Thank you for 100% adhering to mask wearing. During our full time of ordering and eating, all employees were wearing a mask correctly. We came to this location after the location on Forrest was not wearing masks correctly and will visit you again.

They got my burger totally wrong. So I drove back and they corrected the mistake. The manager was very nice and apologetic and was very prompt in correcting the mistake. I understand mistakes happen but I almost felt guilty because the manager really was genuinely concerned that things were corrected to my satisfaction. He went overboard as far as Im concerned. He is definitely a customer service oriented manager and sets an example rarely seen these days. Unlike others who have commented here, I didnt have any wait time at all when I first ordered. Very prompt. I will definitely go back when Im ready for another of those fantastic new Hatch Green Chile burgers. Good stuff.

For some reason this Sonic in Farmers Branch I will have to say not only has the best staff when you ask for your burger to be made a certain way not only is it amazing but it's hot it's correct and it is so good I tried other Sonics and I have never been this happen this is the only Sonic you will ever catch me eating at..... Gave my order which was four meals and they had it prepared and out around 5 minutes. Food was amazing. I had the double cheeseburger and tots which I love.

Good morning everyone well I can say this is the 4th time I have been at this Sonics and I had a very wonderful experiences every time. They look like they got some new people on board if you know what I mean by on board but anyway had a very friendly guy that was dress up so neat well I thought he was from the corporate office the way he was looking look like he just stepped out of GQ magazine if you know what I mean by that but I found out he was a manager I didn't have a problem with that it was just the way he was dressed up and middle aged man he came to the car and greeted me I smiled at them cuz it was so polite. So what I did is all of those Junior breakfast burritos they so cute thought of me two of them I just didn't want to get stuffed if you know what I mean and they fix my burritos so right just the way I like it. And you can taste the freshness and also the temperature was right on time if you know I mean. I like this when you go to a restaurant and a server is kind and friendly ain't got a good personality why not tip them something decent. This made my experience very good and don't mind going back when you got a waiter it take care of you and satisfy you and you know what they say about a satisfied customer go always come back and spend their money. And you can't go wrong only happy hour especially Blue Coconut Slush sometimes when I get one of those slushies I can feel my eyes rolling back of my head oh you know it's good then haha right. This Sonic has been here for a long time. Service is usually consistently fast and correct. I love their Corn Dogs. I hate when I have to use a CC cause I dont have cash to tip. I know they make more than servers at restaurants make but I still feel the need to tip. This location is almost hidden though and hard to get to from the opposite side, having to make a u turn to get to it. And the exit has a sharp dip that can scratch your undercarriage. if not careful. But this Sonic is pretty good though.

Our carhop, Tina, was very attentive and realized a mistake in our order before we even got a chance to look at it. Made my morning! Also worth mentioning this has been my go-to Sonic due to their consistently good service.

Okay, this is probably the best Sonic I've EVER been to. My server took my order fast, made and brought out my food fast, and everything tastes delicious. They made me the BEST cherry limeade I've ever had.

I came here for breakfast since the other place I wanted to go had no electricity so couldn't open. I'm glad I came here though! I ordered the ultimate meat and cheese burrito combo with a sweet tea no ice and yall! This is the best sonic location I've ever been to! My food was so hot and juicy! So full of the sauce with all that yummy flavor and my sweet tea is on point! The gentlemen who brought my food out and took my order had a couple issues in terms of almost giving me someone else's food and understanding my order but it's totally fine! Great food and great service! Keep up the good work here!!

I love sonic's list of beverages but my favorite is strawberry sweet tea with chunks of fresh strawberries! Mmm good!

And I've never really had a Hot fudge Sundae here but I recently had one in pairs ,so it could the double fudge,serving or the sundae, IDK, it was delicious 🤤 Only that could of made it better is having it on Sunday literally a Double Fudge Sundae on Sunday ,it should be on special Sunday wishful thinking 🤔

The food was great hot when it came out. The carhop seemed like he didn't like his job.

The problem was not the food, but the server not wearing a bra. Hygiene is essential specially in the food industry. Her wearing leggings and being see through is also pretty disturbing and disgusting since she is on the heavy side. Sorry, no offense!

I stay away from 1st food. 1st time I try this place even though living in here for about 2ys. Ordered American hotdog combo and only sandwich from #1, a small chocolet icecream total was about $16 not sure why. I could treat myself much healther food than this.

VERY hit or miss. Sometimes the service is great, sometimes it isn't. Sometimes they have all the items on the menu, sometimes they don't. I only come back because it's literally across the street from my apartment.

