I give credit where credit is due! In celebration of my birthday, I chose this restaurant to have my dinner with friends on August 10th. Our waitor, Vincente (my apologies if I spelled it incorrectly), did a fantastic job- give that man a raise! 😄. I ordered calamari as an appetizer, the lobster with mashed potatoes as my entrée and mai Tai to drink and everything I had was absolutely delicious! Really enjoyed the ambiance also. We were there on Saturday but I saw them advertising live jazz on Friday nights which I'm a sucker for. Wished I knew that before but this is just another reason for me to visit very soon again! 10/10 recommend

I had a wonderful experience at Laundry Seafood House. Our server, Jamila Bonilla, was outstanding. She was very attentive throughout our visit and consistently made sure we were well taken care of. Her professionalism and friendly approach truly elevated our dining experience. I need to add that David was very polite, courteous and when we complimented him, he was still very humble and kind and everytime we visit this restaurant we are always visited by a manager which shows me as a customer that this establishment takes good care of their customers. David made the entire experience dining at Landry’s an even better one and having him work for Landry’s Seafood is an asset to this company. I usually go there when AZUCAR plays as I've been following the band for 50 years! Wait staff need more training I'm an Etiquette and Protocol Instructor and they could do better if they trained their wait staff in formal and informal service.

Our favorite place to sit in a booth in the bar and enjoy some wine or cocktails. Wedge salad and fish n chips is what we shared tonight. Happy hour menu is wonderful. Live music on Sat nights make it a fun spot.

Wow... perfect dining experience. Ambiance was a nice balance of comfort and sophistication. There was live music playing in the background which added to the cozy, lighthearted, and romantic feel of the environment. The menu selections were just enough, not too much where it's overwhelming and difficult to decide and not too little where your options are limited. Juan, our waiter was incredibly cordial and professional. He was a gracious connoisseur who provided excellent service and gave recommendations that made the experience delicious and satisfying. The general manager and even the very talented (and handsome) sous chef, Miguel Carbajal, took time to greet and check on us, which made us feel welcomed and appreciated. If you want to enjoy super delicious food and be treated like VIP, then this restaurant is a must. I highly recommend it! 😁

12/11 Jamila made our experience special. The great tasting, full-sized cocktails for Happy Hour, the wedge salad, almond crusted Mahi Mahi, and stuffed flounder...all could not be better. Made a reservation for 10 on a busy Friday afternoon for my grandmother's birthday and it was a truly exceptional experience. Our menus were customized to commemorate the occasion absolutely free of charge. I truly thought that was a very nice touch. They helped cut a cake we brought in and served it to our guests also at no cost. The service was a tad slow, but we were aware it was a very busy afternoon at the restaurant. However, we got everything we asked for and our server Gilbert did it all with a smile on his face. I had the Seafood Coastal Pasta. Absolutely delicious. I've heard their Happy Hour is also really good, so I'll definitely be back to try that soon. A+++

Visited Friday 2/3/23 and arrived around 4:15 PM, and I was seated promptly in the bar area at a booth. Went early to take advantage of happy hour as happy hour is from 3:30 - 6:30 pm Mon - Fri. Bartender Adrian was attentive and offered a drink order promptly. He was great!! Was able to order a few different drinks, appetizers, and entrees. The food was very good. Appetizers during happy hour (HH only in bar area) were a great value. Calamari is $8 and a large portion. Mixed drinks are $6, and premium wine by the glass is $7. Beer by the draft approx 3.25. I tried mixed drinks, 1st being the Mai Tai and then the Gold Margarita, and then another drink that Adrian (Edna came later when we were almost finished with dinner -her name is on my receipt) the bartender recommended. Penne Alfredo pasta with shrimp (shrimp or chicken option - $22 as of this review) The sauce was a bit watery, and usually, I would deduct a star but service made up for it. Boyfriend ordered steak and shrimp scampi that includes asparagus and mashed potatoes ($42 as of this review) and some crab on top. Steak was ordered medium and was so tender and soft. Drinks were always refilled, and food came out promptly. Clam Chowder was very good. It was clean and not gritty, so it was definitely a plus. Great experience and great service. The bar area with the booth seats is definitely a plus during happy hour. I had a great experience, and I know I did get there early as by 5:15 pm. or so when leaving, it was definitely getting busy. I would recommend and visit again. The total was $120.13 before tip for two people.

