I love Arbys, the meat is so tender and its real meat. They have a wonderful special of two arbys sandwiches with cheese for $7.00. Cant beat that.
Yvette who is the manager, is why this place gets 5 stars. My order was messed up. She, however, resolved the matter satisfactorily. She should be commended, for her excellent customer service skills. The sandwich was good. I highly suggest that you check your orders, before driving off.
I received great service. The inside was clean and tables were cleaned quickly after the tables emptied out. Arby's always has good food, so no complaints there. And the bathroom was clean. 10/10 will be back

Love the roast beef sandwiches, but the Kings Hawaiian fish sandwich is the Best!!! Delicious, crispy and tender inside. The bread is great, you will love it,especially since lent is on its way. Have a great one 👍🏻😀

Portions seemed smaller than back in the day but still that same excellent quality of roast beef. I got the 2 for 8 but noticed another store had it 2 for 7. Just make sure you get appropriate one compared to store. I'd def reccomend the food though.
Staff is very friendly. The plus is the EXTREME cleanliness of the place. I witnessed two parties complete their meals and in less than 30 seconds the table and chairs were cleaned, the tables moved and the area swept clean. I tend to overlook Arby's but after this experience... that will no longer happen.
We ordered loaded Italian sandwich We didnt get any Arby's sauce the Arby's sauce makes the Arby's sandwich the sandwich may not be a regular Arby's sandwich it still would've been good for Arby's employees put Arby's sauce in the bag I was given ketchup I didn't ask for it
The food and the service is always great. I want yo add that yesterday 07/12 around 4pm we went an the cashier lady that took our order was someone exceptionally good and nice and patient and efficient. She made us smile with her attitude not only to us but to everyone we saw serve while we were there.
I love Arby's because I consistently have a good experience whenever I eat there. Regardless of location, the places are clean, the staff are friendly, and I always get exactly what I ordered. In addition, their food has never caused me any digestive difficulties so I often like to eat at Arby's before I leave town since I can be certain that I won't have to make any unplanned stops along the way. I usually get the 2 for $7 beef and cheddar sandwiches and put both horsey and Arby's sauce on them. I also like the half pound roast beef and my husband likes the classic roast beef sandwiches. My daughter tends to grab the chicken sandwich (breaded and fried chicken) - I have never personally had that sandwich, but I would guess it's good since she gets it each time. The food is always fresh, and the curly fries are seasoned. The other sides like jalapeño poppers and mozzarella sticks also taste fantastic if you like those types of foods. I don't generally dine-in here, and get my food to go through the drive-thru. Usually it takes about 10 minutes to make my food and it is well worth the wait. I have been inside a few times, and the atmosphere is quaint, reminiscent of a diner, but much less greasy. I wouldn't bring small kids here, but they do have high chairs if needed. I would recommend this place for quiet small group dining experiences. It's also nice for visiting after work as it usually isn't super crowded.
Doesnt look as tasty in my personal pictures, but i assure you, these sandwiches are super tasty!
This was my first ever visit to a Arby's. I wanted to try their fish sandwich because it had received favorable reviews on some website where they list favorite sandwiches 1to10 or thereabouts and this came in at number 1. Anyhow I didn't like it, actually a fish sandwich is probably better at Long John silvers. Restaurant looked nice from the outside and the inside looked rather inviting. The parking lot is very small and I'm sure accidents happen regularly.

The place is pretty clean. It is a quiet place with good background music. Personnel understands and speaks Spanish and English. The meals are a little expensive for my budget, considering the size of the sandwiches. Although the food has a great test.

Food was so delicious. Never really had Arby's before but i was surprised at how good their food is. I will most definitely visit more often. I only gave 4 stars because the lady messed up my order at the drive thru. Ordered 9 piece chicken nugget and got 5 piece chicken tenders. Didn't find out until i got home ugh
Service is 4 stars. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE 5 FOR $9.95! The picture shows a seasame seed bun, nope. Would they have shown a semi accurate pic I would have rather just bought five number 10s. Five stars for false advertisement. Staff is awesome. Restaurant clean. Nice and festive decorations.
Arby’s what the heck?? Why are you serving this to customers? I’m paying money FOR the chicken! Come on yall, this is just wrong. I’m only giving stars for the service because the lady who took care of my order was polite.
Food was alright milkshakes not bad the service was a little slow I had 2tell them 2 make my milkshake they forgot in my order . atmosphere not crowded but fair over all not bad.
The manager was rude when I asked about my military discount she was no we don't give military discount on sale items very rudly since I ordered the 5 for $13.99. I didn't know it was a discounted item. I'll never go to that Arby's again. The one on Montana St. In El Paso TX never has denied my military discount and have never been rude if I decided to go to Arby's again it will have to be that one but that's 18 miles away so I only go when I'm in the area