Coneys are great. But last few times their Sonic Blasts only have the Cookie Dough or Oreos on the top, not mixed in and rather skimpy. It just a cup of soft-serve vanilla ice cream with a topping. It doesn't compare to a DQ Blizzard.

Tries and true American-style burger joint with tremendous drink selection. Ice cream (and now custard, yum!) variety is outstanding. The foot-long Chili &Cheese coney is one of my favs.

Although service needs a little polishing, the food always turns out amazing! I am a big fan of their limeade slushies and chili dogs.

This location is honestly a hit or a miss and I try not to go with expectations. I stopped getting food here because they over salt frys and tots, and refry these items as well. I have yet to receive a burger right after 4 attempts so I only get drinks now and sometimes they still screw that up.

The food is always poor quality but they're Slushies and small sundaes are great, the shakes are extremely over priced, the managers are great however a new employee they've hired has 1 speed, slow!!! Not because she's training, she Just literally moves around like she may need a B12 vitamin or something. However after it's all said and done, I'd definitely stop through religiously for a slushie.

Service has gotten a bit better, but at least a third of the stalls have broken machines. And no signs or barriers are put up.

Ive been coming to this location over 30yrs. Unfortunately the last several times we've come here they just can't seem to make our order correct. During our last visit we sent it back and it still came out wrong a second time. 😕 I give up

The food is on par for a Sonic location, and the prices are normal for the Sonic location. The reason this rating might seem low is because this is one of the few Sonic locations I've been to in the DFW metroplex that are still using the old style "menu"s. All of the new ones in the area have an LCD touch screen which is awesome because I can see all of my order items as I'm ordering them and see how my total is adding up. This location has the basic drive in things where at least a few of them are always broken. It's a pain in the ass because it's not until I drive up to one of these things where it says "W#lc!m& to S^NIC!" They seriously need to replace these things, because now I gotta back up and find a different booth. Seriously though this won't stop me from coming back because there are fewer and fewer Sonics in the area, some of them are shutting down which means this is one of the more convenient ones with regard to my commute/how close I live

Ordered a Cake Batter Shake. Not sure what had happened when they made it. But that shake was at least 75% whip cream just blended in to the small amount of ice cream, this was a large mind you. The cake batter could finally be tasted as it was finally reached the end of the cup. So not saying this Sonic is bad, but the mix master shakerator was not on point that evening at all.

Stopped in to grab a quick bite between appointments and wanted some ranch with my chicken strips. The app lets you order up to 5 and mentions nothing about costing extra, I ordered 3 for a 5 piece tender meal. When the guy brings my food out, he says there are 2 in the bag and any extra are $.30 extra, WTH?!? Update: And there were only 4 tenders in the bag.

The only good thing about our experience to night was our gentleman server he was great but our onion rings were hard and our shakes were not mixed we had to send them back because the flavor wasn't mixed good they messed our order up and the shakes were so thick we had to eat them with spoon then I ended up hurting my tooth on a nerd that was in my shake that I had to eat with a spoon we were not impressed

This place has the worst customer service ever like today me and my mom came by to buy something for lunch we're outside is really windy we can barely hear the lady and then my mom was yelling because it was windy outside my mom didn't think she could hear us because we couldn't hear the lady that was taking our order and then the lady says can you not yell please with a nasty attitude what kind of Sonic is this?

I always order a large order of popcorn chicken and honey mustard dipping sauce. They always read my order back to me w dipping sauce included but for some reason they never give me dipping sauce.

It was so slow!! Waited almost 15 minutes before anyone even answered to take order after pressing the button. Then the woman taking our order was super rude. We waited a while before we got our food as well... no one really seemed to want to move faster than a tortoise! Damn ridiculous, won't be back!

The worse they could not even get a cup of water right I am not joking. I ordered a water on ice with blackberry and raspberry . they came out two times with peach. After pressing the button to speak with some one the person to answered sounded like they had a mouth full of rocks and would not lesson when the car hop came out they brought some elses order to me we than told the car hop no this is what I needed and they even took the receipt and still made it wrong I am just a little bit upset about this experience

This sonic went downhill. They constantly mess up orders and they don’t make up for it properly. Be especially careful if you have medical issues such as diabetes because you will order diet/sugar free items and they will give you regular.

Terrible misleading based on advertising. I ordered a carhop classic double cheese burger with tots for my son at $2.99 based on promotion advertising. The picture shows the burger with 2 quarter pounds meat and 2 slices American cheeses in its. The real burger I got once driving off and out on the street is only having a quarter pound meat with a slice of America cheese in its. This is not a good place and and terrible service. I m not recommend to eat here.

