Long John Silver's holds a special nostalgic place in my heart, bringing back fond memories of visiting with my parents as a kid.

I mean it's kfc + long john silvers lol low standards and low expectations, so here's a generous 4 stars. The food is usually good/solid vs other fast food places but I did get raw chicken in my kfc food bowl last time so there's that.

Uugggg....I am not a huge fan of fried chicken but I needed a bucket to go with my sides so I settled. It was exactly what it's suppose to be, greasy, warm, and tasty.

Thighs were smalls and less than warm and their French fries were salted then any other KFC I've visited. This was a totally disappointing experience because I was craving KFC regular chicken.

I thought I’d share my experiences at this location with future customers since I have repeatedly called corporation and it has fallen on deaf ears. The “MANAGER” or whatever you want to call her is the most unprofessional unqualified individual I have seen at any establishment. The snarky comments, the attitude, the belittling the customers AND employees is mind blowing. I ordered 8 piece chicken bucket and asked for a BBQ sauce and was screamed at by this “manager” it’s 50 cents. I didn’t know sauces were a fee since that policy is usually posted somewhere. Nowhere on the menu or around does it state that sauces are a fee. I’m concerned she is making her own rules. I am also concerned for the other employees who look to be children being screamed at every time I’m here by this lady. I return for the food and the occasional hope that another employee will take my order or perhaps the behavior will be corrected. Sometimes I go to Vacaville just to avoid her. She is very childish and very emotional. I myself work in Human Resources for another company and am appalled by this behavior as it is unacceptable. She is NOT an asset rather a liability. The only reason I gave more than 1 star is for the food and the other employees. All the other employees are great and I genuinely feel sorry for them having to deal with this.

Chicken Pot Pie needs some chicken & stuff in it. See pics. At first glance it looks good, very nice crust but when you pop the top there not much inside. These pics are before i ate any of it. The pie tin is less than 1/2 full. It was tasty but like 4 or 5 spoonfuls for $7 or $8 is not a good deal.

Staff are ridiculously LAZY. Paid close to $60 for everything and you cant even shake the wings in BBQ sauce??? LAZY and embarrassing. CLEARLY management is either blind or just as LAZY. I WOULD LIKE TO BE CONTACTED REGARDING THIS.

Food was warm on the outside and cold on the inside, I got the family meal for my family also a chicken sandwich...The wedges and chicken was so dry and overcooked, and on top of that... Everything was sooo salty just like the service, just horrible never had a bad experience with KFC til now, NEVER ...going back to this location again😤 Id give this place 0 stars

Kfc in Fairfield is the worst kfc I have ever been to. That’s why I’m a susuin city resident that travels to Vacaville. I ordered a 10 piece meal from kfc in Fairfield. The chicken skin was slimy, greasy and disgusting. I couldn’t even eat the chicken. I threw it away in disappointment. I will never ever go to the kfc in Fairfield again. KFC in Fairfield chicken is like grease balls. Go to Vacaville instead!!!!

I've eaten at this restaurant for years, but the last 3x I've the food has been old and reheated. It's just not worth the frustration to ask for fresh food and then they lie and say it's fresh but turns out it's just stale warmed up chicken. Don't waste your time or risk your health. Huge👎🏿
