Great pork chops. Loved it, did not even need the sauce they put out with it. And their chilli is so good! They go a little heavy on the cumin but I love that spice. I could go for just the chilli and have a sweet potatoe with Carmel and marshmallow for dessert. And to top it off their prices are very reasonable, with tip and tax my wife and I walked out with a 40$ bill, and she had steak and an appetizer.

Sit at the bar, they serve the whole menu and of course alcohol. And the girls are very attentive. And your food comes quick.

We (party of six, 4 adults & 2 children) enjoyed 'outdoor dining' with our warm heater 😀 and friendly server, Ellie. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming and the food was very delicious. Steak was cooked perfect and the sides were excellent. Chris was our server and he was incredible. Very attentive and went above and beyond with our requests and needs. He even corrected an error when the food was bought out without us even mentioning it. Highly recommend!

I do not know why I have never been to a Texas Roadhouse. I really have never been in near one and that is a shame. So on a short trip we found ourselves next to the one in Fairfield and I was like let’s do it. Let’s try this bread. And yes this is by far the superior bread. The meal was so good. It really was tasty. I might move near a Texas Roadhouse. That is what a wonderful experience it was. I recommend it.

Meal size for the price has a great ratio. Lot of diverse food. Was full a Tuesday at 18h00. Still, could find a table for six within 10 minutes without a reservation. Couldn't get a refill because no one came to see us during the meal. Kids meals were 5 minutes after us. But overall, great place.

This place is so packed on the weekends but it’s entertaining and fun to go with friends/family. I go to Texas Roadhouse more for the bread than for the main dish. Not to say that the main dish is bad their steak was pretty god and their ribs are yummy. It’s just the bread is so fresh, warm soft and just plain fantastic. The delicious fresh rolls and honey butters are worthy the trip alone. I eat so much bread that I have to take half of my chicken fried steak. The wait could be anywhere from 10 mins to 2 hrs in a Saturday. Don’t forget to take home a box of bread.

What an amazing place to visit! The atmosphere is incredible — you can feel the happiness at every table. Why? Because of the outstanding service! The staff treat you like a VIP from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. It's cozy, it's cool, and the food is absolutely delicious. I didn’t take any pictures of our food because it was just too good — I had to enjoy it in the moment! 😄 So go try it for yourself — I promise you won’t regret it. Just one note: out of the three dishes we ordered, everything was great except for the sirloin, which came out a bit dry and tough. But hey, that happens sometimes. Really busy and noisy on a Saturday night. We had to wait over half an hour for a table, so make sure you arrive in good time or get a table on a Saturday night. When we finally got a table, it was really cold in the restaurant, so cold that you had to wear a thick sweater, because not to freeze. The service was quite nice, but I didn't get my food until quite late, as my burger had been given to another table. However, they paid for it, which was good service.

We had a great experience here, we have not been to Texas Roadhouse since we left Texas about 10 years ago. Our server was great he even brought us a bag of peanuts while we wait. Our steak was done to perfection. I wish there was a location near us so we can go often.

So, we went for the first time two weeks ago and it was good enough for us to come back the next week. But the server the first time forgot to give us a free appetizer coupon. Luckily the next time we went someone asked us if it was are first time we said second and they gave us one saying that your first time you come here you get a free appetizer. The bone in ribeye is the best. And the house salad is very good and the fried pickles are great. Don't forget to get more bread rolls before you leave. Friendly staff also!

The food here is always great so this is our Go To no matter what city we stop in. Stopped by here with my girl for a quick dinner after a long week. Went to Take Out because we did not have the energy to sit down. Mercedez WITH A Z Was. A. Vibe. She made our night with her energy and personality. Give that girl a promotion because she deserves it!

Good food, great atmosphere! Came in on a Friday afternoon around 1:30 pm, after the lunch rush. Seated promptly, but the table service was very slow to start. Took a while to order our drinks, then a while longer to get our drinks. Then had to ask for biscuits and butter. Our lunch order came shortly thereafter and waitress follow up then got better. Been here several times before, always busier, with better service.

