Over and beyond service the "coolest server I have had in four states Carlos L". The food is great the mashed homemade great and the mac and cheese actually was superb with the piece resistance rib eye was the crown jewel nothing needed like a steak should be.

Been here a couple of times and it has pretty good food, little over whelmed with how big the menu is. Maybe I'm used the smaller menus but still good food. The chicken Alfredo is really good. Also they don't have imported beer from Mexico. Little negative for me. Other thank that food and service is a plus.

Came here with family on a trip from down in southern NM. Restaurant wasn’t busy or too loud. Our server Kim took care of us and made sure we had anything we needed. Would come here again.

We had an incredible experience at BJ’s today. Carlos who works near the bar area is a breath of fresh air. It is rare to get such excellent customer service anywhere these days. Carlos is outstanding! He has the best attitude and personality. You can tell he enjoys his work and likes to please and get ti know his customers. About the food: The steak with stir fry veggies was so flavorful. I was pleasantly surprised at the taste and quantity for the price. I had steak and veggies, hubby had amazing fish tacos recommended by Carlos. We had yummy strawberry lemonade and incredible dessert. We spent around $60 bucks for all of that great food and wonderful service. We will definitely be back!

Went for the first time yesterday and it was AMAZING! You can definitely tell the burger patties are HAND MADE and FRESH! We also ordered a pazookie and it was absolutely delicious. It’s the perfect size to share!

Had lunch and it wasn't as busy as the dinner time. Decor is updated and servers are friendly. Bertha A. did an awesome job as our waitress. Chicken strips and a burger for the boys. Macaroni and cheese bites for my wife. Pizooki time! 👀 The limited time cinnamon rolls pizookie was amazing! Carlos L. always has a great attitude and his service is always to the top. Food is very good and great prices. BJs does have a big menu so you do have to come a few times to try different stuff. Best thing is always the dessert. And there cookies are delicious. I love the cookies and cream one.

Prime rib was insanely tender. The white cheddar mash was delicious. The asparagus was on point. The Tito's lavender lemonade was refreshing and tasty. The monkey bread was yummy. There was absolutely nothing but positive experiences and encounters at BJ's including the staff.

Happy celebration dinner! Excellent service from our waiter! He was personable and took our dinner choices for a party of 8 without writing our orders. He has a great memory as he remembered and delivered our tasty meals to each of us. The only item that was bland was our Calamari appetizer. Everyone enjoyed their meal.

This was our very first time dinning at this restaurant, but it will definitely not be the last time. The food was delicious the service was amazing. I was really impressed by the ambiance of the place & the appetizers were fantastic.

This is the first time I've been to BJ's in about 8 years. Eva was our waitress, she was very courteous, attentive and was very easy to get along with. We started with chips and salsa, the salsa was extremely flavorful, the chips were light and not greasy. For my entree I had the double bone in pork chop with white cheese mashed potatoes. The pork chop was cooked to perfection and wasn't overcooked. I was very impressed with the food, atmosphere, and service. I'll definitely be returning very soon. 🤗

Stopped in for a few drinks and it happen to still be happy hour! They had a good selection of happy hour drinks , I got the $6 vodka (absolut citron) but you can choose from vodka, tequila, or whiskey , and my friend got the $5 beers (pint piranha pale ale) . We also were able to score select happy hour bites; avocado eggs rolls are always a go to .. never disappoint, and mini pizza (build a pizza) . Small bites indeed but perfect size just to snack , chat, and enjoy the games on tv Maria A. was our server at the bar and she was awesome . We never had to wait for her to stop by and check on us . And she was super friendly !

One of our favorite spots in El Paso. It’s a reliable experience. It will be good, every time. Not too loud, reasonably priced. We have visited several times in the few short months we have lived in El Paso.

Hadn't been in awhile but for a mid week day there seemed to be several large parties. Our server Carlos was great! Patient, friendly and even tho he was super busy stayed on top of our request. The food was good. My favorite here is the avocado egg rolls. Kids love the pazookie. We ordered from the $13 pazookie meal menu & the Daily special. Load burger options were good and unlimited fries. The fried chicken *chefs kiss* really good. Prob the favorite meal of the night at our table. Overall experience was a great way to end the night and celebrate a birthday. I also made a reservation online and they even followed up to confirm and were ready for us when we showed up.

