This was a great experience from start to end. We went on a weekday for our anniversary. They greeted us by name throughout the night. and had the table reserved with a "happy anniversary" sign for us! Heads up, the mac and cheese can easily be a whole meal for one, or a side for 2 , maybe even 3 people. The steak was so good and easy to eat. The lychee martini was so good!! I would eat here every week if it weren't a hike for me.

Had a wonderful experience at Ruth's Chris Steak House. We started with the Caesar Salad. It's one of the best Caesar Salads I've ever had. For our entree, we ordered the 16oz Ribeye and added the Jumbo Lobster Tail (you need to ask for the jumbo size because it's not on the menu). The steak was perfectly seasoned/cooked(medium rare) and the lobster was fantastic. Ask for garlic butter with the lobster, you'll thank me later. Not a big deal, because the entree is what matters, but I think I should have tried a different side. The garlic mashed potatoes were just a little bland and nothing to write home about. Next time I'll try lobster mac and cheese. My wife loved her Lemon Drop cocktail (strong pour and well balanced). Ivonna was delightful (sorry if I misspelled it). She was clearly experienced and well trained. Understand that you're getting prime cuts of beef, so you should expect to pay a little more, but it's not unreasonable. It was worth every penny. Overall, the food and service were excellent! I highly recommend you come see for yourself.

It took my wife 6 years to convince me to try this place. She finally just surprised me with reservations. They started off our anniversary dinner with a decorated table and two glasses of champagne. The meat was very tender and cooked correctly. The meat was surprisingly hot even after it had been at our table for a bit. The scallops were delicious. The sides are definitely shareable. We ordered the lobster mac and asparagus. Both were very good. They surprised us with a cheesecake and we still ordered the creme Brulee. The staff were all incredibly attentive, welcoming, and truly made our anniversary dinner a memorable one. Thank you to the staff that worked on the evening of 4/12.

Went to celebrate a milestone birthday. Atmosphere was quiet then again it was a Tuesday night. They had the table decorated for us and our waiter (William) was attentive to all our requests. We took his recommendation on trying something new since we tend to always order the same dishes. He also never missed a beat on our bar orders! Tomahawk and salmon were delicious! I’ve been to a few Ruth’s Chris locations when I lived in SoCal and they were always top quality and service, so I expected no less of this location despite it being in El Paso. My husband and I set reservations for his birthday on Halloween. We were a little late but it was no issue, the restaurant was completely empty when we arrived. The hostess was welcoming and sat us right away. We had a booth large enough for a family, but very roomy for just two people. The restaurant is located within an outdoor shopping mall so it’s different than other standalone locations I used to frequent. Our waiter that served us for the evening was good. He came around to check on us often, however, I do feel service was a bit slow. I enjoy a good dining experience but we were there for two hours. Much longer than the average dinner at a restaurant. Mode our meals my husband ordered the ribeye steak with the Parmesan crust. I absolutely LOVE their Caesar salad, so that was my first choice. For sides we got the max and cheese, au gratin potatoes and my husband wanted to try their garlic mashed potatoes as well. Everything tasted great! I will note that the sides weren’t as hot as I would have expected if it was just prepared. All of the dishes were just Luke warm. The mac and cheese would have been nice with more sauce as well, came out a bit dry. I did appreciate that our server gave my husband a cute little cheesecake for his birthday. He also brought one out for me as well which I thought was very sweet. Overall I’d say our dining experience was worthy of 4 stars. The only reason I exclude a star is due to the long time it took between courses and receiving our check as well as the side dishes not being hot and fresh like I would have expected. Other than that I will say my husband and I had a good experience at this location for his birthday!

Let me start off by saying the Three course meal for $60.00 is a nice deal! The steak and shrimp was amazing! I also had the veal ravioli for an appetizer and that veal ravioli was the star of the meal! Ruth Chris should make the Veal Ravioli a meal on its own trust me it’s that good! The garlic mash potatoes were gritty with a little to much butter and the house salad was amazing! My issue with Ruth Chris is they have an identity crisis. I’m not sure if they want to be a high end steak house or sports bar. You had music playing sports on all the televisions I just did not get the high end steak feel. Overall I do recommend eating at Ruth Chris, the food is good

Nice atmosphere, menu was a little overpriced for the selections. Places elegant if you need somewhere to go and you dressed up Ruth's Chris would be my recommendation with two thumbs up. Our waiter was very attentive to all of our needs.