What can I say? I have nothing to criticize! Our servers A.J. and Kairi were attentive and helpful, the bread was warm and yummy (as freshly baked bread should be), my hubby's steak was made perfectly to order, and the fried catfish was crispy but flaky on the inside. The manager Faith was circulating and checked on how we were enjoying our meal; so nice! This steakhouse is pure country from the charactertures of country legends on the wall to the country hits playing on the sound system. This was a great first time dinner experience and the hubby and I WILL be going back.

We are long time TR customers. In fact everyone gets us gift cards for there. I can't remember the last time WE actually paid for our dinner. Weekend before was our anniversary, and we ate at what was supposed to be 5-star dining in our town. Our steaks were not cooked right and downright tasteless, they were flame broiled but more burnt than anything, and the service was inattentive. Fast forward to this weekend when we were at TR, a casual and yummy experience as always. BUT ... the steaks at TR had so much more flavor, cooked to the requested temperature, and the service was great!

This is such a great place to eat. We try to stop as we are in the area. Had a slight issue with the porterhouse undercooked but they fixed it and made sure we were happy with everything. Can't wait to visit again. Thank you for the exceptional service and splendid food.

Updated review 3/24/2024: No wait today at 11am. We were sat right away. Amazing. Usually there is a 1/2 hour to an hour wait every time I come to this location. We ordered the grilled shrimp $8.50, country fried sirloin $18.50 and full slab of ribs $26. That grilled shrimp with the garlic butter was a nice surprise. Shrimps were on the smaller side but had very good flavor. The country fried sirloin was as expected. Crunchy batter with white gravy. The ribs were OK. No complaints. Service was excellent. Original review: Everything was great. Food, service and wait time. We started with the cactus blossom $8 and tater skins $8.50. For the entrees, we had herb crusted prime ribs 16oz, $31 each. Mine was an extra +$2 for mushrooms & onions on top. The meat was perfectly cooked. It was served with au jus and horseradish in these little cups. For the two sides we picked the caesar salad and a loaded potato. The loaded baked potato only had cheese and bacon. I was looking forward to maybe some chives, green onions or sour cream. Regardless, it was fine. Great job Texas Roadhouse!

It's my first time dining at Texas Roadhouse. I've been hearing rave reviews about it lately, so we decided to try them out. The great reviews are well earned. Great selection of prime cuts of beef, expertly cooked to your selected doneness. Always go for medium. It has the perfect balance of pink to cook. We went for the combo plates with the ribs. They're great, fall of the bone, tender, saucy, and moist. We'll be back again next time to try their other options.

Porterhouse was seasoned well and absolutely delicious. I’m a fan of the chain and I’ve been to a few locations now. The layouts are all very similar but nice. Staff is great as usual. I definitely recommend stopping by this place for a great steak.

We got the pre cut Steaks, ribeye and bone in, both of them medium. Cooked to perfection with grilled onions and mushrooms. The server was excellent, Phelan(I think). She was very attentive and when my Mac and cheese was not creamy, she brought me another one. Although I ended up stirring it and it was good. We wanted a booth, but none were available with a server, so we ended up with a table. The bread is always good when we go and I made a steak sandwich out of it. First time going for lunch and the wait was 5 minutes.

Great food! Good service but busy as busy gets. Great place to break the diet and to eat great while keeping up with your diet. Bar drink feel like they should. Definitely not watered down. Just make sure you add your party online for reservations. The wait is worth it. Just be aware it can get pretty crowded and loud!!

This is one of my favorite franchises. If you look at the overall offer: food, value, selection, price, atmosphere, service ; as a combination of those this place is great. The steaks are good and the sides are flavourful.

Was at a Poker tournament in area and decided to stop here, before heading back to Sonoma. Great atmosphere, good music, lots of menu choices. Sat at bar, greeted right away. Very cool the biscuits were awesome with their special cinnamon butter. Chicken fried steak baked potato and string beans were so good. I love the chicken fried steak in the gravy. I'm very picky when it comes to my chicken fried steak and gravy. I will be making the cinnamon butter soon that was so good. Their chili was good but I made better. My wife and daughter split the ribs they were very tender very good. I was definitely pleased and I will definitely go back and the price was not bad either for the three of us 69 bucks.