Came here on Wednesday for my birthday. Got the best seat in the house (love that huge booth all to myself). My server Maria was very nice has a great inviting personality and the food was perfect, from the chicken to the top sirloin (ordered it medium) and the dessert. Music playing wasn't boring or dull. This has truly become our go to place for date night. We’ve even started going during the week for their awesome specials. The atmosphere is fantastic, not to mention the food is amazing. I’ve had multiple items now and none of them have disappointed. Sal’s chicken is one of my favorite, it’s creamy, tangy from the lemon and it’s a great portion, you’ll go home with leftovers. Their cherry salmon is one of the best I’ve had and it’s perfect every time. You cannot leave without getting a pizookie, those are pretty amazing! 10/10

The food was pretty good! Avocado egg rolls are insanely good. (Apetizer) the Alfredo pasta was disappointing to say the least. There was about 3 broccoli pieces 🥦 and the pasta was dry! My mom had to ask for more Alfredo sauce. The clam chowder was okay. Not memorable. But the New Orleans Jambalaya was delicious! The right amount of spices......an abundance of bell peppers and onions and chicken pieces and chicken sausage and shrimp. Seriously delicious!! We were seated and I had to hunt down a waitress after u asked the bus boy to send a waiter because we had been waiting 20 minutes before we got water or greeted at our table. Once a waitress came she was awesome and very attentive. I don't think it was her area too work but she took us as a table so we could eat.

Since my previous review a year ago when the service was EXTREMELY slow, the food and service was much better this time around. We enjoyed the food, drinks and atmosphere.

Visited this past weekend. Nice place to stop by server was very kind food was basic but good would try again maybe earlier in the day.

I go to Bjs Brewhouse only because of the pizza. However I feel like the deep dish is okay taste wise. It’s a bit doughy and doesn’t have enough toppings on it. Nonetheless service is usually pretty good and the atmosphere is nice.

The wedge salad is by far one of the best I've had! Very generous with the tomato and bacon, the dressing always tastes fresh. The Alfredo is also amazing. I always am made to feel welcome, and usually get sat with the same server on the weekends. I believe her name is Savina (could be Samina, sorry!?!?) Very, spirited young lady, witty, smart as a whip and quick with the jokes. Prompt and precise service, keeps my seltzer water full, and routine checkins with me, and her other patrons while twirling through the restaurant like a whirling dervish. She knows the menu as well, will recite it even though we both know I'm getting the salad. I'm always sent away with a farewell and a great smile. 20 out of 10, outside of the bacon, she's the reason I go back! Good luck, young lady!

The food is pretty good when your order is correct and consistent. The cookies are tasty too. They used to have more desserts but not anymore. Sports on all the tvs and craft beers. Servers are nice as well. Just be careful with special orders for allergies. This time I ate in the restaurant and the service was good and quick. I tried the enlightened menu and the lemon thyme chicken was good but there was soo much sauce it was like soup.

Great food and service but I asked for medium well steak in my Steakhouse salad and they gave it to me medium rare I don’t know if the steak was ment to be served cold hence it being salad so it wasn’t the best . The wings and sliders tasted amazing as well ass the queso I recommend the new wing sauce sweet n spicy . Definitely will come back to try more off the menu everything looks delicious

Extremely frustrating a place as pricy as this has third party ordering for pick up (ie: uber eats, grub hub,DoorDash) we used uber eats for pick up and parked in the curbside service and they are so petty that the said any third part pick up has to go inside. This is so sad that they are like that. Why get take out from them if they don’t take it out to you like the sign says.

We went here for a birthday. It was 4 adults and one child, without alcohol, it cost more than $200. Pretty ridiculous. The service was great. The food was good for a couple of dishes, but the pasta tasted as if it had been left on a counter for several hours. It was dried out and cold. It may have been the worst pasta I have ever had. There must be better places in El Paso with more reasonable prices. Ribs were good, Brussel sprouts appetizer was good, and the desserts were good too. Overall, this is a "nah" from me.

I came into eat with my family today expecting to show them a new restaurant. We drove from las cruces to try something different. Our server was Kayla I believe and she was also the bartender. I normally don’t have any issues with servers being one myself but our experience was horrible. I would just like to say that if you can’t handle being nice and taking care of your tables then you shouldn’t be a server. We had empty drinks for probably 30+ minutes. Our food took over an hour to come out and then she never came back to the table to check on us. I would have loved to get a desert but we were there so long I ran out of time because I have a job I had to go to. I would just like to say I wish our experience was different.

Service is great, the place looks nice and clean. But the steaks are straight up mid, the potatoes had more flavor. Ribs have a small smear of bbq, you 100% need to ask for extra. Watery ranch. For the price go anywhere else.

Service was good. Food was inconsistent. Meat was perfectly cooked, one side was WAY overcooked, and the other side was barely cooked at all. First time a BJs restaurant has ever been disappointing.

