Excellent bar with actually very good bartenders - better than most of the “mixology” places in the area. Had many excellent martinis here. All the staff are attentive and friendly and the vibe is good. Bone marrow fried rice is a standout entree - rich and decadent but not overwhelming.

I had the three-course menu on jazz night and it was such a memorable experience! Each course was paired with a drink, and everything felt so unique and thoughtfully crafted. The ambiance struck the perfect balance of quirky and classy, making it an amazing setting for a first date. Our server was incredibly attentive and made the evening run seamlessly. I’m already looking forward to my next visit to explore more of the menu!

Celebrated our anniversary here for dinner. We had such a lovely time. The food was amazing, absolutely loved the calamari. The filet was so tasty and well prepared. We also ordered Lomo and it was divine. Service was so wonderful and we were treated so well. This is such a beautiful place as well, the decor is stunning and the vibe is just awesome.

Went here for my friend’s birthday and it was so quirky and elegant all at the same time. Food was good and service was good too. We ordered some cocktails for the birthday girl, chimichurri shrimp satay, the quinoa chaufa stir fry with salmon, snowbird salmon, and the lomo salteado-a Peruvian wagyu steak dish. Everything was so delicious. It’s a great spot for small or large groups. Bring a date or your friends to celebrate. Till then, let’s sip and eat!

The service, food, and the drinks were good. I didn’t expect the drinks would be so pricey, but they were good nonetheless. I was a little disappointed and where we sat since we had reservations, but other than that, everything was good. I also like that the fact they have the option for a large party to pay individually.

Vibe, atmosphere & ambience, very nice & chill! Service was good, especially hostess, super sweet. Food subpar, drinks were cute & good though. Snowbird worth a try for sure

The cutest! We loved our visit and the ambiance of Snowbird. We began with Happy Hour cocktails, then ordered the ode to NYC, Girl’s Night Out Caesar salad + waffle fries. Our drinks were delicious (and well balanced) and the crisp on the fries was perfect. We then ordered the Wagyu Tacos and the Chicken Sliders. The beef was tender, but could definitely use a bit more simple seasoning. The sliders didn’t taste like, or have the consistency of all white meat, which was disappointing. The live band was a delight! We will definitely be back and may try other dishes to get a better feel for the food.

Went for valentines. Was surprised how empty it was for such a holiday. Had high expectations for this place as it was recommended. The calamari and short ribs are very good, but this place is way overpriced for what it is. The ribeye was very forgettable. The atmosphere and environment feels a little cheap, not very classy. Our waiter was great, but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Went last night to celebrate my brothers birthday and it was my recommendation so bummer when everyone wasn’t pleased. Service was subpar at best. We kept asking for things more than once. The food definitely isn’t worth the price. The pretentious pineapple was expensive and bland. We order 6 and no one liked them, flavorless and filler NO alcohol. Our waiter was trying to charge us for everything like the light in thw drink that came in w stones glass expect our party. We went for a different experience and was so underwhelmed. There are so many unique and friendly places to go visit in Frisco so I’m pretty sure I won’t recommend nor be back. The pictures 2 broken up crackers is what comes with the whipped ricotta. Lol just laughable

UPDATE- Well, all good things come to an end I suppose. Went out there the other night and service was not good, food was good but it ‘s really disappointing to expect the same service and atmosphere only to be ignored by you server took WAY to long to get drinks and I thought we would starve to death before we got our food. The server said the kitchen lost our ticket? I didn’t think they used tickets anymore. I thought everything was computerized, but I don’t know. She never gave us her name that I remember. It was nothing like our first experience. Don’t know if I’ll be going back. The food is good, but the service is just falling off.. Our first time at Snowbird, Was not really sure what to expect. Food was good. Cocktails were great snd service was outstanding. Just wanted to say thank you to Alyssa for making it a really special night for us. She made sure we never had an empty glass and had great suggestions for food and cocktails. We had such a great time, we will definitely be coming back! And hopefully we will be lucky enough to Have Alyssa again.

Very disappointing restaurant, and here's why: We ordered several appetizers first. Hummus, burger sliders, wagyu tacos, empenadas, and chicken satay. The hummus and sliders were decent, but the rest were mediocre at best. Here is where it got interesting, 2 of the entrées arrived while the table was still full of plates that haven't been removed. The server noticed that the table was too crowded after he put the 2 entrées and spilled an entire bottle of soda on me. Then, 2 people at the table waited for an additional 10 minutes until their entrée arrived. The wagyu ribye and wagyu "filet" were a complete joke to the culinary world. They tasted like cheap frozen meat with horrible texture and aftertaste. The bone marrow dish was overcooked, and the rice was salty. I mentioned this to the server, and when the bill arrived, he said that they took 50% off the ribye because I didn't enjoy it as if he was doing me a favor. I asked to speak with the manager and I expressed the bad experience we all had at the table. In the end, he agreed but only removed one steak from the bill and said that if we ever come back, he will give us 50% off the entire table. Basically, it is a discount with contingency. I'll pass on that offer and will never go back there. And because the service was so bad, it was my first time not leaving a tip. I hope this establishment takes this feedback as constructive critiszm and improve the service and quality of food.

B. Magalhàes

I went here last night to celebrate new years eve based on their marketing on Instagram for the event. What.....A...... Disappointment. They hyped up having a DJ and marketed it with people dancing. They DO NOT move any of their restaurant tables or furniture after 10pm so there is nowhere to dance so it's completely jammed near the bar area. My wife and I purchased two cocktails and when they gave us the Bill they did not point out that they had a 22% New Years Eve Fee!!! On top of the door charge and credit card fee. It was so dark and crammed so on top of a 25% forced fee I gave a 20% tip unnecessarily. What a rip off and poor party environment.
