Okay 👌 my people, friends, and family, be wise and please open your eyes to everything going around us. These are indicators that tell us that something is going on. Our vehicles have little red lights (indicators), check engine is one of them. In our society indicators are popping up everywhere and they are telling us something important. I had an amazing experience! From the moment we walked in, the service was exceptional. Our server, Aubrey, was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure our meal was perfect. She made great recommendations, and her warmth and professionalism made our visit so enjoyable. I also want to give a big shoutout to the manager, Audrey, who was incredibly welcoming and made sure everything ran smoothly during our meal. I was greeted at the entrance and sat right away. The waitress was friendly and courteous. The food was awesome. I had the beef tips, scrambled eggs, and hashbrowns with toast that were cooked to perfection. Best and largest portion of beef sirloin tips that I have had in a while. They were juicy, tender, and perfectly seasoned. Will definitely return. Coffee hit the spot on a super cold night.

OUR NEW FAVORITE! We live 3 hours away from El Paso and come here for shopping. Forgoed the hotel breakfast and SO GLAD we did! Great atmosphere and service! The service was great as always, the hostess was fast, the server was polite and remembered everything in our order. The only thing was the restrooms were very dirty. When you visit at 6am you'd expect for the restrooms to have been cleaned and serviced. It smelled liked bleach in there but the toilets, mirrors, counters and floor were very dirty. It seems like someone went in and sprayed bleach and called it good.

It’s a Sunday, I don’t know if it was me or the location that is close to a church but this place was overly packed. I do t no how many times I got bumped when someone or the server would pass. Entering the location, employees all commuting in the hostess desk. Not a good sight to hear or see. Customer service was good. Food was hot. And server was quick to take order and serve. I walked into this place on a Thursday afternoon in Oct 2025 and it was quite busy. I took them 10 min to seat me. I wanted a quiet spot away from people but they put me in a booth surrounded of loud speaking families. The AC was blowing so hard I was freezing. The music was so loud I got a migraine in the 10 minutes I waited for the waitress to take my order. When she arrived she was not friendly. I asked her if she can turn down the music and she said not really so I basically got up and left with a massive headache ( probably also caused by cold AC) I am a Canadian tourist and remember when this place was great 10 years ago!

Poor service, asked about the special Ihop #1938 responded with we have NO SPECIALS until i mention my mother of 93 years old and i saw the advertisement on television stating and showing breakfast was available for $6 dollars, this is when her demeanor/transparency change acknowledging there in fact was a SPECIAL, Additionally, when asked for ectra napkins since we Only had the utensil napking wrap used to lay utensils, avoiding any contamination from existing, server came back with ONE NAPKIN for both my 93 yr old mother and I, Anyone with common sense knows more than one napkin is needed for TWO PEOPLE, NEVERTHELESS I STRONGLY URGE NOT TO PATRONIZE this establishment for lack of good customer service, professionalism and NO COMMON SENSE.

as a long term customer of Hector’s ihop i was totally appalled this morning when i went in to have breakfast i sat down watching and waiting for someone to come and take my order but no won came 4 servers just continuously passed me by with out a single word this service is absolutely disgusting after patronizing this establishment for so many years they have kicked a loyal elderly woman to the ground it’s absolutely unacceptable sat at the table with no service at all was really ready to walk out and go elsewhere i honestly hope upper management sees this review and starts making changes to staff that can take peoples orders properly they totally kicked an elderly woman to the floor by not doing there job properly

I'm a food delivery courier, and no one is ever in the front. Employees and even the manager just looked at me and didn't even ask if I needed help or even acknowledge that I was there. I waited 15-20 minutes before anyone even came up to me. It's not the first time I pick up from this location and they take forever to get the order.

This specific location was my to go place. Had not been here in a minute, customer service was horrible. As me and my family went in, the hostess noticed we were waiting to get seated and completely ignored us walking back and forth from the kitchen. He then seated us at a table after a while. Our server Jacob asked us for our drinks we had ordered our food right there and then. As usual almost every restaurant serves you the drinks first before receiving the food, however we did not receive our drinks until we had to ask for a manager (20min later after ordering) our server said the manager was busy and apologized because ‘ they were busy in the kitchen’ after waiting we received our food, never once while being there did our server Jacob ask if we were okay or if we needed anything we had to be hunting him down for a simple refill that he never even bother to check up on us. We really understand that there is other tables being served besides us but the thing is that it was not even busy at all plus our server Jacob was constantly asking the tables around us if everything was okay passed right by us and never acknowledged us. He claimed he was busy but all we saw was literally doing nothing just walking around. We understand it gets busy (store was not even in a rush hour) but at least have the courtesy and Communication. Was really disappointed!

would like to share some feedback regarding my recent visit. The service was outstanding, and I truly appreciate the hospitality from the staff. However, I was disappointed to learn that the military discount does not apply to my kids or family members. As a large corporation, it is disheartening that support is not extended to the families of those who serve, especially since most restaurants honor the military discount for them as well. I hope this policy can be reconsidered, as military service is a family sacrifice, and it would mean a lot to see that recognized

Ordered a burger to go and when I took a bite I felt a sharp pain in the roof of my mouth and found plastic in it. I don't know how they're able to miss a big piece of plastic, this is disgusting.
