The place looked very pretty from the inside the atmosphere felt good. My waitress for the day Valyssa was very patient with me while I was trying to choose what to order being my first time there, she was very friendly I appreciate that. I would come back another day for sure!

Omg! I went here for the first time this past week and it did NOT disappoint! Our server Valyssa was absolutely amazing! She was attentive, fast and FUNNY!! She was the best thing about our visit! I’ll definitely be back to see her!

I love this place! My friends think I am strange for liking this place as a straight female, but I don't come here for the "views", its the COLD beer, cozy vibes and delicious food. This is the only place I will eat fish. The chargriled salmon is amazing! Karyme was our server and she did a wonderful job! She never let my beer be empty. 😉 the prices and specials on the beer are unbeatable!

Kat gave great service at Twin Peaks today. She was fast, friendly, and checked on us often without hovering. Our food came out quickly and exactly how we ordered it, and she kept our drinks full the whole time. She had a relaxed, fun attitude, made us laugh, and made the whole experience better. It was one of the smoothest dining experiences I’ve had there, and I’d definitely ask for Kat again.

We went to Twin Peaks in El Paso for Monday Night Football and had an awesome experience from start to finish. Our group of 8 was seated quickly, and the service was spot-on the entire night. Every server we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and really on top of things — drinks stayed full, food came out fast, and nothing had to be asked for twice. The food was legit top notch — way better than your average sports bar menu. Wings, burgers, appetizers… everything came out hot, flavorful, and exactly how we ordered it. Not a single complaint from anyone at the table, which says a lot for a group our size. And the beer? ICE. COLD. The Twin Peaks temp gauge was showing 26 degrees, and you could absolutely tell. Perfect draft pour, frosted mugs, and exactly what you want during a football game. Between the wall-to-wall TVs, great atmosphere, killer food, and ridiculously cold beer, Twin Peaks definitely delivered. If you’re looking for a spot for game day with friends, this is the place. We’ll 100% be back.

I stopped by Twin Peaks last night with a few friends, and our waitress Alessia absolutely made the experience. She was super friendly, attentive without being overbearing, and knew the menu inside out. Our drinks were never empty, and she even gave us great recommendations for appetizers — the smoked wings were spot on. What stood out most was her energy and genuine personality; she made everyone at the table feel welcome. Even though the place was packed, Alessia kept a smile on her face the entire time and checked in on us regularly. Definitely one of the best servers I’ve had at Twin Peaks — ask for her if you go!

It was my first time at Twin Peaks, and let me just tell you it was an experience. My server was named Caitlyn, and she was just amazing. She was the best looking girl in the whole restaurant and looks the most natural. Her service is amazing and she is the most polite server i’ve ever had. I enjoyed the food but not as much as I enjoyed the service. She made our night amazing and I always admire good customer service. Definitely coming back again! I 100000% recommend you ask for Caitlyn to be your server.

Stop by the Mall today, to scoop up a Laptop,and was super hungry, so I decided to by Twin Peaks at the Fountains, the service was awesome,Ashley and Jaelynn were my servers ,they were so cute, seriously cute! Had the queso to start(added taco meat for texture)and a Cheeseburger, millionaire style(with bacon). The background was filled with hip tunes and the local clientele enjoyed their lunch. Second time visiting here. The atmosphere is lively but not too crazy. The staff are very attentive and polite. OUR server Brianna was super polite and attentive. The staff were top notch ....very polite !!! The billionairs bacon was tasty and spiced very well...really flavorful. Had to try the chicken Fried Steak!!! Definitely worth the visit and will be back!!!

My husband and I love this location. The staff is always friends and attentive and our food is always fresh. Even when they are crowded the staff have great attitudes and serve you as quickly as possible. Food 10/10 Customer Service 10/10 My favorite menu items are the hangover burger & the crispy tacos 😋

First things first, I always come for the cold beer and to watch whatever Texas Tech game is on. But the only reason I’m leaving this review is because I have to give props to Ashely behind the bar. She is extremely good at managing customer service, servicing both the well and customers while pre bussing the bar. Absolutely am impressed!

We came in and waited for over 15 minutes at a table for someone to take our order. Several other groups came that were sitting close to us and got drinks ordered. We got up and left. Waitresses just standing around at the front and didn't even noticed we left without being served. In the past we have enjoyed this Twin Peaks, but not sure we would go again after being ignored. Not one person even said that they would be right with you or have you been helped. Very disappointing.
