My kids and I went the other evening and the service was phenomenal. Justin was our server and he was very friendly with the kids and I. He made sure our drinks and the bread stayed full. He took our order and brought out the food nice and hot and made sure it was to our liking. The manager came by and asked if everything was okay which is always nice. When he brought out the to-go boxes, Justin made sure he brought us the chocolates which are so yummy. The whole experience was amazing. My son told the lady on the way out “this is my favorite place!” (My son is 7) we will definitely return
It's so rare now a days to find customer service. Yet amazing customer service! Today my family and I a large party of about 13 came into enjoy some good food n company before we drove out back home. Our waiters name was ERIC!! All I can say is WOW!!! He was so attentive, very friendly, helpful & just full of energy! We went in for a meal and left smiling from ear to ear of enjoyment. Yes the food was good but because of Eric our waiter we will definitely be driving back in town and come back to this Olive Garden to enjoy good food but even better service! At the end we advised Eric's bosses. They seemed a little to deep in their covo. So I just wanted to be sure it is known!!! ERIC FROM OLIVE GARDEN CIELO VISTA YOU ROCK!!!!!!
The service was amazing at the grand opening of Olive Garden on Montana. Andre gave me an amazing welcome from the parking lo the table where he seated me. The manager was cordial and very engaging with all of us at our table. Congratulations on a fantastic opening and delicious food.

I always love it here! My go to plate is the delicious Alfredo with crispy chicken fritta!! The serving size is always enough to feed me and my daughter.
Olive Garden is always good. It was a Saturday night so a bit busy. Service was okay, we let the host know how many in our party, they told us the wait time, and had us step aside without asking for a name. We were slightly forgotten about and seated after 3 other parties that arrived after us due to this. Meal service was decent for the most part, just near the end our server got overwhelmed and kept forgetting to stop back by our table. Almost 20 minutes passed of us waiting for drink and soup refills, and then almost another 10 waiting for just a spoon. Food was pretty good as usual. Our calamari appetizer was brought out slightly cold, the manager offered to get us a fresh one, we appreciated the offer but didn't feel the need to replace the whole dish. The restaurant itself was very chilly inside, making the food cool down a lot quicker than normal. Overall not bad, pretty standard service for a busy Saturday night!
Just had an office lunch with 17 of us! Our server CANDACE was on it! She had glasses of water for everyone already at the table BEFORE we got seated. Asked ahead of time if the bill was together or seperate. Made sure to keep everyones drink and soups refilled. She worked fast but didnt make us feel rushed or stressed. She must be one of their top servers because she handled our large party by herself! Very impressive and refreshing! Hope this reaches her! 😊
Olive garden is one of my favorites places to eat around the country! And this location was no exception. They always give excellent service and quality of food! I did never try the black tie chocolate mousse cake before and omg it's Soo good! Although it is quite sweet but that is how it should taste! with a coffee you could perfectly balance flavors!
The meals were outstanding and delicious but unfortunately the area we were sitting had an ugly humming sound that if you suffer from tinnitus it can cause some anxiety. Thanks to an amazing manager named Kenny went above and beyond which our server Maribel gave awesome hospitality and service 💞

Everett the GM, management and staff are amazing and the best part is their integrity to make our experience the best every single time. The staff at the bar are awesome like Debra, Evelyn, and Ashley for carry out orders. They are so kind, thoughtful, caring and they treat us like family. Every single visit is the best experience and it only gets better. Their food is amazing and the meals are always so delicious and fresh that they leave us speechless in the best way possible. I would highly recommend anyone to dine here and enjoy a great lunch or dinner with your loved ones. . Thank you for your hospitality and warm welcome.

Everytime I come through out time the food is priceless down to the last bite. Hats off to the cooks and the Impeccable timing from the waiter and bar staff I've never felt without anything. That's always a plus In my busy schedule. I'd like to give a special thanks to Chris, Evelyn, Debra,Matt,Roy,Goerge, and Jakob. If I could give a 6 star review to our server, Eric, I would. Service was immaculate, he was incredibly attentive and kind. Food was delicious and generous. The steak gorgonzola pasta was the best.
Our waitress was great. She brought us our Sangria and Salad, before we knew it another gentleman brought us our meal. My shrimp scampi was delicious, the tour of italy to die for. It was great service great food. It made my birthday very special. Keep up the great work.