Food is served hot, delicious, fresh and well seasoned; beware that appetizers and sides are in shareable portions; overall it was a nice dining experience, far from exceptional, I would say it hasnt met the international Ruth's Chris standard yet. I was somewhat disappointed about the wrong table setting etiquette for a high-end restaurant. I didnt serve with any butter knife, and i was given a tablespoon for dessert.

Last night my husband and I went to Ruth’s Chris for the first time for his 33rd birthday and when we first entered into the restaurant the hostess were very sweet and she told my husband HBD. When we were seated they had the table decorated with confetti and a birthday card. We ordered the crab cakes for our appetizer and they were delicious. I ordered steak and shrimp and my husband ordered the lamb chops. My steak was a little undercooked but they fixed it with no issues, overall we had a great time; our waitress was sweet but he wasn’t as attentive he forgot our drinks until we reminded him after we at, after our food was served he didn’t come back to check on us so I had to grab someone else to send my steak and shrimp back. My husband enjoyed his dinner and we would come back again

Service was great! Our waiter Michael was fantastic, he was very professional and knowledgeable about the menu. Service was quick, we were done in a hour 👍 They went out of their way in celebrating our anniversary…rose petals and a card. Very sweet. The food was really good!! Spicy Shrimp appetizer was A+++! My hubby said it’s the best Cesar salad he’s ever had. The sweet potato casserole…🤤. My steak was a little undercooked. Other than that, everything was delicious. I would definitely return for another special occasion.

We visited this place two days ago for my husband’s birthday. We decided to celebrate at this restaurant because the past 3 times we had an impeccable experience. The staff seemed a bit too “robotic”, they were kind but it seemed staged. The second this was that both our salads (house and caesar) had wilted lettuce. You could see the brown on the leaves, we mentioned it to our server, apologized and asked if we wanted anything else but since we got the 3 course meal we didn’t want to get full. Especially since this restaurant holds a high quality on service. The remaining of the dishes were good, not to die for but they were good. Overall, we wish they would’ve compensated over that awful experience with the salad. Obviously we didn’t want a free meal but maybe a soup or something else to go.

Went to celebrate my husband's birthday. Place opens at 4pm and we were there at around 4:05. We were told there was a 20-30 min wait. What?! We later overheard that there was only one server. A lady walked in after us waiting for a party, she only spoke spanish and the host guy rudely told her "i dont speak spanish".....in El Paso? the front lobby guy? For starters I put in a reservation but when I arrived I still had to wait for about an hour before I was able to be seated, the purpose behind a reservation is to avoid a wait. That set the tone for what I never would have expected. Our waitress was totally inattentive we may have seen her 3 times during our time there forgetting things we asked for, never even asked about the experience we were having just all around totally off. The atmosphere was totally unexpected for a place that is held at such a high regard just not as nice inside as one would expect. Which brings me to the food, I had the lamb chops and lobster macaroni and cheese and my date had the ginger fish and lobster macaroni and cheese as well I rated my meal a C+ and my date rated hers a B-. The lobster macaroni and cheese lacked flavor and texture for something that was raved about was definitely disappointing the lamb chops were delicious but could have used a bit more flavor. For our first experience it was enough we decided that going back at least to this Ruth's Chis just wouldn't be worth it. Best of luck for anyone else the decides to go here.

We finally decided to try this place after having lived here for 5 years. I can’t believe they have so many good reviews. The service was AWFUL! Our server Diana disappeared for very long periods of time, our glasses sat empty for probably 30 minutes at one point. The food wasn’t good at all. The ceasar salad had an odd taste, the potatoes au gratin was just chunks of potato with a heavy layer of cheddar on top, the goat cheese and artichoke dip was mediocre and the garlic bread served with it was so heavy in garlic flavor it’s still burning my tongue a couple of hours later. The only steak I eat is ribeye and when I say they have one of the worst ribeyes ever, I mean EVER. It was supposed to be medium, it was more like medium well, no juice, and frankly the only seasoning I could taste was pepper. Ribeye is supposed to be full of flavor and a bit salty from the fat…nope, none of that good flavors at all. After waiting for way too long for our server I walked to the hostess station and told them we would like a new server, they said okay. That never happened. Nobody even acknowledged that a new server had been requested. For a $340+ dinner for 3 people it was a complete and total waste of money. Pelicans, West Texas Chophouse, and even Texas Roadhouse are far superior to what we experienced tonight.
