I really like this location the staff is always so friendly. I finally tried the upgraded frank n it was worth the additional cost. Fries r always fresh with just the right amount of salt. There is nothing more delicious than following all this with a cold Pepsi. Yummy try it out won't regret it.

I stopped here after traveling for 24 hours and I was starving. When I first stopped, I thought I was at a whataburger, because I had never been there either, nor had ever seen a sign. When they said they only had hotdogs available, I agreed. Since i had never been, I told him to give me his favorite. I pulled up to the window, and he said "no charge" what. OK cool. As I'm sitting there waiting I look over and realize I'm not at whataburger, well... I was not disappointed! That hotdog was probably one of the best I had ever had. I was covered in chili sauce with ZERO Fawks given! I drove the hour to my final destination happy and full. Seriously. Amazing. Food was great, service was amazing. Thank you!

I love Wienerschnitzel, every time I visit El Paso I come here. The food was good but the service was a little slow. I did not take star off because it was good service. If management sees this they need to schedule more people. Claudia was the only person working when I stopped by. I live out of town so when I come in town the family gets together. We ordered 3 family packs and an extra meal on the side. Poor Claudia let us know in advance we would be waiting a while because she is working by herself. We didn’t believe it so we ordered anyway, and sure enough when we get to the window she is the only one inside. Not only is it dangerous for her to be alone it’s inconsiderate to put her under that much stress. Claudia did a great job and our order was correct.

Had a great burger which was quite unique. Great sauces and the premises were clean. Had a super fast delivery and we were in and out within 15 minutes. Teenager who took my order gave us a good service and I was quite surprised to see the zeal. After driving for 6 hours, these hot dogs and sandwiches were a welcome treats. Love their cone ice creams.

Can't get enough of them chilli dogs. It's a must to go on Wednesdays 4 for 4. You can't beat that!

We visited shortly after they opened. Service was friendly and prompt. Food was fresh and tasty. Most locations I’ve visited throw the food together and is usually subpar. But this location was Great! I would highly recommend visiting rather than the locations on the N East.

Orders the bacon street dog and the presentation was amazing. Not overly done on the condiments. The place was clean and neat. The restrooms were nice and tidy. The manager was assisting in training a new employee, and apologized for the delay in completing the order, but he was training hands on. Great fibbing experience.

Food is a bit pricy but it was delicious!! Ordered 2 chili dogs which they unfortunately got wrong and gave me 2 chili cheese dogs which is $1 more so I was a bit upset about that, but it was very delicious. My dad ordered a chicken sandwich which was also pricy at $5 but he said it was really good chicken. Ice Cream cones are $1 and are really good! If you’re looking to pay $20 plus for 2 people but want good quality hot dogs, this is the place.

This place is consistent. Food is good, and service is okay. Staff can be a little friendlier. Other than that, the chili cheese dogs are the best.

It's a good thing they haven't changed the taste of thier chili beans. It's always a good place for a hot dog person. Hamburgers not so good. Polish Sandwich is good also.

Weinerschnitzel Decent food, decent-but-plain atmosphere. I give the bathroom 5/10. They DO have free internet! I wonder what keeps these places going, but their El Paso locations manage to stay around. When I look at their franchise pages, I understand what is happening. They emphasize that food costs are low, and that it is a simple business to run. If you have $600k in overall net worth, this is worth a look. If I could only remember where my baseball card collection is...

Went through drivethru for lunch and was taken care of in a timely manner. Nothing special, only prices going up, up, up! For less food. They need better combos, without having to produce a coupon.

Can you ever go wrong with chilli cheese fries.... No! They do an good job. I love a fast food mb restaurant that makes sure your order is complete and ready to go. You know some places forget or mess up the order. So far Wienerschnitzel has not let me down, at least the Airway location.

Been going to this location for about 30yrs. Would visit more often, but freshness of food, especially the fries deters me. Also customer service is hit or miss, some of the order takers don't want that job. All comes down to Management and/or supervisor on duty. Update 11/3/26 service and food quality has improved

I went today during lunch, there was only 2 employees but both ladies did an amazing job. They were polite and got my order and food in a timely manner. The establishment was clean, the bathroom was just a tad bit dirty but not too bad in all honesty. The food was fresh and warm. I had corn dogs it was ok, but the hotdog used had no flavor wouldve been better if they were beef but thats no knock to this location in particular.