This place was excellent. You can personally pick your steak...3 sizes. Server was attentive, pleasant and professional. Did not need steak sauce. Ordered the Blooming Onion and it was the perfect starter...crispy and flavorful. Caesar salad was fresh and the rolls were delicious. Catfish was fried to perfection. Texas Roadhouse in Fairfield. Very busy from 5pm -8pm 20+ min wait but the area has plenty of waiting benches outside and in.. the service is amazing. Got our orders to go. Their cactus blossom breading was tasty. Shrimp orders were good too. Freshly baked delicious sweet bread rolls with a side of cinnamon butter. Pick up and to go orders windows located at the side of the restaurant. Don't forget to check your orders cos we were missing our salads. Good thing we were still in the parking lot.

This place can be super busy, but the service is always fast and excellent. I recommend always joining their waitlist before you head there or at least check the wait time. The food is all fresh and the sides are all made in house. You can pick out your own steak if you want. Meat is always cooked correctly to order. There are unlimited soft rolls with cinnamon butter that are amazing. For kids, they have a booster for the booths that slides in and actually can hold a baby without it moving. Also, they have a good kids menu.

Being our first time there we were extremely pleased with everything; service, food, atmosphere. I got the prime rib which was cooked to perfection, just like I ordered, med rare. The loaded sweet potato was yummy, highly suggest. The deep fried cactus blossom was the bomb. Hubby got a rack of ribs which were a little dry. A person came out to welcome us since it was our first time there and gave us a little welcome gift, which was very nice. I let her know the ribs were a little dry just offering feedback, not really trying to get anything out of it especially since we were done eating, and she offered a replacement free rack of ribs to take home. That's great customer service. We will definitely come back. The app is user friendly and love they have a pickup window outside. I only wish we had a Texas Roadhouse closer to us. Prices are more reasonable and food was excellent.

We visited this place in middle of the heavy traffic, and were surprised how good their food quality is! Of the many Texas Roadhouse we’ve been to, this gives one of the best food quality. I had a 14oz ribeye selected from their display and my wife had a New York strip, they all cooked to a perfectly medium. The mashed potatoes are soft and creamy. Service is also very nice as usual. Recommended!

I just had my first Texas Roadhouse experience, and I was genuinely impressed! The food was fantastic, especially the Classic American burger which had that authentic, hearty feel often missing from diner burgers. Paired with their steak fries, it was a winning combination. What truly shone were the sirloin steaks – they were incredibly tender and flavorful. Even though the place was bustling, leading to a slightly slower service pace, the staff kept things lively and were a lot of fun. I wanted to do this review mostly as a shout out to our waiter tonight (08/31), Richard. This gentleman is the epitome of terrific front of house service. We never had to worry about the rolls basket staying empty or forgotten, was consistently communicated with on the status of our food, and was incredibly sweet and empathetic when my steak ended up getting over cooked and remade. Even when it took way too long for the new steak, he was so sweet and made sure we were taken care of with a compensation for the wait and goof up on the food. Other than that, food was great! My drink, the Porch Kicker left a lot to be desired flavor wise but overall was fine enough. Thank you Robert for making this night a good one, and I hope you always get treated with the respect and kindness you deserve for your efforts and hard work.

