Typical McDonald's food, you know what you're getting before walking into the restaurant. This one had order kiosks and then the food was delivered to your table, it took longer then normal counter service, but the food arrived without any errors.

I Ordered the number 7, which has ALWAYS come with 2 burritos. Even checked the app after I left. Got to the pick up window, checked my bag and had one single burrito. Told the girl at the second window, who's response was "well you were only charged for 1" when I told her I ordered the number 7. Had to pay for a second burrito. Service was crap and the drive through take out girl doesn't listen.

The McDonald’s itself looks nice and new, but they share bathrooms with Timewise. Even if maybe the cleaning of the bathrooms is not their direct responsibility, it’s still a bad look on McDonalds for the bathroom to be this dirty at a place you’re supposed to eat. The toilet bowls and sinks look like they have never been cleaned. So if you’re looking for break stops on a road trip like we were, here’s a head’s up.

This place is nasty. I refused up buy food here just based on how unclean their bathroom was. No telling what their kitchen looks like. They need to clean those toilets (or replace them) and buy something to fix their water issue. Those are stains, in every toilet. No thank you. Edit to reply to MCD comment: you do not need me to click on any links or go anywhere else to have you contact whomever you need to send to check this store and get those toilets cleaned. If the water is hard, invest in something to fix it. If they need better cleaners or whatever, get it for them. No. I'm not going to put any more time into reporting this. You report it and you fix it. You see these reviews. Mine isn't the only one telling you this place is nasty. Fix it!!

Long line, no one was getting their food so me an a bunch of people who hadn’t ordered yet tried to get an employees attention. They just looked at us from the kitchen and ignored us. So all the new customers coming in just left. Good job I guess if your goal is losing money.

I paid 30 bucks for rude service and the worse food ever. This is what I received when I ordered breakfast this morning I had ordered extra sausage I watched the lady use her bare hands to remove the sausage out of my McMuffin, then proceeded to put just a cheese McMuffin in the bag when I went back I received attitude also was told I couldn’t get a refund. I ordered a hot and spicy with just cheese and mayo and they gave me lettuce but I I wasn’t to upset with, but I called to inform them about my missing cheese which is dang near 2$ these days and worker just hangs up on me and I try to call back and they just keep clicking it. July 17, 2025.....over 30 minutes to get 2 mocha frappe. I stood behind the ONE customer at the counter receiving their order....then the employee walked away...? Never acknowledged me. Should have left when I saw the "kiosk" as I normally do. Against my better judgment I placed my order.....chose pay cashier, submitted order and waited 25 minutes while orders were handed out to other customers. Struck up conversations with others that service is ALWAYS bad. I was finally able to flag down a manager who first said I didn't place order, then delay was because I hadn't paid....hard to do when there's NO ONE at the counter, but 6 + employees in the back looking completely lost while a couple others are working. I waited almost 10 more minutes....stepped to the side of counter and attempted to get SOMEONE'S attention to cancel order and refund my money. Several customers waiting to order walked out, stating they didn't have the time or patience. 35 minutes.....ridiculous. Off my list.....and any others with kiosks.

Listen to the low star reviews. Staff needs customer service training and a sense of urgency. It’s almost like no one wants to be there. I understand it’s off 10 and conveniently inside the gas station which is why it probably stays in business, but find another McDonald’s unless you don’t mind waiting for 20-30 minutes. On the positive side, the orders were correct.

SO.. I had an extremely disappointing experience at the McDonald's connected to the Timewise on 709 N Lagrange. First and foremost, the women’s restroom was absolutely disgusting. Every stall was dirty, and the sink looked so unsanitary that I was hesitant to wash my hands. To make matters worse, I found a dead bug in one of the faucet handles—completely unacceptable! Additionally, my child’s Happy Meal had moldy apples in the packaging. This is not just a minor issue; it's a serious health concern. It’s hard to believe that such a well-known chain would allow conditions like this to exist. I urge the management to address these issues immediately for the sake of their customers’ health and safety. I would give it negative stars if that was an option. I see that multiple people have already posted negative reviews about getting undercooked burgers.

The worst ever! first of all, a manager arguing with a customer when the customer is clearly right is in very bad form. She was going to win the argument without even listening to reason. There is a sign on the drive-through window: holiday pie, buy one at 1.49, and get the second one free. So we said we'll get them. We were charged 1.59. The manager argues that the price on the receipt is correct and that she won't look at the sign in front of her, which says 1.49...I can show you the sign, which I took a picture of, and my receipt which I also took a picture of! Cashier rings up a buy one get one fish sandwich, rings up 2 meals, but we only wanted the sandwiches...manager says she's watching her employee and she's ringing everything up correctly....no, we didnt want the meal, just the sandwich...Had to tell the cashier 4 times regular coffee after she rings up cappuccino. What gives? The manager was extremely rude and was clearly in the wrong. Bad business practices, uninformed staff, and I think they should find jobs that don't involve dealing with the public because they clearly are losing it, and are lashing out at the folks they are supposed to serve. We drive to San Antonio several times a week... we will skip this place while traveling... we will go to Buckees instead.