My boyfriend and I went for dinner tonight. We ordered the endless pasta... sooo good. I ordered the Spicy Three Meat Fettuccine, and the Creamy Mushroom Rigatoni... that one was my absolute favorite!!! Boyfriend ordered the Spicy Three Meat Angelhair, Creamy Mushroom Rigatpni, and the Spicy Three Meat Spaghetti. Honestly, everything was perfect. Our server was amazing BTW. We came here to have dinner. We wanted to have eggplant parmigiana but they didn’t have it as it ran out. So we ordered homemade sauce with spaghetti, minestrone, and salad. Love the freshness of the bread and salad and the soup was very good! I liked the pasta sauce yet the texture of the spaghetti was very soggy. I would personally enjoy more if it was aldente! Visited for some pasta and found Olive Garden to be consistent with its quality. The location appears busy but well-maintained and clean. Service was a bit slower than usual, but overall acceptable. One small inconvenience was having to ask for silverware after the food was already brought out. Despite that, a decent spot if you're craving pasta and want a familiar meal.

Had been out of town and chose to eat my favorite chicken parmesan. Takeout when I arrived at home which is just a few minutes away from the store location. I find frozen and burnt chicken parmesan. How they were able to create this in itself boggles my mind. But really I could of got some lean cuisine and save a bundle and had a better meal. The hostess, Sidney, gives me and my fiancé an attitude. He asks her if she could put the cake in the fridge, and she said that they don’t do that there. Then, she proceeded to say that she could take the cake, but she’s not responsible for it. When I asked her why she’s giving my fiancé an attitude. She proceeds to deny that, and I asked her to bring her manager. She turns to walk away, and she turns back at me to make a face at me. Very immature, super bad attitude, and super crappy behavior.
After our family experience I will not be visiting this location on a Saturday night in the foreseeable future. Wait time was 30 minutes , which was great for a Saturday night. The disappointment began once we were seated. Sat at 7:05. Ordered some fun drinks , water , and lemonade. The water had the funkiest taste and our table could not bring ourselves to drink it . The fun drinks came way later and not all we ordered made its way to the table. After waiting for 50 minutes at the table, food finally started arriving. A salad and one soup for our group of 6 and Mozzarella sticks. Had to wait another 10 minutes for others soups to arrive . Did I mention we had no cutlery to enjoy our food once it arrived ? Waited another 10 minutes for cutlery. The main meals were delicious , no issues there. The overall experience on the other hand was disappointing. The cherry on top was a mentally unwell individual who kept pacing around the restaurant throughout the night. They were soiled and had a very strong odor that permeated their surroundings. They were not there with any group in particular but would come in and out of the restaurant to pace and go into and out of the stalls in the restroom as they talked to themselves . Overall this place stunk.

I went tonight for a family dinner and had the worst service, our server disappeared, we did not get refills or more bread . We asked him for boxes and he never came back . My daughter had only ordered fries as her meal and they came when we were done with the meal a manager brought them we told them we didn’t want them anymore since we were done and he did not even apologize or anything said ok and walked away. We left the money on the table and proceeded to walk out because our waiter was gone and we had already waited quite a while . My husband stopped to talk to the manager he apologized and as we were leaving the waiter proceeds to accuse us and of leaving without paying if he had bothered to go back he would have seen we left the cash . I have never in my life been treated so poorly we come here so often and now we will never be back.
Their delivery service is horrible. It seems they have 3rd party Uber delivery but they are not the problem, the restaurant postpones making the meal forever so the drivers are just waiting there and transfer or cancel the order because they can't afford to wait hours to get paid for one delivery . Overall waited about 2 hrs just for it to be canceled. When I called to ask why, they were not helpful at all, said they didnt see the order or they didn't know why it was canceled.
8/28/25 Got here at 8:30pm It took 30+min to receive our food. Took 20+min to get first breadsticks. Food was old and not tasteful. The far east of El Paso, Olive Garden location next to Target tastes way better and has better customer service. This location needs to improve. I will never visit this location again.
