Came in for a late dinner. Place was about half full. My wife and I enjoyed some table side guacamole that was fantastic. We also shared combo fajitas with steak, chicken and shrimp. Those were also great. Llive music was a plus. It was a little loud but bearable.
They make you feel like in Mexico, beautiful decoration, colorful, great mexican music good vibes, great service delicious meal I get tostadas really fresh and crispy.
It was my first time at Andale, and I had such a great experience! The service was outstanding. The manager, Lidia, and our bartender, Alex, were both incredibly friendly and attentive. The drinks were fantastic, and the whole atmosphere was just fun and welcoming. I enjoyed it so much that I brought my dad back the very next day for lunch, and the food did not disappoint — everything we ordered was delicious. We even got to hear the mariachis, which made the experience even more special. Overall, everything was amazing, and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great food, drinks, great service, and a lively vibe!
Christian and Annabelle made this experience so amazing for us. They were our servers for a party of 40 guest. Both on top of drinks, food and taking things off the table. They made everyone feel welcomed and happy to be there.
We recently had a birthday party here and it was fantastic! Christian and Annabelle were our waiters for the time and did such an amazing job. We had about 40 people and everyone had their drinks full and food ordered and cleared out. The food was so delicious and there are so many options. I liked that we’re able to reserve space for the party and we had the whole back room to ourselves, so that made it more cozy and intimate. Christian and Annabelle were so friendly also and communicated with us what was going on or if we needed anything. Such a good time! They were even tell us that there is live music on Friday, so we’ll be checking that out soon!
This was an amazing restaurant, and if we stayed longer in El Paso, we would've come again. The food was well cooked, rich, and flavorful. All of their pork options were great. The service was also amazing. Even though there was a language barrier, it wasn't a problem because our waiter was so good at understanding us that he automatically got what we communicated to him with ease. Along with that, they were handing out $5 shots which was funny. The atmosphere was also amazing. The seats were comfortable, the rooms were well lit, and it was the right temperature. There was even live music playing and when the singer was finished, the people working were very kind to her. Overall, when we visit El Paso again, this will be our #1 restaurant to visit.
These is by far the best lunch special in al USA, we got the alambre tacos (arrachera steak) caldo de res and empanada for $12 dlls, also the mole plate, caldo de pollo amd empanada for $10.99, they serve the plates siper big and all the flour tortillas you want, dont go anywhere these is the place
Ándale is the kind of place that reminds you why we love Mexican restaurants in the first place: big flavors, warm hospitality, and an atmosphere that feels like you just walked into a celebration. From the second you step in, the vibe is spot-on. Colorful décor, lively (but never overpowering) live mariachi and guitar music roaming table-to-table, and a staff that treats every guest like family. Our server was an absolute gem: fast, funny, full of great recommendations, and genuinely happy to see us enjoying ourselves. The whole team (hosts, runners, even the manager doing rounds) radiated friendliness. The food? Straight-up excellent. Everything tastes fresh and made with care. The table-side guacamole is a must (perfectly ripe avocados, just the right kick of lime and jalapeño). We crushed the carne asada (beautifully charred, tender, and juicy), the enchiladas suizas that swim in the creamiest green sauce, and the cochinita pibil that falls apart with a fork. Portions are Texas-sized without being ridiculous, and the flavors are bold but balanced. Even the rice and beans were noticeably better than average. Margaritas are strong, fresh, and dangerously drinkable (the prickly pear is a knockout), and the salsa flight they bring to start is addictive. If you want authentic Mexican food that doesn’t take itself too seriously, served by people who clearly love what they do, with live music that makes you want to stay another hour, Ándale is an easy home run. It’s festive without being gimmicky and delicious without being overpriced.
Best Mexican food my wife and I have had in quite sometime. Drinks were awesome as well. We had the ceviche tostadas and enchiladas with the green and sour cream sauce. Also ask your server to bring the salsa from the kitchen. Much more spicy. I don’t normally leave reviews but I will for this fine establishment! Wish it was in the town I lived in….
I love the weekday lunch special at Andale! You get soup, a large lunch portion of food, a drink, and dessert. We have been there for dinner as well. The lunch prices are a great value! The service can sometimes be hit or miss. I also question their choice of seating. The restaurant was almost empty and they sat a large group next to our table with very little room in between. The server had to pass our food over the other table to hand it to us because she couldn't get close enough to us due to the other people being so close. When we got ready to leave, we had to ask people at the other table to get up so we could get by them. I felt trapped in my seat once the other table had been sat down. There was plenty of room in the restaurant for the large group to be sat a little farther away so we all would have been comfortable. Another time, we didn't get checked on at all and we never got drink refills that time. We had to go to the front and ask for a box and our check. Overall, it was just a couple of bad experiences. For the most part we get great food and great wait staff. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good meal.
