Genuinely speaking in times that are just crazy out there the staff at this cava brings it day in and day out. They work really hard to give quality meals to everyone who comes here. There are definitely days where they are understaffed or way to many online orders have come in at once but they always make sure to pump out a quality meal. Nini, mama luz, Erika just to name a few are always there working hard and making sure that service is never in doubt even when the restaurant is crowded or people are upset with wait times. Cava management or corporate genuinely needs to recognize every one at this restaurant because truly they are the backbone of this place. I wish that people could be nicer or less impatient with the staff because it's not their fault that establishment is popular and people love their food. All compliments to the staff please give them a thank you or some love when you stop by because they deserve it. CAVA corporate please find a way to make sure that these guys are taken care of any way you can!!

Whoever spoke bad on this place is a liar !This is my 4th or 5th cava location that I’ve been to, today being first at this location and I must say that I’m beyond impressed . The service 30/10.FOOD WAS 5/5. More flavorful than the rest and bigger portions. I couldn’t even finish half before getting full.Absolutely delicious, healthy and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The Baseline: For Mediterranean salad the ingredients must be quality/fresh, the taste must be savory, and the preparation must make sense for Mediterranean cuisine. Food: CAVA is a chain but they are consistent with their fresh, quality ingredients. The build your own bowl never disappoints in portions or taste. The chicken I had was grilled and the right temperature for my bowl. The sauces/dips were flavorful. The greens were crisp and fresh. Service: The staff were fast and efficient in assembling my bowl and asked for my desired ingredients. Ambiance: CAVA is a fun addition to the other restaurants at The Point. They have indoor and outdoor dining areas. Great place to eat outside in the summer months. June 2025 Review: Food: CAVA is a chain but they are consistent with their fresh, quality ingredients. Cava is always my go to spot, but I’ve never been to the el segundo location! I was on this side of town and stopped by. The food was not only delicious like always but the service was exceptional. There was one worker who was so sweet and was patient with me when I couldnt decide if I wanted chicken or falafel. Sorry I took a lot of your time Colby, but thanks for being so nice!

The service at this location is beyond! We walked in this evening at 10:25 pm and they close at 10:30 pm which we felt bad for going in last minute but the employees still served us with a smile and a super friendly warm demeanor! Andrea specifically was wonderful, she was super quick whipping up the bowls and they even offered us to make a fresh batch of something that had just ran out which is beyond what I would personally expect this late! I always have my boyfriend pick us up food from this location specifically because they never get the order wrong and appropriately portion the meal every single time!

I love Cava. This place never fails my expectations. I was here with couple of my friends 2 weeks back and we enjoyed our food thoroughly. Bowls are always fresh, flavorful and healthy.

Never been to CAVA before. It was my first time and let me tell you I think I found a new favorite!! ❤️. The food quality is really good. In my opinion the spicy lamb balls did could use a bit of more flavor but it's not bad. They offer build your own bowl or pick something already from the menu. The sides and other proteins they had were really delicious. The Agua frescas or flavored drinks were really refreshing 🤤. The bowl seems like is not a lot, but believe me is bug enough to satisfy your hunger. It's just something you gotta try! I definitely recommend this place 100%,.

The staff do the best they can- theyre busy. Theyre kind, and the food is great. My main gripe is I get the same order every time im here. I pay more for double chicken. The order is always smaller when you place it on the app vs when you order it in person. At nearly $20 for a bowl id hope for a little more consistency. Aside from that I remain a fan.

I had heard a lot of good things about this place but honestly I didn't really get the hype. I got a steak bowl and I thought it was ok, the meat tasted pretty mediocre at best. The service was okay overall but it was also pretty busy so that's something to consider. The atmosphere at the point is always very nice though. Also the bowls were very expensive, around 20 dollars each which I found very surprising. I would probably rather have chipotle instead but that might be a personal preference.

I made an online order here and should have checked the order before driving home. I got two salads and an order of hummus. One of the salads was missing the dressing and was very small compared to the other salad. Both were missing the free pita that I ordered with them, which is especially frustrating since I ordered the side of hummus.

I came in today at around 1:30pm and the lady with the pink makeup that was handling the toppings and dressing was EXTREMELY rude to not only the customers in front of us, but to me and my sister as well. Extremely unprofessional and was rolling her eyes very visibly at the request of the customers in front of us. When she got to us she was yelling at my sister and I , being extremely rude when we’d say which toppings and would respond with “WHAT!” in such a rude tone and yelled at us very rudely to “ speak up” . Overall very rude and taking out her frustration on customers , I understand it’s busy , but there’s no need to be rude to people you’re serving and taking it out on customers, there’s many different ways to speak to people .

terrible customer service. this was my 3rd visit here and it will be my last. i ordered a build your own bowl and asked about the up charge for extra protein or roasted veggies. the girl fixing my bowl expl there was no up charge for half n half or i could pay for 2 full portions of each. I opted to go witj full protein and 1/2 veggie. when i got to the register i was told i would be charged for 2 full portions. I objected as the server didnt explain this or i misunderstood. i was happy to pay for the 1/2 portion of veggie i added. cashier said it wasnt an option. asked for the manager (Rosie). Manager said I had to pay for 2 full portions pr have them make the bowl over. I opted to have the bowl made over. Manager proceeds to make the bowl over and throw out the first bowl. I find it incredible that Cava would prefer to trash the bowl rather than charge me for the 1/2 serving of veggies I added. its crystal clear to me that they do not value their customer nor economics given the manager choice to trash the bowl. will never spend another cent at Cava again

First time at Cava el Segundo and it was a disappointment. We had a takeout order and there was no side of pita bread with our salads and no dressing on the side. And the Avacado on my salad was rubbery and brown. The employee at the counter was very inefficient at getting orders out and was annoyed with questions from all customers. We will not be back.

I came here with my family for the first time and if I'm going to be honest, I'm not in a rush to come back. The food was great, super flavorful and fresh but the wait time is a bit much. Yes, this place is very popular which is why there is a huge line but with the amount of staff, you wouldn't expect to wait about 45 minutes to get to the front of the line from the door. From my point of view, the slow process is from the staff unfortunately. When ordering, each employee that would take over the next step of your bowl kept forgetting to add something because they're trying to move too fast or they would go somewhere else to help another employee while in the middle of building your bowl, so that would cause you to have to wait for them and of course causes the slow down in the line. The employees are also not that friendly here. They come off as hostile and annoyed. Maybe they're overwhelmed from the amount of people coming in but it just seems like you're causing an inconvenience if you ask them a question about the food or for certain toppings. It just made me not want to be there anymore at all and my whole family felt this way too, unfortunately. I may try a different location, but from this experience, I'm in no rush.

Do not order through the app for pick up from this location. The portions were less then half of what the where when we ordered in person at the counter. Beyond disappointing when we were stopping for dinner after a long drive home.
