My favorite pizza place of all time! The specials save you a few bucks every time (specifically the carryout specials, I use it every time). The rewards program is fantastic and is worth the 30 seconds it takes to make an account. Overall low price and high qualify, unbeatable.

Very nice and friendly. This was my first time ordering from the Papa John's and I am pleasantly surprise in many ways. The pizza and the quality of the ingredients they used is better than most places I have been. It was fast and delicious. . The owner/person working there was very personable and nice. I was looking at the menu and was not sure if I want a pizza or a sandwich. The person working there said hi and then after a minute with a friendly tone of voice said "don't worry about the prices. We have many specials". I must have looked pretty bad. But just that kind spirit and friendly gesture made up my mind and I ordered a large pepperoni and honestly it has to be among the best pizzas I've ever had.

Great food, got the pepperoni stuffed crust pizza special they are still running at this time. Called it in and it was served and ready for pick-up on time as scheduled. Plenty of pepperoni, pepperoni and cheese in the crust. Excellent pizza and we would highly recommend this place. And they even had small paper plates on request.

I Don't usually do this but I was impressed. Pizza was really good. Had to keep myself from eating the whole thing while driving back home. Employee who served me was friendly and clearly intelligent (what is less clear to me is why someone like this person is working at a pizza place) I ordered the Shaq a roni pizza which was delicious and hot but It was unfortunately cold by the time i got home due to no fault however from the restaurant (I had my ac on and the box open for a 17 minute drive so to all those who are driving the pizza themselves dont do that) anyway 5 star experience, will return again sometime in the future

I am reviewing a chain pizza place and I’m aware of it. I rate it 5 stars for what it is. Ordered a special large unlimited toppings for 9.99. Both pizzas were loaded with toppings and delicious. The staff was very nice, I asked for plates, ranch etc. and they smiled and took care of me. Oh I ordered at 4 on a Sunday and the order was ready in 15 minutes, that’s a huge bonus

Great food, got the pepperoni stuffed crust pizza special they are still running at this time. Called it in and it was served and ready for pick-up on time as scheduled. This pizza. As soon as i opened the box i exploded into white creem. it was so holy and godly i had to pinch myself to make sure it was real. i divorced my husband for this pizza and now we have 56 children. thanks papa johns

Papa John’s pizza always delivers above-average flavor. The cheese in the crust is generous, and dipping it in the garlic butter enhances the taste. I ordered delivery, and the delivery time was reasonable.

I pooped my pants in the middle of the establishment. The pizza was green and moving, which might be a bad sign, however I was high on heroin so that might have been why. Overall could be better. Papa should do better.

Brand new spot. Same quality pizza you would expect from Papa John's. The staff is still getting acclimated, so be patient with them. We'll be back and I'm sure next time the service will be speedy!

Usually this place makes pretty decent pizzas, but today I ordered an extra large with one topping, and the dough was pretty hard to chew and taste was very bad too. Not sure what happened recently to the food quality here. I hope they will fix it, I'll not order from this place for some more time at least

Their only white sauce is ranch dressing which overpowers everything. I payed extra for bacon and barely found any. The quality is garbage, especially the cheese. I dont see how they claim "better ingredients, better pizza". I used to like their pizza, when I was a kid, and didn't know any better. What I like about this pizza chain? -the complementary pepperoncini they throw in the box. Looking forward to mountain Mike's moving in next door. People saying this pizza tastes good must be ignorant or getting paid for it. Go to ANY other pizza place except little ceasers and you will find better pizza and usually for cheaper.

Not only was my order completely wrong (received 8 undercooked breadsticks instead of 10 and the wrong papadia), but when I tried to resolve it, Sam responded with aggression, refusal to fix the mistakes, and outright disrespect with profanity. I left feeling threatened and unsafe. No customer should ever be treated this way. The lack of accountability and hostile behavior from management is unacceptable. Avoid this location unless you enjoy paying for incorrect orders and being verbally mistreated. Zero professionalism, zero care for customers. DO NOT RECOMMEND

They re-opened the store and it is a bigger mess than the old one. Pizza tasted bland and the cheese smelled dated and bad. Prefer the local pizza places in Folsom over Papa Johns. No wonder nationally they are losing money. Their pizza tastes bad.
