Omg reminds me of the old school places, the menu is full of choices they have great specials, they know their demographic and they take in consideration the community, my God it's the best freaking chicken flavor to the bone, they stay so busy their chicken can't get old.. I hope they make their way to the Lewisville area , Irving area,, A two piece,with hot sauce,a jalapeno and 10 ketchups, that's it ,going tomorrow,,,, and the burritos ☺️😘oh and they have Fanta strawberry on tap with enough fizzy to burn your nose,

Fresh food if you want it cooked fresh they are friendly don't mind serving your way, cheap can drinks 3/$1.49+tax. Fountain Drinks with every combo order. Try them and see for yourself. Everything is delicious.

The Catfish here is excellent! They make the Catfish to order, so you may have to wait a few minutes for it, but it's definitely worth the wait. The chicken here is also very good. We have never had a bad meal here, and we have eaten here almost every week since they opened. It's also very affordable, especially for the portion size.

Every since I moved to FW this has been my Lisa's. It is clean. Service is exceptional and pretty fast and the food is always fresh. The taste reminds me of Church's back in the 80s. Please ask for fish to be fried hard tho (taste better to me)

We loved our visit here. The food is great and the price can't be beat. This location is well kept and has a large dining room. There are Lisa's all over this area and I look forward to trying the others. I really wish there were more of them. Chicken Express, Golden Chick, Popeye's and the other large, chain chicken restaurants can't compete.

Absolutely the best chicken livers EVER! Flavorful, not too salty, as some other chicken places. Also didn't have that burnt, old grease taste either. I've been back 3 times and will likely be having Lisa's chicken livers today! :-)

Lisa's Chicken is my go to spot. Not only is the chicken and fish always good, it's affordable. I can feed my entire family, we all get different meals and don't go over 20! I have a family of 4 and we all get drinks as well. The food is always hot and fresh. The mashed potatoes are bland! You don't want those! Ande rolls that are included just make the chicken and or fish that much more enjoyable! Ask for an get you an extra roll, you will def thank me later!

Nicest Lisa location I've been in. It definitely seems like an out of the way location for most people but worth the trek with plenty of parking, a clean, well lit dining area, large digital menu and Lisa's Chickens' famous speedy service. The drive thru was FULL so I walked in. I ordered the 10 piece tenders with 2 sides, no drink. My order was up in under 5 minutes maybe less than 3! The chicken tenders were hot and crsipy, my rolls were smashed but np, and the gravy was pretty thin. The okra was on point with flavor and crispiness and my corn nuggets were right as well. The sides were ample enough for sharing. A medium side can easily get split 4 ways especially if your feeding hungry kids. IF this location can correct the watery mess they are tryna pass for gravy, I will gladly change this score to 5 stars! Next time I will try the corn dog and sweet tea.

I enjoyed eating the chicken and corn nuggets. My 2 year old grandson loves those corn nuggets. My score is a 4 instead of 5 on the food is based on the Mac & cheese. The noodles are not cooked to completely done. They were a bit hard & chewy. The cheese was to watery and runny for me and my grandson didn't like it. In fairness, it was my first time trying the Mac & cheese. Others may enjoy it! Overall, Lisa's fried chicken is my favorite chicken in Fort Worth. When I have a craving for fried chicken, I'm headed to Lisa's.

2020 they changed there hot wings. Very disappointed but if you order food that needs to be fried on the spot, it's super good. Caution on the fried chicken / fries and other family items that are sitting under the hot lamp, your getting them first before the fresh, but that's anywhere you go. Over all good food, OK side items, great jalapeño poppers and cheese sticks. Burritos are good also.

One of our fast-food faves in the Meadowbrook area. We love the fried fish and fried shrimp every bit as much as the chicken...and the prices are very reasonable. This franchise, unlike many other stores in the chain, is roomy & sleekly decorated.

I used to get mac and cheese & green beans with my chicken but often it would taste cooked to death. But the chicken...I really like the yard bird. So after I changed my sides to slaw (crunchy & tasty) and fried, I'm back to visiting every couple of weeks. Good price and crispy, juicy fried chicken.

This place is ok. It's hit and miss on the food. Somedays the food is great other days not so great. I guess it depends on who the cook is for the day. If you get fish make sure you tell them to cook it extra hard. Otherwise it will still be raw in the center.

Man the chicken was so skimpy. I got a thigh and leg ate the both in two bites. And my sides were mash potatoes and coleslaw and ate them with one bite apiece. I got ripped off so bad I want to go back but had to be at work. I want another order or my money back cause I was not happy at all.

2 pieces of chicken were fresh and hot and the other one was older and luke warm after I specifically asked for fresh hot chicken that had just come out. By the time I drove home the older piece was almost cold. Won't be eating there again for a good while. Will go where I get what I ask for.

Food is fresh and well seasoned * now. Check order before you leave. I spent almost $20, and wanted specific chicken pieces. They didn't give me what I asked for. So next time, I will check my order before I leave. I don't want to hold up the line....but oh well🥴

This use to be my go to location up until tonight. I ordered gizzards and livers with okra and fries. It was suppose to be 6 of each and it wasn’t. I called and the mgr argued with me that there were 6 gizzards and I’m looking at my wife’s food. I just hung up and said I would stick with my decision this time not to go back. I stop going and end up going back. Not this time. I guess I will be cooking it at home. I understand it was 30 minutes before closing but customer satisfaction is always first.

I have been coming to this Lisa Chicken for quite a few months now.Well a couple of days ago,I went through the drive thru and not only was my order completely wrong,but we waited for over 25 minutes for our order.I ordered a 6 piece hotwing combo with double Mac and cheese and 3 piece dark with double fries not only did they not give me my Mac and cheese order but the fries were cold.We called back up there and talked to the manager I am guessing ,it was poor customer service.Will not be returning back to this location.

Ordered our lunch and paid for 4 lunch specials only wanted 3 and one for go order. When getting lunch asked too have the fourth 30 minutes from getting eating our lunch the person at counter was very rude about the food and said we should have waited when finished our food. This Lisa’s location on Oakland/Ft. Worth used to be really good. The lady in the Drive Thru was awesome and always friendly. But I guess they had a staffing change and now they get orders wrong and will argue with customers. There is a KFC down the street, you should go there instead!

Very disappointed. Been there four times. First was above average. The rest were less than mediocre. KFC and all of the other chains are far better overall. Sad to say, this place should either up their game or go away.