This is an interesting one for me. Handling a 14 person table is hard and they made sure to hand all of us at the same time our drinks and food so that is appreciated. I had an Arnold Palmer and it was one of the best and sweetest ones I have had here and then I tried the Lavender Lemonade. The Lavender flavor tasted similar to medicine and it was more tart than anything else. I ordered a mini pizza and I was surprised about the size and not only was half of the pizza more topped than the other but also half of it was warm and the other half was luke warm. There wasn't too many complaints about the food from my other dining mates. There was a long wait and I can understand to an extent that there are going to be waits but I know that it was draining from ordering to waiting. Waitress was pleasant enough, I am willing to try it again.

I can vouch that the lavender lemonade was delicious and the fish and chips were really good, too. The bruschetta bites, avocado egg rolls, and BJ's favorite mini pizza were average. For the price of the food, I expected better. Overall, I would give them a 3.5 at best.

we went for a quick dinner around 8pm, got sat and went about 10-15min without being greeted or even acknowledged. disappointed!

My dine in experience was amazing! I tried a new dish and it was amazing lots of flavor in everything ! Made me want to come back more often! I was ready to bring my family .How ever my take out was not. Not only did it look like there was ingredients missing the flavor wasn’t there. Idk if there was a different cook that day but very disappointed the flavor was not consistent and will warn people that it is a hit and miss. The only good thing I can say about take out is the desert was decent.

We made a reservation for a birthday 🎂 dinner. My granddaughter and Brother inlaw ordered chicken wings but they were very under cooked. My husband's spaghetti was cold and had no taste to it. We will not be coming back any time soon.

Headed out for takeout dinner at BJs and I was extremely disappointed with the portion size for take out. I ordered three items and out of the three, the Peanut Chicken & Soba left much to be desired for a price of OVER $20. The portion size was small, the quarter lime was spoiled and old and just plain bad. I’ll let the pictures tell the story. The pizza was as expected and good and the Jambalaya was NOT as tasty as it usually is (lacked spice). The portion size on the Jambalaya was good however I did have to ask for extra Jambalaya sauce before I left the restaurant. Unfortunately, unless taste, portion sizes and the quality of food improves I’ll be headed to other restaurants for full and tasty meals.

Went here for my birthday recently, and went in with a fully clear mindset, as I could remember anything about this place except that I liked the root beer about 15 years ago. Got the root beer again, and it was great, but my glass was empty for 93% of the visit. Ordered chicken wings for an app, and they were burnt to a crisp. Ordered my tri tip rare, it came out with a hot pink center, and was chewy as dog food. The sauce on the outside was salty as heck, but tasted like somebody had ground up a meatloaf and slathered it onto a cheap piece of beef. The baby back ribs were also burnt, and I chipped a tooth on a piece of the char. My wife had a much better experience. She loved her salmon, and her mozzarella sticks were nothing to scoff at. My daughter got a little bowl of fruit and a garlic knot right away, which was very nice.

Atmosphere was good as well as the food. It was the service for me. My server Kimmy was not very inviting, seemed bothered, rude and rolled her eyes when I asked for a refill when she finally came around to our table. She definitely needs a reprimanding or termination.

The food was cold, and the meat was a little to hard for my liking. Waitress never checks up on you. This was my first time there. For the price , the food and service is not worth it.

Hadn’t been here in a while so decided to give it a try. Once seated we waited 10 min before anyone attended us. As soon as we were going to leave. The waiter arrived.. We got a table that was still dirty and wanted cleaned before we set down. We asked if he can clean it in a polite manner.. he replied as if he was bothered by asking him if he could clean it. And said I’ll get someone to clean it up .. so we waited for that. Food was under cooked asked for medium , we got medium rare. (Real red).. my wife’s chicken Parmesan.. was cold and not even warm I have thought of going to this place for a while was really disappointed in the service I had that night..

Complete disappointment. Was my daughter's birthday and she wanted to eat there. Got there at 9 : 07 pm. Got a table right away. Waited 10 minutes to get a waiter to get our drinks. Waited 27 minutes to get the appetizers. Got our food 43 minutes after arriving. Steak was dry and non tender ( ordered the rib eye ) the Alfredo pasta had no flavor whatsoever. The chicken parmigiana was hard. The berry in one of the drinks had mold...was replaced. Overall for the 200.00 spent without a doubt was a disappointment.