My family and I love visiting Landry’s Seafood House. Today we had an awesome service by Tori, she was exceptional. Tori was very attentive, kind, respectful and she always had a smile on her face. I started with the shrimp brochette and then I had the captains gumbo as my main meal and it didn't disappoint. The staff was amazing. The atmosphere was laid back. We had an excellent first experience this evening.Our server Vincent was so attentive and extremely fantastic with us. We ordered the anniversary 3 course meal and chose the Mahi Mahi. We noticed the staff was on top of serving and bussing tables as well, great teamwork. The atmosphere was very pleasant. We were here on a Saturday but Fridays there is live music. The seasonal beet,pear and walnut salad was delicious. Unfortunately they had just ran out of the creme brulee my favorite dessert but made up for it with a generous portion of the bread pudding option and it was very satisfying and nice ending to our meal😋

Baton Rouge born and raised, was intrigued to find a southern seafood spot like Landry's way out here in EP. The atmosphere was perfect, we had dressed up a little but casual is definitely acceptable. I could make myself believe I was sitting someplace river side back home. I ordered a little outside of the norm, but it was a house special and I was curious. Next time around I'll absolutely be trying the crawfish étoufée or seared redfish. The drinks were excellent; smoke service on the old fashioned was very welcome. Lori was a fantastic server and always present, engaging and humorous! She absolutely made our night out all the more enjoyable. We cannot wait to come back, especially when there is live jazz.

We came here for a special occasion, so I used the little tab at the top that allows you to reserve a table (didn't need it as the restaurant was pretty much empty). But neat feature if you want a reservation. The service was good and we started with clam chowders, which I strongly suggest. I think that was the most enjoyable part of the meal. I tried the Broiled Platter, my wife ordered a lobster tail and some extra shrimp. The food was good, albeit my fish was overcooked. I like the place, but it was just too expensive for what it is. There just wasn't enough flavor to justify coming back any time soon.

The food was delicious. Loved the Mahi Mahi. Service was off tho. Someone took our drink order fairly quickly and we mentioned we were waiting for another couple. Our friends arrived shortly after. The server walked by several times and completely ignored us. We never did hear about the specials. Our friends dine here often and they said this service was very unusual. Perhaps the hour contributed, 3:30 pm.

This is a touch call for me. Having lived along the ocean I am used to fresh fish of all kinds. Having said that this food is not that good. But, if I consider where it is and compare it to other locations....the food would not be that bad. The prices are fair. The drinks are good. Plenty of seating. Plenty of parking.

I would like to say that the food is excellent. We ordered both seafood and a surf n turf dish. We ordered the calamari and it was delicious. The only issue we really ran into was the service itself. We were sat and it took ten minutes to get out drinks, we had to walk up to the bar to order ourselves. Throughout our dinner, we were only asked once for any refills, and it took probably another ten minutes to get those refills. I had even asked our waiter to bring me two extra teas so we didn't have to ask again. They also would not take the dirty dishes off the table and we were cramped for space. So all I'm all the kitchen and food was fantastic!! Service not so much.

The food wasn't bad, the service wasn't bad, the restaurant itself wasn't bad, it all just wasn't that good. So the food... I have the fortunate experience of living in several of the east coast states and the seafood there tends to be excellent. I've been to a Landry's on the gulf coast and the food was decent. The food here wasn't that good. I'm not going to say it was bad but it seems as though it was warmed in a microwave or that it was sitting for a while. The food itself didn't taste that fresh (not that I expected it to be being an inland restaurant, but it just left me unsatisfied). For example, the shrimp tasted a little rubbery and the fish breading was kinda soggy (yes it had a cream sauce over it but it had the consistency of something microwaved). The crab cake was also much more "cake" than crab. All in all the presentation looked good but the food itself wasn't. The service was ok/good. It wasn't very busy so service was fairly quick. The food took a fair bit of time which is odd considering the quality stated above. Our server wasn't the most friendly of people but she wasn't bad either. I'll say that I've had much worse but I've also had much better. The style of the interior of the restaurant was probably my most favorite part of the visit. It's sort of a open concept meets cozy, meets old fashion meets modern. It's unfortunate the food wasn't better. All in all I thought everything was just okay. For what you pay, I would expect more and unfortunately that wasn't the case.

