The best sushi we have found in the area. We live near Lake Arrowhead and drive the 45min to eat here. It is so worth it. Service is wonderful, food is amazing. Helen and Kevin always take great care of us.

First time eating here. Service was great! Employees seemed to love working there with the super friendly service. My husband isn't a sushi fan, so he ordered the teriyaki beef plate and scarfed it all down. My go-to is a Philly roll with extra cream cheese. This was by far the BEST Philly roll I've ever had, along with the dynamite Roll 👌So gooood!!! We will definitely be back for more!

They service was a little slow, but hey it's Tuesday night. Other than that, this place was satiating. The Goyza were crunchy. The No Name Special Roll was creamy and light with sparring rice. I dont even like Lobster, but I couldn't stop eating the popcorn Lobster on the Super Diablo Roll. The absolute topper though, was by far the Tempura Fried Green Tea Ice Cream... I will go back just for desert!

I got the spicy Diablo roll which was ok not bad. My husband had the marinated short ribs he said it was to sweat and fatty. Our son got the Tasumi ramen he like that. The soft shell crab was great but the sauce they served with it had no flavor. I would suggest serving the soft shell crab with ponzu sauce. My husband loved the tako sushi he said they made it perfect. The service was good the waitress were attentive. Its been two years since we've been here. I would suggest removing all of the boxes from the tables it just looks really bad and it takes up seating from potential customers

We ordered 2 "bento box" item lunch specials. It was HORRIBLE! The teriyaki salmon was a premade fish patty that found in any grocery store frozen isle. The hot green tea was served in a mug with a green tea bag obviously NOT Japanese. The fried rice was cold & tasted like it had been sitting there all day. The tempura was SUPER greasy. The spicy tuna rolls had no flavor. The miso soup tasted like an instant soup mix. The food I make at home shouldn't be fresher than the quality of a sushi bar. Which is very worrisome, because the chef is supposed to be provided with top grade fresh fish. Which obviously this restaurant does not have access to.

Once we finished eating, we ordered another roll and requested they also send the forgotten roll. We waited so long, again. We finally gave up and asked for the check. The staff was super apologetic and they gave us the 2 rolls for free, which were magically done when my husband went to pay. We took them to-go, since we had already been there well over an hour. However, when we got home we discovered that one of the rolls had several pieces of short, black hair in it. Not dissimilar to the hair of the sushi chefs who, upon later reflection, I realized hadn't been wearing hairnets or hats. We only discovered the hair because I removed a piece of fish from the top of the roll and could then see the hair in the rice. I was disgusted; how much hair did we consume in the restaurant?? It's been a few days and I still feel queasy thinking about it. We were passing through on our way home from a trip and it was the only place in the area. I'm so glad we don't live there, with that place as the closest option for sushi.