Went here on a Thursday night and you would've thought it was a Friday or Saturday night. This place was absolutely jumping! Our wait was about an hour. Thankfully we were able to lock in our spot over the phone. The place was absolutely packed! Thank goodness we're not in the middle of a pandemic or anything....😉. Anywhoo, on to the grub. My wife had the sirloin and shrimp combo with mashed potatoes and a house salad ( sorry, no pic). I had the 20oz. bone in ribeye (cooked medium) with veggies and house salad. AMAZING! The ribeye here is always on point. Packed with flavor, tender delicious! The house salad was also very good and the veggies were perfect. This is definitely not the place to go if you eat a quiet and or romantic dinner. The noise level is definitely pretty high on a 1 - 10 scale. It's been a while since we've come here, but I've enjoyed it every time. Two thumbs up just because of the great ribeye. 👍🏽 👍🏽

Surprised at the quality of food. Ribeye steak was seasoned and grilled perfectly. On a Wednesday night it was packed. Really surprised us. The service staff was friendly and attentive, albeit the hostesses were a little unprofessional. Probably fine for a very casual joint like this.

Always like the compamtary dinner rolls for starting. Appetizer baked potato skins with bacon is a good choice 🤤. Sorts of comboms provide more options for the meals. Just felt a little sorry that the Prem Rib was not always available as it's their favorful main course.

The steak was really tasty and delicious, except, I ordered mine medium well but got medium... my husband wanted his medium but got medium well. If they were the same cut, we could have easily exchanged them. Nevertheless, we both enjoyed our steaks. The sides were just ok, but the mango margarita was delicious. Service was above average... it was a nice dining experience overall.

Love the vibe here; it felt like a medieval tavern from some kind of movie or show. Most of the food was way too salty, otherwise the steak was cooked quite well.

We had just flown to SFO and changed from Central timezone to Pacific. As we drove east, we opted to stop for an early dinner. The restaurant was crowded and this surprised me. We had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated. Once seated, our server was prompt and super friendly. We took advantage of the back of the dinner Early Start menu. There are a wide variety of choices and a good selection of sides for a perfectly portioned meal costing only $14.99. Yeast rolls were provided along with flavored butter. My pork chop (boneless) and mash potatoes was delicious. At the end of the meal, you use the tablet on your table to pay.

The baked potato was loaded and tasty but a bit dry, while the chili was cheesy and flavorful, though it had too many beans for my taste. My boyfriend enjoyed his pulled pork which he ordered paired with steak fries (6/10) as well as mac and cheese (1/10). The steak fries were decent, but the mac and cheese was underwhelming—it lacked flavor unless you really concentrated, and then you might detect a hint of butter. The highlight of our meal was undoubtedly the complimentary bread, which was fresh, warm, and irresistible. Service was excellent, with a friendly and attentive staff. We had a 25 minute wait after receiving a text to be seated....My steak was delicious, cooked to perfection, steak fries would have been good but they had way more salty seasoning than I like and unfortunately not even warm...my salad was good but it came after the main course. Update: Reducing from 4 to 3 stars. 3 of 5 steaks were undercooked, blooming onion too, this is becoming the regular here unfortunately. .Service has downgraded to canteen level. They keep it like a freezer inside, need to listen to your customer's. All the people around us also complained about how cold it was, wouldn't move anyone or adjust temperature. Food great, service and atmosphere horrible.

We couldn't get a seat at the restaurant. We ordered. While we were waiting for our order, we got really cold. We had to take our food with us and eat it in the car. Don't make the same mistake we did. Come to the restaurant in winter clothes. The food is delicious. The service is excellent. The only downside is the air conditioning, which freezes customers.

We got in line online at 6:20 for a party of 3. We were told to arrive and wait for a text at 9:02. When we went to check on our spot a lady came out and told everyone to wait for a text and that no one was forgotten about. We waited 20 minutes and checked again only for our confirmation code to finally be asked for THEN I received a text that we were check in but yet we still need to wait. They close at 11 and at 9:30 people are still being told it’s an hr half wait and that they are running behind yet they have already received a text that their table is ready. Unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened. This is very frustrating especially after we have already waited for over 3 hours. This will now be the second time that we have had to leave and go elsewhere after wasting time.

