Dunkin'

The Encino Dunkins is one of my favorite locations. The coffee is always fresh here. I always do mobile orders and have never had a problem.

Like how attentive & helpful the employees were when I went.. oh and the donuts & coffee ain't too bad neither 🥰😎

This Dunkin was clean and the staff was super friendly and warm. Paloma is a standout amongst the dunkin employees I've met. She is kind, thoughtful, and friendly. This will be dunkin I visit going forward just because of her. The barista behind the counter whose name I didn't catch was also very attentive. Please keep up the excellent customer service.

Most of the time I'm in and out. Rarely do I sit there but sometimes. The staff is usually friendly and helpful. The place is clean. There have been 2 or 3 times where something is weird and they don't let you sit when they're open for another 90 minutes but I get my stuff and leave. Then I use the permanent outdoor seating. I go frequently for the refreshers ( & for the occasional donut that is never GF :0 )

I routinely get a iced coffee and if your looking at reviews of this place on Google maps, then you'll probably enjoy visiting. The blueberry and chocolate cake donuts are the best here.

Never have to wait for my order even if I order via the app 5-min before I show up. The friendly staff have come to know me so it's a nice touch to be greeted when I come in. There's a small seating area both inside and outside if you need to get a little work done or have some time to sit. Parking is pretty easy but can get busy when the nearby restaurant is open. Lately I've noticed a security guard out front to wrangle the homeless that show up at times, which is nice for safety. There is a restroom if you need it and they give a code for it. Overall, it's clean, close to my work & easy to grab for your food.

The only place i can procure an unsweetened coffee that is actually drinkable & doesn't make me want to die inside. Of course it's not black - it's loaded with cream & their amazing flavor shots (usually vanilla, blueberry or both), but my point still stands. This location is always super quick, rarely busy & they have never messed up my order. Donut selection is sometimes spotty. If you see yourself coming here more than once, consider getting the app. You'll occasionally get free/reduced drinks, free donuts, extra points, etc. The program isn't quite as robust as Starbucks', but it's still better than a lot of other places. If you come often enough, you WILL get some free drinks!

Omg the young ladies that helped me were great. I had a huge order and the killed it. The order was perfect. No mistakes. There were only 2 people on staff. They were so busy but handled it with grace and integrity. There was a customer being rude and they handled it very well.

Great place! They will keep your order off to the side if they know you order ahead and take awhile because people will hover around your drink at checkout. They are quick, nice, and efficient. I would give about 10 mins if you are ordering ahead on the app. Parking lot sucks is the only bad part. I usually show up and only 1 or 2 spots are left, and most people do not park correctly since it is so tight.

This is a nice, new, clean place with a friendly and helpful staff. The donuts are pretty good too!

Service is really bad. The girl with glasses at the cashier needs to be more friendly as well the girl who prepares the coffee. Looks like they drink lemon in the morning. Coffe was burned, horrible! But donuts delicious.

They say online that they close at 7pm on Sundays but the workers were rude to me. and they close like 10 minutes before the actual closing time they say online. Ridiculous.

I was ordering my meal and I was rudely interrupted by the manager who cut me off mid conversation. The whole team seems to be off in terms of communication. I asked for fresh tomatoes on my sandwich and apparently she had made the request with one of the cooks and then turns out they put roasted tomatoes. No apologies. No recommendations. Just really bad customer service. Then the manager struts around the store trying to be passively aggressive with his body language. Not friendly at all. He was also talking about another customer in Spanish. Very rude.

I usually come to this Dunkin’ Donuts for today. I was very unhappy with the service I got I don’t think I’ll ever come back just a heads up to the management.