We ordered the loaded Italian sandwich along with curly fries a cookie unfortunately whoever put the order together we weren't given any Arby's sauce we did get ketchup I dont like ketchup
I went to the drive thru and ordered their new Italian sub sandwich and some sliders. I specifically asked for NO SAUCE on the Italian sub but on the side in a container.Gentleman said “ no problem “ when we got home sure enough they put the sauce on it. It was mushy and sauce was dripping out of it. For this reason I give them a low rating, check your orders!!!! The sandwich was overpowered by the tart and vinegar taste , I didn’t enjoy my meal! You decide! David
Although this post is basically about the latest visit, I am also basing it on the last 4-5 times. I normally give a place several chances if there is a concern I have. I used to always enjoy Arby’s, but it seems like there has been a change in the past 3 months or so. Orders have often been incorrect, food has been inconsistent, customer service has been lacking, etc. This past order was just a kid’s meal… but practically all of it was thrown away, unfortunately. The roast beef had a strange taste (even with the Arby’s sauce) and the cold curly fries were inedible… did not taste fresh, but seemed as though had been sitting out for a long time and were rather hard. The drink was ok, however. I do hope that things can be worked out, and all will return as it used to be.
My mom requested arbys for mothers day. It was cold. Bread was stale. Fries were inedible. Happy mothers day to us :(
Came through the drive thru to order some food after a busy day. All I received was dry buns and a lot of attitude. The employees who work here obviously hate Arby’s and whoever they work for. They seemed dead set on making the worst impression possible on their customers. I felt like I was bothering them by ordering my food! To top it off the buns on the sandwich were so dry and old. I will never return to this location or another Arby’s again. I look forward to seeing this precious commercial real estate property redeveloped into another business. Two thumbs down. 👎🏻 👎🏻
This place isn’t cheap by any means so I’d expect my fries to be hot not lukewarm, my lemonade not to be watered down and my smokehouse brisket sandwich to not look and taste like slop. I was also told I could only have large fries not small or medium, really, wth is going on at this location? Meal was trash like the experience.
Terrible customer service during the drive thru. The first person was barely able to speak, another person chimed in with a not so friendly attitude. Food isn't great either.
This Arby's on Mesa street. Next to Ferguson/xpress. Unfavorable review. Young girl employee did not know how to communicate to customers. Or at least me. If you're willing to wait a while for your food and get served with combative attitude...by all means go to that Arby's. She didn't apologize. But she made sure her way of serving was made with a delightful attitude that youth of today have as if I was telling her to clean up her room. But I will tell her to be objective/nice wouldn't hurt/ and leave your angry tone at home. Oh, yeah --' clean up your room, too!!
They gave me the wrong food. It was terrible. I could not eat it. I'm not returning to the Mesa location again.
If I could put no stars I would. Employees laughed at what appeared to be two elderly men trying to order tonight. Didn’t help, weren’t empathetic. Just snickering, talking about them and laughing. In front of them. How disgusting. It doesn’t matter what they look like, disheveled clothing or not. They were simply wanting to order food. It’s disgusting to see this type of behavior. I’m glad they left without ordering to go somewhere where they felt comfortable to enjoy their meal. This happened between 7:00pm-7:22 mountain time if anyone in management would like to review their footage. But I doubt it…
This Arby's on Montana by Bassett mall, girl (noon) working drive thru was very rude, no greetings whatsoever, I seen her tattoos on her arm and just knew, I was gonna get attitude. The bread on my sandwich seemed like it was microwaved....I told her crinkle fries, and I got curly. No, thanks, you aswell! Service sucked!
IF YOU WANT TO BE SERVED WITH A BAD ATTITUDE, YOU MUST COME HERE!!! The manager on duty was Andrea. By body language from other employees, I felt they are afraid of her. The kitchen floor was a mess. When I asked for an extra bun, the young man at the register did not know hot to charge me for that. That is when Andrea came in to help, and she spoke to me so fast, I could not understand what she was saying. I repeated myself asking for an extra bun. Again, I could not understand what she was saying, and she already had a bad attitude because I could not understand her. After the third try, I got it! She thinks by speaking quickly, that is saving her time. It's not! I want to assure you, customers prefer QUALITY over quantity (in this case, time). Customers would rather wait for a pleasant experience, wait for good food. During my time while I was waiting for my online order, another customer came in. It took five minutes for an employee to acknowledge her. It sucks to walk into a business of any kind only to be ignored. Andrea needs more training. She needs to learn not only how to manage employees, but how to manage time. She needs to look at the floor once in a while, and have a safe, clean working environment. Her lack of skills is going to get someone hurt.
We bought sandwiches that were extremely moldy today, 9/27/22 at 5:40 pm. We went to inform the store and the Assistant Manager, Matthew was very apologetic, professional, and refunded our money. HOWEVER, the people working behind the counter were snickering and laughing at the situation. Their names were Crystal McIntosh and Andrea. Two other people were asking for refunds meanwhile the bread continued to be served, and the two mentioned above continued to be disrespectful and laughing at the situation. We asked to watch the bread be thrown away before we left otherwise they would have kept serving it. Thank you, Matthew for your help.
Seems to me like they put less roast beef On their sandwiches food was warm but not hot. Today is Oct 4 and last weekend my family I got Arby's and this is what I received... Extremely disappointed and horrified to find that I had to go buy bread in order to eat my sandwich. Hope the service and food get better otherwise will not be returning.