Over the past 3 months I have been to this location maybe 4 times. I tell myself I will never come back here. Todays visit assured me NOT TO COME AGAIN!!! They did NOT get my order correct and their complete lack of attention to details is astounding. I am DONE with this location!!!

Went there a few weeks ago ordered 2 BBLT's minus the tomatoes . What I received was a BLT with tomatoes ask the CarHop if I had received 2 BBLT's and he pointed to the screen at a breakfast sandwich and I said that's not what I ordered he walked off anyway.

I had 2 separate orders and I felt like the staff was trying to double team me for 2 different cash tips. I had 5 drinks and had to request a drink carrier and the guy got an attitude. I didn't even receive the correct change and was shorted even after I gave a tip.

if i could give 0 in customer service i would, please have a delicious meal, where is human resources? Why do they have such unfriendly people attending, since they take the order their voice, their face, their gestures, everything is a bother for them.

I've been coming to this sonic for over 5 years and have enjoyed it, however recently every time I go they get my order wrong. Every time I order Buffalo wings they always give me BBQ even tho the receipt literally says Buffalo. I really wish they would pay more attention :/

Went late at night and waited nearly an hour for the food to come out and then when it did, the food was dropped and then had to wait 30 more minutes for this sonic to remake it. When my order was finally brought to us, the Philly cheese-steaks was mostly just bun with two tater tots, a sprinkle of cheese at the top and little shreds of steak meat. I definitely think I'm never coming back to this one again.

Rudely told me to call ahead if I was going to have a huge order. It was 5 meals, I didn't think it would be a problem but even that it was, they didn't have to be rude the first time telling me. And orders were wrong.

This is the worst Sonic I have ever been to in my entire life! Horrible customer service, cold, soggy food, too much time to take and make the orders and worst of all, they don't seem to know their own menu prices because they kept overcharging me for food that had the incorrect amount on my receipt. The manager is nice but I hate that his staff is not competent in taking correct orders the first time they are given. I hate that I have to constantly go back just for them to fix what they got wrong! This is ridiculous! I don't know how the morning staff works but the evening shift has the worst customer service in the world!

If you value your harder money and you like to get your moneys worth, I would not waste my time going to this location waste money to upgrade your mail total large you don’t even get enough fries to fill the container. They’re overcooked and taste like they were cooked an old oil. Don’t know if it’s bad management bad crew members or both but this Location is not somewhere where you should waste your harder money.

This location is gross and nothing works. They won't take 50s even if your order is over 30 and their card readers dont work. I just went through and ordered food and he came out and told me that my card strip was broken. I went to the Sonic down the street in Carrollton and my card worked just fine. Decided to give this place another shot and the card readers still dont work properly. Manager guy couldn't hear me on the head set so came out to the car and then proceeded to laugh at me because I didnt know they were out of queso lol never going back.

I recently moved in this area and have stopped at this location a couple of times. The food is awful and takes forever to get someone to take your order. Got 2 toaster sandwiches this morning and the sausage was over cooked and hard like reheated on the grill. Gave my dog a piece of the sausage and she would not even eat it. Sorry but will not be coming to this location again and have lost my business. Restaurants in this whole area are not up to par for food or service. After reading the reviews of other customers, I don't think the owner knows what is going on or even cares about the store. Very sad.

I’ve been to this location a few times and the customer service is terrible. I arrived before closing and waited a good 10 minutes and my red press to order was blinking. After waiting, they turned off all the lights and intentionally turned off my press to order light. The gentleman/manager approached me without a mask and informed me that they were closed. I drove down the street 5 minutes and was helped within 3 minutes of pressing my press to order light and my order was out in less that 10 minutes! This location is trash.

I will not come back to this location. I felt very belittled an insulted. So my card did not work prior Saturday to Me coming to this location granite the manager was very nice an canceled the order an still gave me my food after sliding my card several times an it charged .50 each time. He was very nice tho but then I come to sonic the fallowing Saturday order an ocean water an see this lady just drive off using her card to pay for her meal. I get ready to use my card an the lady tells me we are only except cash our card reader is not working at this time. I will never be treated like that again thus sonic will never get my money ever again.

Got our order wrong. Didn’t notice until we got home. Came back to correct it and they didn’t replace the whole sandwich they just added what was missing but it was a large order and had already been touch by different people. We’re all clean but whatever. Bit into a sandwich and there was a hair. Came back for a refund and to take back the food and the “manager” Ana didn’t even apologize she just said “ok”. Came on Monday (7/15) at around 9 pm. The girl that took our order was nice. Manager isn’t an effective communicator.
