To me this is a hidden gem in El Paso Tx. Found this little shack when I was in college. All the tortas hit the spot every time and their Cucumber Lime smoothie is absolutely #1 on my list.

The best tortas in town. Order the milanesa torta sencilla is my favorite, but all of them are recommended. The fries are crunchy and delicious. The fruit drinks are fantastic.

Always have loved this place. It had been many years since i had been there. Today we went back and the tortas are just as good and huge! Love the salsa too same as i remember, but today for me the winner was the cucumber-lime agua which they make to your specification on sweetness and the made it with splenda which was awesome. I really dislike it when you go someplace and order an agua fresca and it tastes of nothing but sugar. This place does not do that and the agua tasted fresh. Like always, the fries were very hot and amazing!!

The tortas are huge and tasty and I love the Coconut and Nut Batido. Affordable price and good food.

Best tortas I’ve had in and out of El Paso (I moved from there). Whenever I am back in town I go back to rainbow tortas and try a different torta every time. Their menu also continues to expand which is a big plus: try he shrimp cocktails! The Chile bar is a must if you like spicy. I can’t say enough about the authentic Mexican quality of the food. My recommendation: barbacoa and the licuados.

Delicious tortas (sandwiches) and refreshing aquas frescas (fruit waters). I can't decide which is better, their awesome food or their drinks. All made with fresh ingredients, perfect lunch on a hot day

Cute little place, located within other businesses. Don't blink because you will miss it. Good food, reasonably priced. Nice staff. I ordered the torta de barbacoa and agua de mèlon, both were delicious. Only thing is they close too early, started to eat my food there, but they were getting ready to close so I had to take it home to eat. It was about 530pm.

Love Rainbow Fountain I just wish they’d pay attention when we ask for things not on the sandwich. My brother in law is allergic to avocado and received avocado on a “plain” ham and cheese torta. It says plain on my receipt as well…

The food was great but the customer service is bad. Cashier has a bad attitude towards customers and seemed frustrated.

Nasties tacos I’ve ever ordered . No seasoning in the carne asada and the fries were almost dripping in liquid soggy . Absolutely disgusting. Don’t waist your money here we just waisted over $30 .

6-20-2025 be aware of the owner/cashier I was charged $26 and change for 2 tortas and 1 order of fries I looked at a menu and noticed that I was overcharged. I went to dispute but according to the lady she "didn't remember" how do you not remember a transaction that's not even 5 minutes old??? I bet when she counts the till shell see the extra cash. I hope she knows that because of her lack of character I was only able to tip the cooks $3 because that's all I had left. Never again.