I really loved the kraut dogs and fries! May only complaint (small) was I would’ve wanted the hotdogs to be warmer. Wienerschnitzel fries are one of my favorites and were really good and held up really well with only a few that made it home slightly soggy, but that is to be expected with fries. (I usually don’t worry about take out fries anymore since I have an air fryer). Anyway, the sauerkraut there is definitely one of the best for a fast food place. Very inexpensive too. I’d been craving one for so long. Definitely satisfied :)

Reliably good 'dogs, sandwiches and fries. Guy who took order was ok but lady who put order up on counter was uninterested in whether customers knew who's order was who's or if they even knew order was up. There were a number of juveniles slouching and laying in booths with their feet on the seats. Overall was not the meal experience I was hoping for.

Came for lunch. Had a craving, so I decided to dine in. The restaurant was clean, and the food was good, so no complaints there. Friendliness definitely was not there. I tried to start some small talk and cashier just looked at me. They didn't provide an order number, so when the order was ready, they just announced the order left the bag on the counter and walk away.

Really don't like to say anything negative about anything or anyone! But at the time I was there, they really need to get rid of the supervisor who was in charge! Employees did a good job, but talking down to your employees, really makes the (this) supervisor look bad! Feel for these employees! 😐😔

First time ordering here and the best thing by far was the strawberry pineapple lemonade. Fruit filled and not over sweetened, very balanced. Corn dogs were very basic, nothing to brag over and the fries could have used more salt. The price wasn't bad enough to where I wouldn't order again and I do wonder about other things on the menu so I would be back.

The chili dogs barely had any chili or cheese. The kraut dogs were full of kraut but no hot dog. Yay.

Always a long wait in the drive through. Inside service is better. The quality of the food is not consistent. The cost of the food is about average if you get something that actually looks like the picture presented.

The guy in the drive thru had us repeat our order 3 times, asking us to hold on for a minute in between each time. Then it took FOREVER. We honestly sat in the drive thru for a good 20 mins. They started just walking out to get your payment and then walking the food out to the cars for some reason.

Good was good, but the kitchen and the bathrooms looked dirty. I hope they can clean that up and get a better review.

So I was making an order and a man with glasses was answering his employees instead of saying please hold in or something to that nature. Then to find out there is someone calling and the employee called Michelle said it was her boyfriend calling and calling. They didn't answer him due to seeing on caller ID. Wow.. that is crazy. One of the people working here has to be the manager to have said something to that employee about a significant other calling to Harrass his girlfriend at work.

Didn't get a receipt and noticed nobody was getting one. Bathrooms were dirty. Lady at the register was not friendly either. I couldn't get a hello from her. TOO BAD I WAS CRAVING A HOT DOG BUT I WILL NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. AND I WILL LET EVERYONE KNOW. Very sad

$5 just to add all natural beef and cheese. It's way too much. Its not the first time that I have come here, and they always miss something about my order. This time was the bacon Chili cheese fries. I asked for two, and it was only one. Last time, it was the fries, and they charged me to fix THEIR mistake.

I didn't like this food here. The dogs had a bland taste, i had the chili cheese dog, they slapped a slice of cheese over the hotdog that was still slightly cool and not melted at all, fries were okay.

Went to pick up for lunch and had an online coupon for a free chili dog for signing up for their emails and instead get told it is not free and can not be honored unless I buy one get one even though the coupon specifically states that it's completely free and they can do nothing for me. Fries needed salt, Pepsi was flat and all in all not a good Wienerschnitzel location. Any other location in EP has better customer service and items.

Waited over 30 minutes in drive-thru to pick up an order. It's ridiculous that lobby is still closed for pickups when just about every restaurant has their lobby open. I will never pick up or do business at Wienerschitzel until they open their lobby because 30-40 minutes is a ridiculous time to be waiting in line for some food.

I went through the drive thru and it took 12 minutes to get a chili dog kid's meal!!! There were no cars in front of me. The dining room had nobody in there. Ridiculous service!!! When I called the restaurant about 15 minutes later to speak to a manager, there was no answer.

Unbelievable waited for my order for awhile have a 1 hr lunch had 10 minutes to eat should have gone to mcdonalds they at least give you your food keep but always missing something

Last week I came and they didn’t have any Hamburgers. Now they said they don’t hAve burgers, unsweet tea and their pos system is out of service and their only accepting cash!!! WTH the guy was rude, no communication skills. Poor management.

This place has some of the worst food and customer service. I've gone to this place several times throughout many years hoping it would improve but sadly it hasn't. 😔 perhaps it's the management or the employees, whatever it maybe this place should either be changed drastically or avoided all together.

Their ice cream machine always goes down. It's been three times that we've gone to get an ice cream, and the machine is down. It's a good place to go, but when their ice cream machine goes down, it's not good. This place is a good place to go and eat only for a craving, not an everyday thing. But all in all its good.

Absolutely horrible. Went to the drive-thru. Granted, it's a Friday night, and possibly they were understaffed. But that really isn't much of an excuse to take nearly thirty minutes to prepare an order. Through the window, the staff appeared quite disorganized and didn't seem to possess much of a sense of urgency. The food was not prepared neatly, and the chili cheese dog I had ordered was nowhere to be found. Definitely never returning.

