Entramos para picar algo solamente y salimos a punto de reventar. Comi muy bien y debí decir que el chico que nos atendió, Diego, fue súper amable además de atendernos muy bien. Un descubrimiento esta cadena y sin duda repetiré.

Entré en julio por curiosidad y me quedé por la comida. Para una persona pedí las croquetas de queso y setas, deliciosas y originales y el cachopo, de carne tierna y bien hecho por todas partes, acompañado de huevo y patatas rizadas. Un festín de sabores y buena cocina casera. Pensé que me iban a dar una buena hostia pero no me pareció excesivamente caro. El servicio más que correcto y, aunque últimamente el ambiente en estos sitios está lleno de compadreo tipo "amigos de los camareros - clientes asiduos - entendidos gastronómicos", la gente de alrededor era bastante normal. Si vuelvo a Figueres seguramente repetiré.

Descubrimos este restaurante por casualidad y ahora hemos vuelto a Figueres solo para volver a cenar aquí. Inmejorable todo: la atención top, local muy acogedor, comida muy rica y lo que más destaca es la carne a piedra. No te traen una simple piedra caliente que va perdiendo la temperatura, sino una piedra montada encima de un hornillo que te permite disfrutar de la carne hecha a tu medida durante el rato que quieras.

I ordered the artichoke and cheese + Txot's croquette: very good and interesting choice of ingredients I recommend. We also ordered 2 bottles of cider, they willl bring this machine that aerates. If your meat is not well cooked, just ask them. A pity that the toilet for kids are only in women bathroom ... an alternative could be to remove the sign and allow both sex to have the kids bathroom in it for single dad or two dads couple.

Update 2025 -> The review stands!! Excellent restaurant and very friendly priced. Lots of fresh pinxtos and surprisingly tasty dishes on the menu. Very nice staff who also speak English. We had our last meal here on Spain on our way home. It was one of the best in two weeks in Spain. Highly recommend this place. We'll be back the next time.

Our experience at Sidreria Txots in Figueres, Spain, was nothing short of amazing! This tapas restaurant is an absolute must-visit if you find yourself in Figueres. The variety of tapas offered were not only delicious but also generously portioned with an abundance of toppings that added to the flavors. What stood out, besides the delectable tapas, was the incredibly friendly servers. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. One of the best surprises was the pricing – at just 2.50 euros each, the tapas were not only scrumptious but also incredibly affordable, offering exceptional value for money.

The atmosphere in this place is very nice, and cosy, there is air conditioning, and when I got there their where a lot of people. I had the cheesburger, the meat was very thin, and delicious. Every desert came with candy floss, but you could get it by it self, I recommend this place for everyone, adults and children. The waiters were very friendly. Thank you for a great experience! I will make sure to come back soon!

Ayer estuvimos cenando en el Txots. Ya hace tiempo que conocemos este lugar y podemos afirmar que es un buen sitio para comer/cenar/ tomar algo. Calidad-precio equilibrado y buen servicio. En este caso, Mari (no sé si se escribe así) estuvo atenta y nos atendió de maravilla durante el rato que estuvimos cenando.

Si quieres comer o cenar con buenas precios este es el sitio ideal. Carta super variada aunque los platos no son muy elaborados.

Un buen lugar para compartir, buen ambiente y sobre todo una muy buena atención por parte de Claudio que ha estado en todo momento atento y con muy buena actitud en todo momento!

Es un restaurante muy recomendable tanto para comer como para cenar, nos encanto, en la comida vinimos con reserva y la atención fue muy buena y después fuimos a cenar sin reserva y la atencion fue igual de buena! Me encantaron las Croquetas txots espectaculares si te gusta el idiazabal y el pan con tomate inmejorable, las alcachofas con jamón ibérico están muy buenas también, el pulpo a la brasa muy rico!!!