What a fun, picturesque, and delicious place to go eat. The service was amazing. They were packed solid, but our waitress, Anastasia, did not miss a bit. She was very friendly, and her service was outstanding. Our food came out in good time, and I have no words to describe how delicious it was. True Mexican food, and this is coming from someone who was raised in Mexico. I seriously enjoyed it. The ambiance was so much fun. They had someone singing in the bar and another at the restaurant area. They both had great voices. The restaurant itself is so picturesque. I love how it's decorated with all those loud Mexican colors. Truly Mexican culture, even the bathrooms. It really represents traditional Mexican culture. I really appreciated Cesar, the manager, stopping by our table to check on us,especially because they were so busy. I truly recommend Andale, a great Mexican restaurant with a very friendly family atmosphere 😀.
They have a very good selection for the "comida corrida." The largest that I've seen. The food was very good and the margarita was perfect. On a previous visit at dinner, the music was way too loud in the restaurant area. We made a quick u-turn and dined in the bar area instead. The Food was tasty.
The experience was quite the fiesta with some really good mexican food. The entertainment was also great, getting everyone involved and having a good time. It was a little loud, which is expected when a lot of people are having fun. With our group of twenty-two, we definitely contributed to the lively atmosphere. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience with delicious food and entertainment.
Haven't been here in over ten years. The last time, the food was disgusting. Decided to give it another try. Why not? It's been over ten years. Anyway, we were seated promptly, and our waitress took our drink and food order right away. Food came out ridiculously fast. I was surprised. The flautas, though, could have had more cheese/chile. They really skimped on the sauce. The enchiladas were perfect. After we got our food, we never saw our waitress again. She didn't even give us the bill. We had to pay in the front.
We came to Andale for the live music and family-friendly atmosphere, which were both fantastic. The food was delicious, and the overall energy of the place was great. However, our experience with our server, Jenny (who wore glasses) was subpar. After asking for extra tortillas, she passed our table twice without them, only to later ask, "Oh, they didn't bring them to you?"— as if it was someone else's responsibility, despite being our only server. More frustrating was her attitude when asked if a virgin piña colada was cheaper than the alcoholic version (no drink prices listed anywhere). She dismissively replied, "obviously," yet when the bill arrived, we were charged the exact same price for the virgin drinks as the alcoholic one. It wasn't about the couple of dollars per drink difference; it was the combination of being talked down to, factually misleading prices, and lack of follow-through. It’s a shame because the rest of the staff seemed great, but Jenny’s condescending attitude overshadowed an otherwise great family night out
The dining establishment provides adequate cuisine and service, yet the overall ambiance detracts from the experience. The environment is often chaotic, making it difficult for people to converse or relax. A major issue is the inability to hear orders clearly, leading to potential errors and frustration. The excessive noise levels contribute to an unpleasant and stressful dining experience.
Waited over 45 minutes to be seated for a party of 9. The place was so noisy and so chaotic that we could barely hear each other talk. Karaoke in one room and a singer in the adjacent room making it too loud to enjoy the atmosphere. Management didn't help at all as he relied on one waitress who apparently ran the show. Others got seated before us. We finally left as there was no estimated time to be seated and we were hungry. Went next door to Chih'ua and food was delicious Mexican buffet and no noise. Such a huge difference. Great food and nice Christmas music.
The atmosphere and music is fun and lively, however the food is not good and the service is poor. We were seated for 10 minutes, and we had to ask for menus. When we ordered our food and it was brought to the table we had to ask for utensils and the utensils were dirty so we had to wait for another set. If your only going to drink and dance then you might have a good time.
⭐️ 0/5 — Very Disappointing Company Dinner This holiday company dinner was a complete letdown. Most of the dishes, including the carnitas, tacos, and rice, were dry and lacked any real flavor. For an event that was supposed to feel special, the food quality fell far below expectations. Unfortunately, I’d give this experience zero stars if I could.
We went for a company party/Christmas event. When we were greeted for our drinks, the waitress looked like she was in a bad mood. Very short and rude. My son ordered chicken wings. The chicken look like it was boiled put on a plate with a side of buffalo sauce. No dipping sauces were included so they charged us a dollar for the small cup of ranch. That was only enough for two wings at best. My wife’s milanesa was not even edible And tasted like it was fried with old grease and tasted like old wet, laundry smells. My tacos were OK but at an event and multiple people not enjoying the food, it was a bit of a mood kill. I will not recommend this restaurant to anybody as it is a complete waste of money. Not to mention the mandatory gratuity For subpar service.I guess the waitresses act The way they want’ cause they’re gonna get tipped anyways. I always tip, but it wouldn’t be 18% the way we were served.
