The best gaspachos in Morelia If you’re visiting Morelia, this is a must-visit spot. I had the best gaspachos here, super fresh, perfectly prepared, and full of authentic local flavor. The fruit combination is delicious, with just the right touch of cheese and chili. Everything tastes fresh, and you can tell it’s made with tradition and care. The service is great too.

Inexpensive, quick and delicious fruit cocktails. They seem to have good hygiene during food prep (which is not the case in most gaspacho places).
What started as a small little gaspacho cart, yes gaspacho with an S as this is not the Spanish soup, is now a very well put together chain. Ask for the traditional fruit mix and don't forget to get cheese and onion.