I had to clean the poop strings out of the shrimp. I should have taken a picture at the beginning because all of them were covered in little bits of poop strings. Everything lacked flavor. It's like they completely forgot to season the food. Now the quality of the shrimp and asparagus was phenomenal. The flavor of the salmon was extremely fishy and dry. The honey mustard that thankfully was on the side was off. Meaning the flavor was completely off it tasted slightly rancid. So I asked for tartar sauce mixed it with lemon juice and Tabasco sauce not amazing but much better. Even then wasn't able to finish the fish. I loaded the dry mashed potatoes with butter and cheese ate them with the asparagus and called it a night. Oh we had some mocktails which were probably the best thing from the evening aside from the live music which was phenomenal. It's a seafood restaurant but I knew I should have gotten the steak.

Walked into a gorgeous fine dining restaurant today. Service was good. My sever seemed busy although only one other person and myself sat in the dining section away from the bar area. Her teammate was very helpful and took my order and checked back several times. He did explain that she was busy so he would be helping out. I ordered the cedar plank salmon. The salmon itself was delectable and the asparagus was good as well. the $12 add on topping of shrimp scallops and lump crabmeat was absolutely flavorless. i ate it so i paid for it but don’t think ill return drink was also wayyy too acidic could tell that they used pre bottled mixer and even tho I asked for no sour mix with extra fresh lime, as stated on the menu, they still put in some bottled lime juice. Cocktail had very little alcohol as well. I ended up ordering a shot on the side to add to the drink attempting to give it some balance. I am a light weight when it comes to alcohol but this was even too little for my tastes. I did notice that nearly all of their drinks contained pre bottled mixers or monin syrups. It’s hard to pay $13-$22 dollars for cocktails that contain very little, if any, real juice. Over all I did leave full. I hope that staff can at least try the items they wish to upsell before doing so. $12 is a lot to pay for a topping with no flavor.

Overpriced honestly. For an anniversary date, we came to have brunch on a Sunday morning. The best part of the meals was the appetizer. The crab spinach dip was so creamy and flavorful and went well with the seasoned toastadas. My husband ordered the medium rare sirloin which came out served rare not medium rare as ordered. My mahi mahi plate had white rice that had no flavor, sad to say. The mahi mahi was so thin I couldn't even tell if the fried bread crumbs have any fish in it. Overall, it was a let down. Also, check your receipt before paying. My receipt had someone else's orders charged to my bill that we had to bring up to our waiter's attention. An extra $50+

I’ll start with we had a large party, there were 8 of us. Service was slow, from greeting the table, bringing out water, bringing bread, appetizers, alcoholic drinks, and the actual meals. The food did taste delicious, tender steak with flavor. And the manager eventually came out and apologized for the atrocious delayed service. Originally I was going to give them one star but the food was scrumptious and the staff did try to rectify some of the wrongs.

Table for 5 celebrating my daughter’s birthday and we had made a reservation. All started well but then have no idea what happened. Waiter checked on us minimally during our stay… maybe 2-3 times at most? Never got the opportunity to order some other food we wanted to try. My steak was ordered medium-well and was delivered well. We all ordered at the same time but only 4 of us received our meal together my son had to wait an additional 20 minutes for his. He had ordered fish and chips by the time he got his all of us had finished eating. Thankfully the birthday girl did enjoy her plate! We love seafood so we were disappointed with the service, other than the steak the rest of the food was good. We won’t be coming back to this restaurant. We are willing to try it again but maybe an out of town one.

I try not to write bad reviews but with the amount of money we paid there is just no sugar coating it. My family of 4 went on a Sunday at 1130a. There was one other booth taken. If it wasn't for Evan our waiter I would have given it one star. He was fantastic. Very attentive. I ordered an appetizer for the table of crab cake. We laughed when Evan delivered one crab cake ($20) for the 4 of us. The food was mediocre at best. I ordered the Maple Glazed Salmon which apparently held up everyone's food. That worried me because when I cook salmon at home it takes a few minutes or it dries up. Sure enough it was. I could go on but I won't. On second thought one more critique my son ordered a coffee called Millionaire ($9). It's an alcoholic drink with Baileys, Frangelico, and Kaluhua. They had no whipped topping which honestly would have made it at least look appealing because we surely couldn't taste it. I don't think I would return. That's too bad there aren't too many seafood places in El Paso.