So I took two friends here for dinner to celebrate one of them retiring. They didn't Have Miller Lite draft or bottles even though it's on the menu and available at every other Texas Roadhouse I've ever been to in many states, ordered two of the bone-in ribeyes and they were very dry and tough even though they were pink and prepared medium as requested. Rolls were good though we had to ask for them after we sat down which was about 10 minutes before somebody came over to introduce themselves as our server for the evening. The place was packed so I can only assume that this is their norm. When we got our steaks delivered to the table, it wasn't even 2 minutes later a manager came over and asked us how everything was tasting. I looked up to her and said we just got them at the table but they looked good. She said glad you are enjoying your steaks Have a good evening. Obviously she was just doing what she was supposed to do and didn't even bother looking to see if we were eating our steaks yet nor paid attention to what I actually said to her.

Experience started off terrible. We wait for a table for an hour when we were told it was a 25-30 min wait. We sit down and receive great service from our server. Super polite and attentive. Food starts off ok. We got the cactus blossom for an appetizer and my boyfriend got the ribs. Then they bring out my fillet and it was pretty much raw. I ordered medium. They then bring it out a second time and it was well done and looked terrible. Super disappointed in the managing staff and their reaction. They didn’t even want to give a discount (which was barely anything) until we told them about our whole experience. I work at a restaurant myself and this was honestly one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had. Also I feel really bad for these servers because they are 100% losing tips because of how their managers treating customers.

Been coming here for years. Ordered a bone in ribeye medium rare,1st one came out well done. Finally got it taken back, 2nd one came out blood as hell, and raw.. manager offered a 13.00 discount on an 38.00 steak that was thrown away. Month later, tried again. Servers are great 👍, unfortunately the med rare steak came out medium and very tough... bummer, that's all past 3 visits it has been bad.

This place unfortunately has not been very enjoyable lately. Today we received another tables food upon sitting down. Our waitress put in the table number wrong and didn’t bother to change it. We continued to be delivered other people’s food throughout the entire meal. However, we did receive our salads before our drinks and was only given bread after we asked for it when we finished our salads. We ordered 3 meals and 2 out of the 3 were cold. The mac and cheese is terrible. It’s noodles with cheese sauce poured over it and they don’t even mix it. It was also grainy, like reheated mac and cheese. The fresh veggies were rotting and the baked potato was black inside it. I don’t recommend this place and i don’t think we will be back to this location.

What is normally a great outing at one of my favorite steak joints was not at all great. Appetizers: We had the combo which included loaded tater skins, rattlesnake bites & mozzarella twist. Skins were salty and we couldn't figure if it was the bacon or cheese that was salty. Bites were an epic failure. All i can say is mushy with no flavor. My sons ordered cheese fries and boneless wings both was salty and on of the wings did not have much sauce. I had a 12 oz ribeye topped with onions & mushrooms that was too fatty for my liking. Mac & Cheese was flavorsless. Only good thing was my wife's order. As advertised rib did fall-of-the-bone. Her loaded mash potato was good and flavorful. Service is great as always. Friendly greeting, professional and approachable. Can't say enough. Will I got her name but Roadhouse should be proud. Atmosphere is crazy fun! Load but enjoyable!

We did call ahead to get our name on the list list. We were checked in not once, but twice. I told the second person we were already checked in. She didn't acknowledge what I said, and repeated herself asking for our name. Not one, but two people, saw I was using a cane. Why would putting someone with mobility issues all the way in the back of the restaurant? We passed at least six open tables. The hostess was talking so low. We couldn't hear her. She finished her spiel at the table, but we hadn't sat down, as we still walking towards the table, so no idea what she said. Server was ok. The drink I ordered apparently had more than one flavor. The menu didn't list the first flavor, only that it could be made in strawberry. I said the original when she asked. She kept asking for clarification. The original didn't have a specific flavor listed. The ribs were lukewarm at best. The baked potato had no butter. Our server checked back literally after the food was dropped at the table. We didn't even have a chance to taste anything. A manager checked in and she fixed the issue by taking the food back. By the time the food came back out, my husband was done eating. The potato STILL had no butter. We boxed it up to go, I was done. Server said she could get additional butter. It's semantics, but "additional" implies there was butter to begin with. We had such an amazing time the last time we were there (Hailey-sp? had been our server). This time was nothing but a disappointment. Definitely won't be back for awhile.

