The staff are always friendly and nice!! It’s always clean and smells amazing inside. But Parker is the guy!! He is amazing and he can roll a burrito!!! I appreciate everyone that was on the line!! Parker stood out though!
Had a bad experience at first then the night manager Simone took over our complaint and handled it amazingly with professionalism and integrity she really turned a never come back experience to a I will be back experience SHE NEEDS A RAISE. because the other manager wanted to say we lied and swapped out orders when we had to come back 3 times because the orders were either made wrong or a complete different order when she mis-packaged our with Trevor’s order mind you I’m not Trevor nor do I have a chipotle label maker so that’s not possible that other manager needs training or a new job because accusing a Customer of switching out stuff when she should have just admitted oops I made a mistake and taking accountability is what a manager should do🤦♂️ but Simone made our night 100 times better and we will only be eating there when she’s there
I ordered online and picked my order up got home and it was all wrong had a burrito instead of bowl it was mess. After the third time of coming up there. (other manger there was terrible) I spoke to this young lady Simone (night manger) she was very sweet and willing to make things right. I want to thank her for being nice and willing to help.
Its a good location, usually small to no line, never been inside for more than 10 minutes; service is fast. Every time I have been here they have never been out of anything.
Love Chipotle. I enjoy being able to choose what I want in my burrito bowl. I do feel like I am getting a healthier option when I get to pick my options.
Entered alone around 1130a. 1 person in line. I was served quickly and politely. 3 tables being used. All but 1 dirty, only slightly but still dirty. After about 3-5min someone came out and took napkins and such off tables but as of 10min later and 3 customers, nothing wiped down. Everyone friendly. Items fully stocked.
I normally enjoy coming to this location and have never had an issue before, which is why this experience was confusing and disappointing. I came in and ordered a burrito and requested my black beans on the side. The employee helping me said that would be fine. I also asked for red sauce. When I got to checkout, I noticed the red sauce container was not filled. I politely asked if it could be topped off. The manager (I’m assuming she was the manager, as she was assisting at the register) told me that what I received was the portion given and that if I wanted more, I would need to purchase an additional side. I agreed, even though I normally wouldn’t have made an issue out of it. When she handed me the additional sauce I paid for, it was filled to the top. In the photo, the sauce on the right is the one I paid for, and the sauce on the left is the one I originally received. That’s what made the situation confusing — if the second one could be filled to the top, I don’t understand why the first one couldn’t simply be topped off instead of requiring me to purchase another. I come to this location often and have never been told I had to buy an additional sauce just to have the original portion properly filled. I’ve interacted with other managers here before and never experienced this. Unfortunately, this interaction makes me question whether I want to continue service at this Chipotle if this is how simple customer requests are handled. I've been to this location many times, but this past year, the quality had been way off, so I stopped going. I just thought I would give it a try again and I am totally disappointed. The steak was hard, and they're not removing the grissle. So the steak that was edible, was the chewy grissle. When I watched her make it, I thought she was being stingy with the protein portion... but she just really did me a favor. The staff was great, the food was awful. I won't go back to this one.
Usually I like coming here but today we came in and there were no customers in the line. We waited 10-15 minutes while some people worked on to-go orders and the cook cooked more meat. The cook finally turned and got our order ready (though the cook does usually dish up the food) but then no one would come check us out for at least another 5 minutes. By the time we got to sit down with our food it was already cold. Also, no-one ever apologized for the long wait or said thank you for coming. We were very disappointed in the service we received today. At the very least they could have apologized but we were just ignored.
Sure, here's a cleaned-up and very plain version of your message: --- I usually come to Chipotle for the steak, which I like. But the service at this location is the worst I’ve ever experienced at any Chipotle. Tonight, I came in on my motorcycle and decided to eat inside. From where I’m sitting, 9 out of the 12 tables are dirty or still have food on them. When I walked in, I was the only person in line and the restaurant. There were three employees behind the counter, and not one of them said hello or acknowledged me. I stood there for 7 minutes—yes, I counted—before anyone spoke to me. When I finally got to order, I was told they were completely out of steak and didn’t even have any cooking. I was told it would be 20–25 minutes before more would be ready. This is the second time I’ve come here and they weren’t prepared. They were missing half the ingredients, and the service every time has been terrible. I won’t be coming back. If you check my review history, I rarely leave negative feedback—but this location has earned it.
Chipotle: Satisfactory, but not Stellar I recently visited Chipotle for lunch after a long break from my last visit. I ordered a chicken bowl. The food was decent but fell short of being impressive. The dining area, though not busy, could benefit from better attention to cleanliness. While the experience wasn't terrible, it didn't leave me eager for a return visit anytime soon. Visit Update: 10-30-23 - I always believe in giving businesses another chance, so I returned to Chipotle. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't great. I came in around 5pm and was the only customer at that moment. I opted for the chicken bowl, but it seemed they were running low on rice, beans, veggies, and the mild sauce. They were very stingy with the portions and nothing was fresh. I felt like I was getting scraps. My order of chips was also disappointing, with many crumbs in the bag. Perhaps it wasn't the best time to visit? Additionally, the dining area needed some attention. Many tables were untidy, although someone did start cleaning after I sat down. However, the litter on the floor was overlooked or ignored. I don’t think I’ll be visiting this location anymore but the jury is still out whether this an isolated location issue or a concept wide problem.