The food was good but I left a cash tip to my server Juan and my card was overcharged $30. Spoke to management today and Hector claims I’m right… he doesn’t know why this happened 🤷🏽‍♀️ He says I’ll be reimbursed my $30 in a few business days… but that’s it. No reason why, no comp meal or discount suggested. This is how you lose customers and business. I am also an LSC member but apparently that doesn’t mean much … totally disappointed and will not be returning 👎🏽

Extremely overpriced for what it is. 3 appetizers came out to $73 including tip. Shrimp cocktail tasted like ketchup. Portions were tiny.

I made a reservation for two people a week in advance, which was confirmed by email and phone by someone from the establishment. On the day of my reservation, four hours before my scheduled time, they called to tell me they had canceled it and that I shouldn't come. This shows a lack of professionalism and attention from the staff, as they hung up on me twice when I asked for an explanation or a solution! I will even go to the establishment to demand an explanation!

The food was okay. My tossed salad with balsamic dressing was the best thing. The crawfish etoufee had huge chunks of green onion uncooked and was lacking on flavor besides strong cayenne pepper. The gumbo was a watery disappointment. The seafood was poor cooked and spiced awfully. In general I would not return. However, I know actual New Orleans food (which they claim) and it falls short but it's a nice try.

Extremely disappointed the 2 stars are for the drinks that were actually tasty buy very little alcohol. The food was bland absolutely no flavor. Our total for 3 people was $146. I ordered the COASTAL SEAFOOD PASTA $26 plate that was basically a bunch of angel hair pasta 2 scallops, 5 chewy overcooked shrimp in soup. Yes soup because it's was supposed to be garlic herb olive oil but was nothing but water mixed with diced tomatoes I substituted the mussels for shrimp and didn't get any extra shrimp other than the 5 . I didn't even eat my food ended up just eating a clam chowder, another person ordered a steak that was supposed to be medium well done and was raw inside the waiter did offer to take it back but we declined and left dissapointed and hungry NEVER AGAIN save your money. This is not what it used to be its just overpriced,bland unseasoned, overcooked cooked,undercooked food. Also was surprised no one addressed the other party's table who's 4 or 5children were running and screaming all around oir table while the parents enjoyed peace and quiet at the opposite side of the restaurant. 0

Unfortunately, our visit did not meet expectations. The food quality was very poor for the price. The rice was hard, the fish lacked flavor and had a mushy texture, and the kids’ meals were hard and seemed stale. Even the beer was flat. We also had to correct the bill because we were charged for soups and salads that were supposed to be included. We left feeling disappointed and do not plan to return.

I ordered the cedar plank salmon, which I've had many times before elsewhere. However, this salmon was extremely dry, and had no hint of cedar in it. The manager never came to our table to visit with me about my disatisfaction with my meal. We don't eat out often, but Landry's has always been a favorite. However, we will not be back. I never mind paying $30 for fish that is cooked well, but when it's as dry as this was, it's really a bummer. I feel like we just wasted our money. Poor quality of food, and lackluster service. Total bummer!

I have had a lot better experience before this visit. They took over an hour and half to bring out our and food and was cold. Extremely disappointed!! Manager said he would remake our food fresh in five minutes. My patience was completely gone at this point this was going to be a restaurant we would frequent but not anymore. Just horrible experience, I no longer recommend this place. Also, there were a lot of open seating throughout the restaurant and the excuse of one big party that was reserved should have had better planning on the restaurants part

Meal for two costs over $100. This place is not worth it. The fried calamari appetizer was delicious, and the pomegranate martini was excellent. The fried seafood platter was just okay, but the grilled swordfish was bland and needed more sauce. The fried oysters were absolutely terrible—had a foul taste and were inedible. I told the waiter, and he couldn’t have cared less. Speaking of which, the service was awful. Our waiter had zero personality.