Went in today 1-17-2025 at about 1:00pm. It was not busy as several sections including the one my daughter and I were seated were completely empty. We waited for a booth to be "cleaned" for us and was seated. We were sat before two other tables and ordered, only to wait 45 minutes to get fried pickles and filet medallions. While waiting we got to see the tables seated after us eat their appetizers and food. Then when food arrived or Vegetables were undercooked and my filet (that I ordered medium rare) was cooked almost well done. Notified the waitress and no visit from manager, took 10 dollars off bill and let me leave unsatisfied. Worst visit I've had there to date. I usually stop there and have daddy daughter lunch every other weekend. Hopefully our next visit is more enjoyable

We waited over an hour at 4pm on a Saturday, by the time we sat down it must have been 80+degrees in there! Turn on the fans! Turn the air on! Open the windows! The door! SOMETHING! It was SO uncomfortable in there we had to leave . The poor servers were all sweating and looked uncomfortable and miserable as well. ABSOLUTELY WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WE LEFT!

Not usually one to complain. Idk why I keep giving this place chances, I love Texas Roadhouse, but this specific one in Fairfield has disappointed me time and time again. Im drawing the line this time and will not be back. After waiting 20 minutes for a water, I ordered my food. About another 20 min later everyone at my table has food except me. I ask about it; they forgot my food. They then bring bring me this “medium” steak, and COLD chili. The mashed potatoes were good though. I did eat the edges of the steak since they at least touched a grill, hence why it’s partially eaten. I went ahead and paid for it solely because I didn’t want to wait another 20 minutes to speak to someone and then something be done about it. If it weren’t for the “Texas Roadhouse” name, this place would fall, or should anyway. And yes I still tipped cause I’m not an angry person.

Waited two hours when we had a reservation. The host system is extremely flawed because we checked in for our reservation, waited thirty minutes and were told that nobody checked us in. The host never confirmed the party sized and checked someone else with a similar name. We were waiting so long when we tried to look for somewhere else everything was closing nearby. It was a special occasion and we were pushed aside while so many other parties got helped that came after us. I tried to give this place another chance because the last time I ate the steak and shrimp here I had food poisoning for two days. Cannot recommend this experience to anyone

This was our first, and will be our last, visit. We came on a Sunday at 4 p.m., and the place was extremely busy. The waitress took our orders—14 oz ribeye and 16 oz ribeye, both very well done. We were offered bread, but they forgot to provide cutlery. Our steaks were also served without any utensils. After waiting 10 minutes without anyone coming to our table, I had to retrieve the cutlery myself from the stock area. When we checked our steaks, they were undercooked and bloody. I waited another 5–10 minutes to speak with our server. She took the steaks back, and I expected them to prepare new ones. Instead, they brought the same steaks back. Another waitress returned with the steaks and said, “I hope this time your steaks are medium rare.” 🤦‍♂️ I told her again that we had ordered them very well done. She checked the paper tags in our dishes—floating in grease—and pulled the papers with her bare hands from our dishes 🤮, saying, “My bad, they fixed the order for you and it is very well done.” It appeared the order was taken incorrectly by the first server. She also mixed up my steak with my wife’s (I could tell by the cut I had made). My wife’s steak was fine, but mine was burnt, and the chef was trying to be smart about it and he had simply flipped it to the non-burnt side.I waited another 5-10 min to tell them about that. This time they offered a new plate but we have been there for more than an hour and I don’t want to waste another hour to get another stake, so I said thank you. This restaurant is clearly short-staffed and lacks proper food safety practices. Save your time and money, and find a better place..

The food was great, the service tucked! We waited 1 hour after doing the wait list call ahead, they put us in a very small booth, that we refused, so they put us way in the back and basically forgot about us. I will never go back.

I would have given negative star if there is an option. Front desk crew are not so welcoming and accommodating. Steaks and potato wedges are saltier than the ocean.