BJ’s- what was once considered a semi high end restaurant has not only left a bad taste in my mouth, it has managed to not leave one at all. Waited one hour to order, on a Tuesday, with only one section open; not busy at all. Our waitress would disappear without checking in, took our order between thirty minute intervals and then would proceed to disappear again. When we finally got our food, it was cold. I wish I could say I could’ve brought this up to staff sooner but even trying to get the managers attention was lack luster. The “manager” proceeded to go to our table and before I had time to explain my concerns he was already ready to walk away, zero eye contact, zero apology,zero comprehension and empathy. What was supposed to be a cute date night for me and my partner turned into the worst dining experience in our lives. Left with a 50 dollar bill until I explicitly had to state that I was not going to pay for some items on my bill as they too had arrived cold. BJS has 37 locations in Texas and many more throughout the nation, I would hope your staff and management are far more attentive and kind moving forward. I would hope that our kind manner in trying to get better service only to leave hungry and with a 50$ bill gets this establishment to better themselves. I am severely dissapointed in the service, cleanliness and manner that the situation was handled. The manager does not care what your complains are, he is ready to leave out the door to disappear into nowhere to do absolutely nothing. If I could give zero stars I would.

Y’all did a Mexican wrong today with the loaded potato as my side it was over cooked so I guess y’all sold a batch of over cooked potatoes it was bland and nasty the texture of it was just something else I paid you 90$ to do something right and you failed me bjs the drink and main entree was good but that potato messed up my meal . The server was slow and only pulled up a couple times I was trying to go and I couldn’t talk skinny boy.

really bad service from waitress, ashley, rolled eyes at us, and didn’t check on us just 2-3 times. at the end she had gratuity added on our checks, which it adds up why she didn’t take care of us correctly since she already had the grad insured. was our first time there kinda disappointed.

I have come to BJs multiple times and often have had great service. I come back because the meal is always great, but unfortunately, this last time I think will be my last. I am the kind of person who is not unwilling to spend $200-500 to feed myself and my kids....as long as service continues to be top-notch. We eat out at least 3-5 times a week and generally continue to patronize the locations with the best service. In this instance, BJs had a table display that explicitly stated a certain drink and that the serving dish was available for sale. I asked to purchase the vessel and was told by the manager I could not. According to him, I would not be able to buy it until Wednesday even though it obviously is available and here today (on Sunday). I let him know that it is false advertising to say something can be purchased, and when I wanted to purchase it, they said I could not. My waitress (Alex) was great, and her service will earn a good tip, but as for me returning again, as of right now, they have lost a good paying customer. I never ask for anything free or even discounted, but I do expect that they hold up to their end of advertising.

Went for my moms birthday had a reservation that was made two weeks prior. Got there waited a whole hour to be seated even though we had a reservation. They didn’t have any silverware and when we got our silverware it was completely dirty and disgusting. Ordered some beers and they were all flat. Finally got our food and they burnt the hell out of my daughter’s burger. It took an hour for the manager to finally come to speak with us didn’t even offer any type of solution or apologies.

My husband wanted to grab sowmrhinf small to ear so we stopped here. The waiter was very slow at getting the order and drinks. The waitwt had told my husband the worng information when it came to the salad that he ordered.My husband had to get up and grab what I needed because we could not find our waiter. Once we got our food, my pizza was cold and my fries were cold. Once the waiter finally stopped by our table, I had asked the waiter for fresh fries because the ones that were brought to our table were cold. The waiter said ok, put his hand on top of my fries to check the temperature of them and then walked off to another tabel. My husband and I were so appalled by his actions to put his hands on my food. After waiting 10-15mins our waiter never came back and I talked to a manager whom brought me fresh fries. The way he did the fries, I was not going to ask for a fresh pizza. This is by far the craziest thing I have seen while eating. We were so appalled that we just ate what we could and left.

Disappointed. I usually get the steakhouse salad. It's been very tender and perfect in the past but it's going downhill for that menu item. It was cold so they reheated it. Not the same.

food was good, average at best loved the dessert tho. the service however? horrible. the waitress clearly didn't care for our needs, asked for two glasses of water, she never came with them. we kindly asked the manager in charge to take our picture as a person in my party was celebrating her birthday they answered "no, i don't have time for that" HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Lettuce in salad was wilted and it barely had any dressing. Chicken sandwich was overcooked and did not taste very good. I think the fryer oil had not been changed recently. Service was slow and drink refills were lacking. Did not feel well the rest of the day.

