It was the most delicious tiramisu, pizza and pasta we have ever tasted. The pasta is around 100grams and even though it seems little, it is not. If you are a eating person and if you are eating too much, it may not be enoguh to full you but you shouldn't miss it. And pizza was also really good with buffalo mozzarellas. We also tasted sparkling red wine and their cola, the red wine was really good. It was more delicious than a normal wine. But the cola was a usual cola. The staff working was super nice, this is an experience you shouldn't miss.

Excellent lunch and Dinner. Ate here twice during our vacation in Firenze. Excellent pizza, pasta and Tuscan salad. Great service. Also had gelato and was very good. Highly recommended. Great location.

This place is amazing. The shop and the products they sell there are excellent and unique. Especially since they have a large number of products with whole wheat or without gluten which is just great. The bakery there offers so many healthy and variable choices for every taste, the coffee is great and the restaurant downstairs serves amazing food. The staff is friendly and welcoming and the quality of the dishes on the menu is just great. It's all fresh ingredients and tastes delicious. I especially loved the whole wheat dough with my veggie pizza. So flavorful and yummy.

Bel posto .. ovvio visto dove si trova si paga tutto .. Comunque piatti buoni .. noi eravamo in due abbiamo preso una insalatona uno scoglio un calice di prosecco un acqua un deca e una grappa tot. 63,00 euro .. visto cosa abbiamo mangiato il prezzo è eccessivo .. ma dovete capire anche dove siete .. servizio nella norma .. ho trovato una cozza non pulita ma su 7-8 ci sta .. Siamo stati a mangiare la pizza. Molto buona, pizza con impasto di vario tipo, ideale sia per chi ama l'impasto fine sia quello tradizionale più alto. Ingredienti top. L'ambiente è tranquillo e particolare, praticamente un ristorante dentro un negozio.

Locale accogliente in pieno centro con una scelta di piatti davvero ampia e, per la nostra esperienza, di qualità; belle e buone le insalate, anche vegane, i primi, le pizze e i dolci. Servizio gentile ed efficiente. Una piccola pecca: i tavoli vicini ai servizi igienici risentono talvolta di odori sgradevoli che a tratti purtroppo si avvertono.

Servizio veramente di alto livello. Abbiamo ricevuto un box regalo per cui era incluso primo/secondo, vino, acqua e dolce (veramente top). Luogo molto bello. Umica pecca dal menu sembra un ristorante "turistico" per cui non c'è una varietà originale. Però i piatti sono veramente buoni

Cena ottima. In due abbiamo preso alici fritte, tartare di tonno, spaghetti alla stracciatella e carbonara. La qualità degli ingredienti e la bravura delle cameriere sono indiscutibili. Speravo solo che nel menù ci fossero più piatti. Poco male. Lo raccomando.

Posto molto carino, in pieno centro a Firenze! Abbiamo fatto colazione qui per 2 giorni ed il caffè era ottimo coma anche il cappuccino ma soprattutto le brioche molto buone! Solo il pain ou chocolat sarebbe meglio servirlo un po’ tiepido.

Locale situato in una delle vie del centro, con posti interni ed esterni, servizio abbastanza buono ma ho visto di meglio. Le portate sono abbondanti , la cucina buona ma nulla di eccezionale. Buona anche la pizza

Impasto delle pizze veramente buono e digeribile. Ci hanno servito una torta di ceci bruciata anche se poi è stata sostituita. Servizio cortese. A due passi dal duomo.

I am not an Italian, so what do I know of pizza? Mountainous crust and 2 mm thin middle does not really make it for me. Tasty as it was, problematic to eat. I would look for a pizza elsewhere. Salt in sachets instead of a salt shaker, well, we all have our peccadilloes.

Eataly is a safe option in terms of food, especially in the more touristic area of Florence. Food is not so local, but they do offer some local specialties. It tasted good, which is the most important thing. Price range is around 25-35€ per person (July/2025). A bit high, but it's easy to pay more for lower quality food in the same area.

I had the opportunity to dine at Eataly, and the food was fantastic, with excellent service. We were very well taken care of. However, I'm unsure if all restaurants in Florence include a mandatory service charge, which was about 25%—quite steep in my opinion. Aside from that, both the food and service were outstanding.

The food was very delicious, one of the best pizzas I have ever eaten! The only dowside of our visit was the service. There were two waiters at the time, one of them just came to our table, put some items down and went on her way. Not even a hello or a welcome. The other waiter (who was at our table most of the time) had a very weird vibe and made us feel rushed and all in all wasn't very friendly. Maybe it's the common style in the area (although we didn't have the same experience anywhere else) or they were just having a bad day. However that did not take away from how good the food was, so we really enjoyed our meal!

Trovo questo negozio altamente turistico, i prodotti confezionati in vendita non sono qualitativamente validi, anzi li definirei dozzinali. Interessante la separazione degli ambienti, ok il caffè. Attenzione al reparto forno, impossibile avvicinarsi e non farsi conquistare dal profumo e dai prodotti esposti.

Sono entrato da Eataly sicuro di trovare la stessa qualità che conosco nei loro bar sparsi per l’Italia. Purtroppo il caffè è stato una grande delusione: bruciato, amaro, davvero imbevibile. E dire che usano Illy… per favore, formate meglio il personale, perché così non va proprio. Per il resto l’emporio è ok, come sempre, e mantiene gli standard abituali. Ma il caffè, ragazzi… davvero non si può.