This is SO dirty and nasty not to mention the attitudes they have is terrible. I went to order my food and the food looks old guy cutting the meat was eating it as he cut it and put it in the pan to go on the line. Inside was so nasty I didn’t even want to get my drink trash on the floor and tables food on the tables Ill never go back I’ll drive to the one in Bedford or hurst before I go back here.. unfortunately it won’t let me add the pictures I have of how nasty it was on the inside but I most definitely took pictures!!!
I went into Chipotle and walked away disappointed. There was a bug running around in the dining area. Advised staff and they acted like it's my job to kill it. That set the tone. I ordered a burrito. Portions were small. The server scooped food items, then shook some back into the tray. It felt like every spoon was measured to give less food. When I got home, it got worse. I found two foreign objects in the burrito. The first looked like a corn husk. I threw it out and kept eating. Then I bit into something else. It looked organic, maybe a spice pod, but it also resembled a human nail. That ended the meal. I threw the rest away. Between the bug in the store, the portion control, and the foreign objects in my food, this was a poor experience.
Today was my last day spending my money at Chipotle. This one in Euless especially. "Management" on duty tonight making orders made the skimpiest bowls I've ever seen. When she shorted me on chicken I asked for more. She literally threw 2 extra pieces on, told me she was the manager, and that she'd charge me for extra meat if I asked for more. She then refused to let one of the other employees who properly made the bowls and burritos make my food after I asked. I read the other reviews about this location and they are correct... I think one review has a pic of the "manager" that was there tonight 🤔
Food quality is down here. Also they keep adding items to my order that I do not see until later. Also DONT try and call to correct. You will get one of those AI ROBOTS that will run you in circles. NO REASON is good enough to get a team member unless you say some long reason with "explosive vomiting and diarrhea", which then you will be forwarded to someone that sounds like they are in another country with an accent you can not understand. I think I am going to have to find another restaurant like this since they are all likely using the same "HELPFUL" support.
Literally the WORST chipotle. They put half scoops and one lady leaned into my bowl and some of my food fell out. Another time a different lady completely ignored that I wanted sour cream. This one is vastly closer but we make it a point to go to literally any other location.
If you’re into unfriendly service and being nickel-and-dimed over every little thing, this Chipotle location is a must-see attraction. The food is fine, but the “management” is another story. The general manager patrols the place with a clipboard like she’s solving world hunger instead of running a burrito line. Her presence alone seems to inspire the cashier, Cinthya, to transform into the queen of upcharges. Together they’ve perfected a comedy routine where you pay extra for anything that isn’t nailed down. Ordering guac? Don’t worry, they’ll find a way to tack on another charge for whatever else you dared to ask for. Meanwhile, the night crew somehow manages to use common sense and treat customers like people. But when Clipboard Commander is in the building, brace yourself — the atmosphere flips from casual dining to DMV counter in seconds. This location could be great, but thanks to the unprofessional duo running the show, it’s a master class in how to make customers dread walking in the door.
Only come here because it’s close to work but nearly every order is wrong every time, extra rice instead of the other sides I paid for, missing chips and drinks, missing MEAT in bowls OFTEN and of course you can’t call up there to speak to a manager because the phone just takes you to a robot. Rice is always cold and hard. This place is probably the worst chipotle in the metroplex
This my experience. We came family and ordered 5 bowls. But in one bowl we ordered veg and at the counter I told the cashier it's veg and then a middle aged African American lady(not sure if she is manager) came and said it's same price, then I told, can I able to get separate chicken, that moment she felt very disappointed and agreed hardly to put chicken. After 5 mins we went and asked for two red chili sauce then she immediately came and charged $3.47 per two. She acted like she did right thing for us at the end customer service matters which she failed to give. We never got this trouble before. Funny part is see the picture the quantity she gave us.
Today I bought a Burrito Bowl and I was disappointed because the employee served a ridiculously small portion of each ingredient. I had to ask if she could put a little more beans, and she only pretended to do so, putting only half a spoonful of each thing. This is not the first time this has happened at this location, and they constantly change employees. I imagine the management must have terrible policies, which is why employees decide to leave. But today was definitely unpleasant. I wasn't asking for anything for free; just what I paid for. That's why I don't recommend this place; it's terrible.
I took my family here to eat lunch on 10/30/2021 and the place was filthy. The trash cans were overflowing, there was food all over the floor as well as spilled drinks. The bathroom was disgusting too. I spoke to a shift manager to express my concerns with the place as it was clearly a food safety (HACCP) violation. Unfortunately, the manger was very distressed making it clear to me that he had brought up these concerns to his bosses and they did not care. Tip for the restaurant owners. If you can't find people, for whatever reason, to keep the place decent maybe you should only offer to-go orders. At least until you can keep the place decent and offer clients a better experience, one where they health in not in jeopardy.
