The hotel is found to be very welcoming. Rooms tidy smart and clean with modern decor. Staff in reception helpful and polite. Speak very good English. The restaurant serves some very nice food. The waiting staff are especially professional and I enjoyed the dining experience here.

Hotel is clean. Rooms are nice and clean, great view of nearby mountain, staff friendly, breakfast is fresh & tasty, and a quiet location. Walking distance to small town Erba, but otherwise you'll need a car. Outside furniture is under roof - so fully enjoyed a fantastic lightening & torrential rain storm. I should have taken a picture of the hotel dog. An older fellow, mellow, loves naps, friendly, and oh-so-petable.

Room was spacious. There is a window in the bathroom which cannot be obstructed, so visible from other rooms. Door was not working, I had to ask help each time I was going back to my room. You can hear everything that happens in the corridors.

Very bad breakfast unfortunately... and "spa" is not a thing.... hotel that want to advertise like wellness cant have swimming pool that works only few hours on weekend and obligation to wear gum cap to swimm....

Very modern hotel. We were with a big group so we didn't have a lot of interaction with staff, but when we did they were courteous. Biggest problem for us was that it was a smoking hotel. There were ashtrays in the rooms and all linen and towels smelled of smoke. Being allergic to smoke it was hard to stay here. I literally put down my clothes on top of the pillowcase so I wouldn't have to put my face into smoke filled linens. Food was good, but a little light on options for breakfast. I wouldn't come back, but only because of the smoke, if you don't mind that, it is a nice hotel.

Pros: - Ample on site car parking right out front - Nice patio to chill but often in use. - working AC in rooms - Arrived hour early from check in and we were able to have access to our room. - drivable distance from to lake Como if looking for a budget stay Cons: - Breakfast selection could be better. Lots of sweet food but not savoury. Pastries and bread not very fresh. - restaurant service generally okay, food was genuinely awful though and not good portion sizes. Overpriced for what you get. Worst food of the trip we couldn't eat it and was very over salty + fishy. - musky / dusty smell potent in hall ways - shower partly broken - head wouldn't stay at set height. - check in staff came across rude and distracted. - no pool. In retrospect we should have read up more about the hotel as the pool has recently closed, but the pool and sauna photos in the Google listing were very mis-leading. - lack of chill out space in the evening serving refreshments. No bar or gym.

AVOID! Air conditioning is extremely loud, I go down and the receptionist tells me this is how all of them are, which shows me a general disinterest from their management side; place is very smoky as is the front door is always open and a Club type of seating is displayed there right at the front door where about everybody smokes and the air drags it into the hotel; not a kind experience;