Went on October 16 a Wednesday I ordered four Polish sandwiches very disappointed. They usually come with pickle spears and to my surprise. They only had three slices of pickles per sandwich.☹️ Yeah, it looks like they’re cutting corners to save money probably.😞

After picking up family members from the airport, we stopped by this restaurant on Veterans Day. After ordering, the employee asked if I was an active duty veteran. I said I am a retired veteran. The employee said the deal is only for active duty veterans. Soldiers on active duty are not veterans according to U.S. law. The veteran title is only for soldiers who have been discharged under honorable conditions. Please tell your marketing team to change the wording on you signs and what you tell your employees a veteran is. As far as I am concerned you do not honor veterans.

Girl at drive thru was rude. Kept trying to over charge us and was rolling her eyes at us. If she doesn't like her job then maybe it's time for her to change occupations. Definitely not going back

This store had never gets over busy, yet their drive through is beyond slow. I was doing DoorDash, there were only two cars in front of me yet it still took literally 25 minutes and I still have not received it

Update, this place never seizes to disappoint me. Is it really that hard to read an order? Workers need more training. They will agree with everything you ask and are very polite, but they just can't follow through with what you asked them. One tried to hand me a melted shake, then instead of just making another one, he had me keep it and just made a new one. Still wonder why, if he could make a new one, why did he hand me the melted one?

Love my chili dogs,,, but today they tasted like rough paper!! Wrong soda!! The only thing done right were the fries!! Go figure our modern workforce!! They say they're short staff yet just one car at drive thru and they STILL slack off!! Zero stars if I could!! Waste of money!!

Drove in last weekend, they say they’re closed for Super Bowl Sunday… on Saturday night, for some reason. Drove in tonight, they said they’re only making hot dogs. Basically, no one wants to do any work past 10, so… ignore the operating hours and consider it closed at 10 every night. Sonic, on the other hand, does keep its hours, so save yourself the trouble and just go there first.

One thing I can’t stand is to be ignored I sat in the drive thru lane for a couple of minutes before leaving after being ignored. It was 10:20am so I assumed it was open since opening time is 10am or so it says…..The owner of this location needs to do some house cleaning and get some employees who actually want to work.

Horrible experience. Guy at drive thru was on his cell phone while we waited for him to open window so we can pay him. He looked like a thug. Tatto. Not even a hello or nothing just as he didn’t care Hot dogs was salty way over. Couldn’t even eat them. Guy cooking our food we had seem outside prior peeling out Never coming back at this location.

Waited 45 minutes for my order because they gave it away/deleted it from the screen. Also apparently it's all new staff/management so they need some training and what not. While I was there some higher people of the company showed up to help out the issues. Would I go again? To this location probably not but those chilli dogs were hot, fresh and tasted good. Can't be 5 chilli dogs or 5 corn dogs for $7.95

If I could give zero stars I would. The customer service by supervisor Samantha was very poor. I asked for two separate orders consisting of 4 Chili cheese dogs & 2 corn dogs each and add a large fry to the second order. Each order in separate bags. We arrived at the drive thru and noticed one receipt indicated no cheese. I told the cashier that I wanted to make sure the chili dogs had cheese. He turned & told Samantha that we requested cheese and she said, they all have cheese. They gave us both orders in one bag so made it impossible to check the order. When we arrived home, half of the chili dogs had no cheese and we were missing a corn dog. Kudos to the young man attending the register as he was trying his best to get the order right and was being very patient with Samantha. She would walk away from him without saying a word when he attempted to ask her questions. Service is usually good at this location during the day and staff is usually on top of things. Ordered big foot fries that cost 12.99. I got home and they were chilli friends 6.99. When back to the store, they told me that’s what it was, showed them a picture of the item and they processed to tell me they don’t know what that item is. They said they will remake them, I read the ingredients out loud. They still didn’t get the order right, they forgot the chilli, tomatoes and pickles. I look at it and I just left because either way, with me reading the ingredients and allowing them to look at my phone with the item on their app. They still couldn’t get it right.

Stopped by for a quick to go order, SAMANTHA (manager) gave the worst customer service experience ever!! Asked for 2 junkyard dogs, one polish one all beef and a lemonade. She repeated the order back to me and she said so it’s a junkyard and a Chicago! And I said NOOOOO! It’s 2 junkyards one polish one all beef. She repeated the order back to me once again, picked up my order drove off. Upon checking my food they gave me a CHICAGO STILL! LOL THE IGNORANCE AND LEVEL OF STUPIDITY IS AMAZING. Great job SAMANTHA
