. The salsas are so good especially the red one, customer service was really good as well will definitely be back again.

Love the hospitality of the staff and owner!! That pernil torta is a delicious sandwich. The fries and agua frescas are good also. I love this place because I know that if I'm hungry the food never takes long and is filling!!!

We loved the tortas here. They are filling n inexpensive. My hubby ate the Milanesa with avocado; very good. I had their shrimp cocktail, It was delicious. I also loved the presentation, of that cocktail, Served with crackers n chile to add if u wished.

Very good authentic Mexican food lunch specials two burritos for $5 they have lunch plates shrimp cocktail Mexican soda they make fruit water melon water lemonade they also make smoothies I come to this place at least three times for lunch. I also got my co-workers buying from here as well price is decent and the food is good. Oh I also like their tortas I get one called la grande it's awesome

My torta was delicious. Bread lightly toasted. Milanesa, ham and all the trimmings. The salsa was fresh and the lady at the counter very friendly.

First time here. Bought an aquacate y queso torta and chilaquiles. Both were really good and priced well. Fries were undercooked though. The cashier was very friendly. Will come again.

Meh! I had different expectations. I had enchiladas and a torta. Not bad in the taste department but I was a bit shell shocked by their prices. I've seen, been, and done. Nice service. Good luck. 😌

Me and my family came to get some. Then we make it to the counter and the lady that took our order was completely rude completely. She would their toss our stuff to us. Then she'll can show start taking our order and then she'll leave. And come back and leaves again and then the next thing I know I look up and she realizes that somebody switched the time on the door which is plainly not our fault because apparently she was in a hurry to go home which is understandable everybody does. But the manner that she took everything was just completely uncalled for I like coming here. But when my boys started questioning if she was upset with us for being here then I have a problem. I really don't think I'll be going back there if she is there.

I would give this place 5 stars because it’s very delicious great food. But the lady that took my order made it bad. She was so rude acting like she was doing me a favor by taking my order. She charged me and I asked or a bottled coke and she said no she charged me for a can coke. I told her to charge me the difference and she refused said she already charged me I asked her if she can do a refund and recharge everything with the drink I wanted she said no that it wasn’t possible but I know it is because I also have a restaurant with the same clover machine and know you can. It was a very simple fix that she denied to do. This was on Thursday 1/28 and she was by her self it was only maybe 10:50 am I did not get her name. Horrible customer service

I should have stuck with what the previous review warned about. I had ordered a torta and the bread was terrible it was falling apart (sheds). The bread was not of good quality and the meat could be seasoned more I asked for cheese and it was barely any on there or maybe none.

Good food but God awful HOT in the summer. They need air conditioning. Last time it was like that I got a torta and felt sick afterwards. Must of been bad food since it was so HOT in there

I would recommend ordering in advance as they are very slow and I don't recommend eating there as its extremely hot, no AC and their cueling fans don't help.

First impression was great, guy who took our order (maybe the owner) was super nice! Then we ordered our food and the order was wrong. We got avocado when we asked without. We got our half our order of flautas because "we ran out". The guy offered to compensate with half order of tacos that never came. We ordered beans and rice and that never made it to the table. Won't be going back. Tortas were good but not worth the experience. Oh yeah and the flautas were burnt. Good luck!

Worst Milanesa Torta I ever had, this is not the first Torta I ever had to compare, bread and avocado overtakes the flavor of the small not well breaded hard Milanesa, you people got to try others to give your opinion.

worst customer service ever both women at the restaurant are not capable of fixing an order that not correct and point finger at customer instead of being understanding as making the situation better they made it worse by BLAMING the customer I have never been to a restaurant where I get blamed for a mistake on the order. Pricey for a veggie Torta was just lettuce very skimpy on the Avocado and Cheese. My second order was a Torta Milanese which I requested no Avocado due to my Sons allergy and got Avocado in the sandwich. Poor Human Skills by Felipe, very skanky

very plain tortas not much on them and the bread is soggy. ask for no mayo because they will drown the torta in mayo if not. tip to owner: get better bread, toast the bread, put more ingredients in the torta and don't serve watered down slasa

Got order wrong, sent it back came back with wrong again, then the owner said I was wrong. I asked no avocado (allergic) bought torta full of avocado. Then lady cooking said I was looking for a free meal.
