Very nice young lady working here. Very nice to my special needs grandson. Unlike the Cicis in Rockwall with dining area. The GM there was extremely rude to us so I will not be back there unless he's off duty or fired.

My family and I are new to Forney. My boys absolutely love Cicis, so to find one near by was exciting. I personally love their cinnamon rolls and spinach alfredo 🍕 and with 3 boys and a husband nothing beats their price 💲. It was the 1st time going to this Cicis and I was really happy to find this note on one of my pizza boxes! Robin, Joy, and Adam at Store #7003 you are the true MVP's at the Landos home today! #pizzafridays

Absolutely love this Cicis! I have never had any problems and everything has always been hot and fresh, even when I've had big orders for parties. One of the best things is that I've never had to sit and wait for my full order to be ready. 😁😁 Keep up all the good work guys!! Thank ya'll for all the hard work!! THIS IS A TO GO ONLY LOCATION ! NO DINE IN BUFFET OR RESTROOMS. CLOSEST BUFFET IS IN MESQUITE OR TERRELL. NO SALAD BAR OR PASTA EITHER. Great staff, food is always hot and fresh. Great spot to call in dinner and have it In less than 20 mins most days.

My family and I go here several times a year. We've never had a bad meal. Salads are always fresh and if you don't see a pizza there that you're interested in, you can get one specially made for you. Best wait staff ever and the managers are awesome as well. I highly recommend Cici's in Terrell.

Great pizza for a fair price. Less than 50 bucks got the entire family full and the cheese sticks are always the best. Stuffed crust pepperoni though was a little burnt on the bottom and isn't shaped like a normal pizza. Something to keep in mind. Barbeque chicken pizza and Alfredo were perfect, exactly what we expected. Great value and I'd recommend if you don't want to spend a lot of time or money on pizza. Similar domino's would cost you 70+. Happy eating.

Thin pizza, some sits out to long. Pizza not replaced in time. Soda machine was not working. Not a bad price at 10$ per person.

I called to place an order and got to speak to the most unprofessional worker there.. the manager. Her name is Joy. Oddly enough she is NOT a joy to speak to. Rushed me while taking my order and I'm not one to call and not know what I want. I knew what I wanted. At one point she cut me off, told me my total and almost hung up on me midpoint of my order. Really bad customer service. God bless her.

Called the restaurant and didn't end up ordering due to the attitude of the employee on the other line. Your pizza is not that good to treat your customers like that. Ended up spending more elsewhere, but at least I was treated with basic human decency.