Ho mangiato la pizza qualche settimana fa li e un antipasto. Buona ma non eccezionale come il nome potrebbe richiamare. Servizio cordiale e gentile. Ambiente normale. Un buon posto dove mangiare la pizza.

The bottom line is this restaurant is not authentic. If you are passing through and looking for a quick bite, this will do the trick, but it won’t be the perfect Italian pasta you’re wanting to get. On top of this, we were seated at a table near the “waste water” which made our entire side of the restaurant smell unpleasant. There were no problems with the service, and it’s very well decorated, but I wouldn’t stop by unless you need a quick souvenir.

Pasta was great, tasted fresh and very light. Cooked al dente 10/10. The remaining dishes were pretty average and the food took a while to come out. Prices were also a little high for the amount of food we got. Overall a decent place if you don’t have any other options in the area. Definitely felt a but touristy.

Nice place to have casual eat. Not as amazing as everyone makes it out. The pasta dishes were very good. The house sauce was very good The pizza was good but I wasn't in love with the new dough. The service was a hit or miss. Out guy kept disappearing and it took forever get back to us. A 2 hrs lunch was a bit much for a small group. The takeaway area seemed to be way better.

The food was not edible. Honestly, the carbonara was really bad. Both the pecorino and parmesan are overly aged and have a strong smell, and they literally burn the tongue when eaten. The Bolognese was also quite bad, and the pasta itself was of very poor quality. The atmosphere is nice, and the staff is very friendly, but I would not recommend the dishes I have eaten. Nor the restaurant. Sorry. Fix these issues and I will fix a review.

Pizza cruda, pomodoro crudo, arancina vergognosa, patate fritte non esistono solo patate con buccia ma oltre che crude con sapore bruttissimo. Una vergogna per la tradizione e la cucina italiana

Cappuccino a 1.80€, capisco la posizione centrale in duomo, ma un cappuccino é pur sempre un cappuccino, detto ciò ora se lo chiedi da asporto passa a 2.30€ e fa già ridere così. Posto non al livello dei prezzi che propongono

Una delle peggiori cene mai avute, sotto tutti i punti di vista. Mi hanno portato un supply che mancava del ripieno indicato in carta, ne portano un altro, corretto, ma di qualità scadente, non si sentiva nessuno sapore. Poi la pizza: sono stata male 2 giorni per riuscire a digerirla, totalmente cruda. Alla persona che era a cena con me, hanno sbagliato anche la pizza dimenticando ingredienti che erano quelli base previsti da menú. Addirittura hanno detto che avrebbero offerto il dolce, che noi non volevamo ma accettavamo giusto perché volevano rimediare, e invece uno l'hanno offerto e l'altro me lo hanno fatto pagare. A dur poco furbettismo cafone indecente. Cena del mio compleanno rovinata, hanno avuto anche il coraggio di portare una candelina come se bastasse a rimediare a una cena rovinata e pagata carissima. Inutile dire che è diventato ormai uno posto per turisti che non hanno la pallida idea di cosa stiano mangiando. Servizio altrettanto fatto a cane, forse colpa del fatto che se il personale non viene assunto formato e qualificato, queste sono le conseguenze.

Il cibo è buono, nulla da dire su questo. Purtroppo però l’esperienza complessiva è stata rovinata da una gestione poco chiara degli sconti. Consiglio vivamente di verificare sempre prima di sedersi se gli sconti consegnati a fine pasto siano effettivamente accettati nelle visite successive. Oggi, pur essendo un cliente abituale, al momento della cassa mi è stato negato l’utilizzo di un buono sconto ricevuto la volta precedente. Dalle spiegazioni fornite, e “leggendo tra le righe”, è sembrato addirittura che il buono potesse non essere mio, dato che – a detta loro – vengono tenuti in cassa, lasciando intendere che potesse essere stato preso indebitamente. Voglio pensare che si sia trattato di un malinteso, forse anche legato a un’espressione poco chiara dovuta al non perfetto italiano della cassiera. Resta però il fatto che per 12€ di sconto mal gestiti hanno perso un cliente abituale. Peccato!

As an Italian, I say to tourists coming to Firenze: please do not visit this place! It really gives you the wrong idea about Italian food and might spoil your whole romantic expectations concerning the Italian way of eating. Prices are stellar, service is poor, the supermarket area looks somehow abandoned, the eat-in area is simply crazy expensive and managed by people who might not be paid enough or that, anyway, act and feels very rudely. It is a pity because other Eataly franchises where I've been (for example New York and London, but Milano too) are simply fantastic, while this Firenze one is simply shameful. Avoid it at all cost!

Really not great, unfortunately haft the food was inedible, 30 minutes to come out and was lukewarm when it finally did. I got the steak and it was mainly just fat and did not come with tomato like it said it did, so my side was just stale cheese and leaf. I will assume this was because we came around 9:45 and they close at 10:30 but still just felt like a waste of my money.

The dish took one hour to arrive, but we were warned about the delay only after half an hour. When the dish was finally on the table, I asked for a cheese that never arrived, fortunately… because the spaghetti al mare had all the salt from the Mediterranean Sea. The air-co was not enough to keep the temperature cozy. Resume of a disaster lunch! A positive point: even though I didn't ask for any discount, they decided not to change the salt, a mean, the super salted spaghetti.