Food started out good until I found bones in my salmon. Ordered fried calamari and got 6 small ones, rubbery, and crispy fried noodles with no flavor and fried left over crumbs for $16. Waiter was great he had too many tables and well for the last 30 minutes of everyone but me meals we had nothing to drink. expensive for crap food. NEVER AGAIN

Today I visited BJ’s Restaurant in El Paso, Texas with my husband and toddler. This was our second visit, and unfortunately, our second disappointment. I ordered the chicken Alfredo along with the Korean sticky ribs, and my husband ordered the lemon pepper wings and fries. My entrée tasted like a frozen meal that had been thawed and microwaved. Shortly after eating, I became physically ill. My husband’s wings were severely burnt, tasting as if they were cooked in old, reused grease. What’s most disappointing is that both the cook and the waitress seemed perfectly fine bringing this food out, despite its obvious poor quality. This is food I wouldn’t even serve to a pet. Dining out is not cheap, and this was money we did not have to waste on such an unacceptable experience. Given that this is now the second bad experience at this location, I will need to seriously reevaluate ever returning. Very disappointed.

I’ve been a regular customer here and this has always been our go-to place which makes this experience especially disappointing. During dinner with friends, I ordered a plate to go. Unfortunately, I accidentally dropped the entire plate at the restaurant before leaving. I immediately explained what happened to the server and asked if it could be replaced. The server did replace the meal, but I was then charged the full amount for it. While I understand that the drop was accidental and technically my fault, from a customer service standpoint, replacing the meal as a courtesy would have gone a long way—especially since the entire plate was visibly on the floor and unusable. I did not feel comfortable questioning the charge at the table in front of friends, so I paid it. Later, I called to speak with the manager to explain the situation. His first response was, “Was it our fault or your fault that you dropped the plate?” That immediately told me this was not going to be a productive conversation. Customer service is about empathy and understanding, not assigning blame. He went on to say it was “my word against the server,” which only added to the frustration. This interaction showed a complete lack of concern for customer experience and loyalty. I love the food at Bjs however any time i want to go dine in i have to second guess it because Ive had bad experiences with the service. It takes forever to get greeted (even when they aren’t super busy). One time my friends and I got sat in a section where there wasn’t even a server assigned. Another server approached us and asked if we got greeted when we told him no he asked us to move bc there were no servers in that section. I’ve also experienced someone get kicked out of their seat bc they were told by someone else to sit wherever but a host told them to move because it was “reserved” for someone else so they awkwardly had to get up and move. But the food is really really good but I don’t think it’s worth it to have to deal with the service.

How is it possible that at 9pm they’ve run out of ribs, pepperoni, and rib eyes!! PEPPERONI BE SO FOR REAL… also 1 hour 20 minutes waiting for food. The waitress is an absolute angel and warrior for being put through all of that, she was kind and very apologetic. The food was cold, the meat temperatures were completely off and wrong for everyone. The pizza was cold. We had a reservation about 3 weeks ahead, and they still couldn’t even be prepared. They then charged for things that were not added. Edit: The manager was of no help, was rude from the beginning when we asked about our reservation. Supposedly took things off our receipt, yet things were added that were not ordered, or were ordered but not received. This place is way too expensive for the low quality of food it serves. We went in 12/14/25.

Had a birthday dinner for a friend of mine at BJ’s, and this was genuinely one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. We arrived around 6:40 and it took forever for our waiter to even acknowledge our table. We didn’t get our food until about 8:10, and when it finally came out, there was hair in the birthday girl’s food. That is utterly unacceptable. On top of this, the Dr Pepper went flat. I understand with it being a fountain drink it is prone to going flat but on top of our service it was just not acceptable. When we ordered Pizookies, half the table never even got theirs because they “ran out” of the Dubai preparations. I understand with it being high demand, but again for it being HIGH DEMAND wouldn’t you all carry more product? The ones that did come out took forever, even though they were supposed to be part of the birthday celebration. Nothing was discounted or taken off the birthday girl’s tab, not even an apology that felt genuine. To make it worse, our large group was split between two tables, and the server on the other table didn’t offer to assist us whatsoever. Half of us sat there with little to no service almost the entire night. We ended up leaving at 9:50… more than THREE hours after we arrived. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve never had such slow service paired with so many issues at once. For my first time dining at BJ’s 8 can confidently say I won’t be returning anytime soon.

The food was very disappointing. Their ribs and wings were very dry and basically had no sauce. We ordered two queso dips and they were straight up cold, not even warm. Not to mention their broccoli was undercooked. The only good thing about the meal was the pizookie. We came here for a birthday and everyone was disappointed. The food took unusually long, probably why it was cold despite there being very few customers. We will not be returning. The food was terrible and the prices are high but the service was good.