Very good quality of food but quite expensive. The meat is so soft and tender, paired perfectly with the tasty sauce provided. The potatoes with garlic and sauce were soo delicious it’s a must try for sure, ended up ordering more. Tried the buratta and it was also very creamy and soft, a great dish. The octopus dish was very tender and easy to bite into, tasted great. The meat was underprepared and cut for you so that you can cook it to your own liking on a hot plate they provide. Very cool concept and well made. Would recommend eating here to taste their amazing dishes. Very nice atmosphere as well.

Really good food and perfect service. We had the salmon (€10) and the lamb chops (€15) and the almond brie (€5) as a starter. All were really good. The ambiance is just fine. Definitely would recommend :)

Quick search on google got us here and we were very pleased. Great food (see pics) and friendly staff (although some just didn’t want to try anything else than spanish). We tried different dishes, typical for Spain are their tapas, all of which were really good. A must try is the „Guacamole Experience“, great fun (incl. instructions) and very good. Only the mille feuille was a bit too dry, although the cotton candy had me smiling :-) By the way, great value for money.

Vinimos a este bar, recomendado por el hotel en el que nos quedamos, para picar algo para cenar tranquilamente. Nos sentamos en la terraza, que era muy bonita con el techo de luces. Tienen una carta muy amplia con una gran variedad. Pedimos tres cosas: las alcachofas con foie, las patatas con queso, y un burrito. La verdad cuando tardaron menos de tres minutos desde que pedimos hasta que nos trajeron la comida, eso no me gustó mucho, supongo que lo tendrían hecho de antemano. Las alcachofas estaban templadas, y un poco quemadas, y el foie tenía más sabor a paté que otra cosa. Las patatas eran congeladas y el queso no nos esperábamos que fuese parmesano. El burrito estaba frío, les tuvimos que pedir que lo calentasen. Los camareros bastante agradables aunque un poco lentos para atender. La verdad que con lo mal que comimos y la poca calidad, nos pareció caro 50 euros.

Es un buen restaurante vamos muchas veces, pero ha bajado bastante de nivel. Tardaron en traer la bebida. Servicio joven, estoy de acuerdo que hay que dar oportunidades a la juventud ( falta de actitud y cachondeo entre ellos). Nos traen los entrantes con los principales a la vez. En mi caso un buen tataki de atún pero con base de verduras salteadas con mucha soja que estropeó el tataki dejándolo un toque salado. Y el de mi pareja un salmón a la brasa bastante pasado dejándolo seco.

Nos llamo la atencion un cartel situado fuera del local donde indica hamburguesa black angus de mas de 500gr para compartir, el local es amplio y moderno y nada mas entrar expositor de carne madurada. Todo invita a pensar que la carne sera de calidad. Nos atendio una camarera majisima, Mary, atenta, rapida,amable, sin duda el servicio y el trato por su parte invita a repetir. Las hamburguesas aunque no estan mal, no es lo que esperabamos. Pedimos la crispy chiken y la trufada. Una con pollo empañado din pena ni gloria. No es el pollo crujiente de corral que anubcian en la carta ni de lejos. He probado muslos y pechugas empanadas y estos sonas estilo de cadenas que de autor. La trufada mas de lo mismo, las hamburguesas lleva dos que si llegan a los 80gr cada una es siendo generoso y de brasa o carne de vacuno de calidad no se aprecia nada el sabor. La sensacion de la comida rapida normalita acompañada de patatas bonitas rizadas pero congeladas. El postre mejoro bastante la experiencia. La tarta de queso dubai esta muy buena. Fue recomendacion de la camarera y no decepciono. El cafe tambien esta muy bueno y estaba bien echo. Es un sitio que no esta mal. Pero que no me invita a volver por la comida sino por el trato de la camarera.

We came here based on a recommendation from the hotel and given that amount of Reviews on google maps. We were all very disappointed, took 40 minutes to get a table for five. Food was very average, not bad but not great either. Deserts looked really good but didn’t taste as well (aesthetics were there- execution wasn’t). Prices were average, not expensive but not cheap either. If you want an ok/ safe place to eat, go here. If you want to dare to find something good, I’d eat somewhere else