Ordered take out, I Received a long hair in my chili. It happens, even though it shouldn’t and I’m a reasonable person so I Called to get a refund for the chili on 7 May 2022 at 1:43. I spoke with a manager named Alexander. He stated he couldn’t refund me but would make the situation right by emailing me a food voucher. I didn’t really want to risk eating here again and I wasn’t driving there. At the very least I Could give it away. He did nothing, why pretend on the phone just to be a liar. Oh well, check the photos out with the hair and decide for yourself if you want to eat here.

I placed an order online, showed up at my pick up time and still had to wait an extra 25min for the food. Service is just ok. But they are quick to add a 10% gratuity. They need to get their game up. They also have a bit of an attitude

Was given a steak with a large chunk taken out of it. I was asked if it was given to me like this, and I said yes. We both cringed. She took my steak back. I was brought a new steak, and she gaslit me by saying that she hoped it was cooked right this time. I said it wasn't about how it was cooked. A huge piece was missing from it. She dismissed my comment and told me to cut it open to make sure it was cooked right and she walked away. When I did cut into it, it was completely raw. They did their best to brush this incident under the rug. That was really nasty, and you guys did me dirty.

Service was kind but fairly slow. They ran out of rare cut of my order. they did give a good effort to help my party. Unfortunately I left with just a nap, an empty stomach and wasted time. :'(

Just left this place with my wife we ordered bone in ribeyes medium well and we got medium rare so they took back the steaks brought another one and still made them medium rare I was lowkey not trying make a big deal because how busy it was but I’ll never come back here again place like this can’t make a decent medium well lost all credibility

Eating inside is great but take out is really bad, I wanted well done but That’s pink and they didn’t add silverware or A1 sauce that I asked for on the website then when I asked again in person they said it’s already in the bag. It was in fact not in the bag and I just moved here so I didn’t have silverware except for 2 plastic forks from earlier and well now I have one. Walmart was closed and I wasn’t about to drive 20 minutes back to ask for a fork:/

After waiting the specified duration, we inquired about our status with the host, who informed us there would be an additional 20-minute wait—despite our having already completed the initial waiting period. Following this second wait, we checked in again and were told to expect another 5-10 minutes. We were then advised we were "on deck," yet we observed six parties who arrived after us being seated ahead of our group. After noticing our seating ticket posted multiple times without being called, we had to proactively follow up once more. We overheard the check-in manager explaining to another customer that smaller parties are prioritized due to faster table turnover. When we mentioned that we were also a small party and had been waiting on deck for over 10 minutes, she reviewed our information and immediately provided our seating ticket—suggesting our table had been ready but overlooked. The manager briefly inquired about our experience, and we shared our concerns. However, nothing was done or service recovery was offered. Our total wait time exceeded 55 minutes, nearly double the original 20-30 minute estimate provided via text. Having dined at Texas Roadhouse locations nationwide, this marks our second disappointing experience at the Fairfield location. The lack of attentiveness and accountability suggests the establishment may not prioritize customer service, likely due to high demand. We are unlikely to return to this particular location.

This review is solely for the take out experience at Texas Roadhouse. I’ve ate here for over 7/8 years now and when I dine-in here, the servers/staff in general are nice and attentive. Food’s always fast and always are quick to refill our bread or whatever else we need! Take-out is another story. We’ve ordered 3 times from the takeout window. I gave the first two times I ordered take out a “pass” because I enjoy the food. The third time is when I realize the take out window service is horrible. We only order bread from the take out window (never any appetizers or main dishes) and we go at different times, and it always takes over 30-40 minutes for it. And each 3 times, the people working the window always forget the sauce/butter and we have to always ask again. Even the people before us in line have had to walk back up, visibly irritated, having to ask for their missing items the 2 out of 3 time I’ve seen at the window. I’ve worked fast food/restaurants so I know how hard it is at times. But this keeps repeatedly happening, so I think Texas Roadhouse needs a better system set up or they should just close down the window altogether. Again, great service inside but order an hour/an hour and a half if you want a take out order in advance.
