Visiting as travelers and decided to try this place — so glad we did! The noodle soup, fried noodles, dumplings, cucumber salad, wontons and beef roll were all super tasty. Everything felt fresh and flavorful. Hope they keep this standard — we’d definitely come back next time we’re in town! Also, customer service is great!
It was a very busy Saturday night but we were seated rather quickly, our food was brought out quickly. The service was great and the food was delicious. 10/10 recommend!
Food and service were both very good. I liked that you could watch them make the noodles from the dining area. This place can get very busy, but it’s worth the wait.
Yummy spot. Loved the hand cut noodles in the spicy beef soup. So yummy. I loved the cucumber salad. So fresh and lots of garlic. It was different and delicious. Loved the green beans. Spicy wontons and dumplings were so tasty. Really yummy food.
The spicy beef noodle is highly recommended and it did not disappoint! The meat is really tender and juicy, the noodles are chewy, and the broth is fantastic! It’s also a big serving, so you must come with an empty stomach and a big appetite! You can see the chef preparing the noodles and they are made fresh! I also like the lamb skewers. The meat is tender and packed with flavor! The staff are really friendly and accommodating as well. They’re very attentive and check on people if they need anything.
If you’re craving hand-pulled noodles and bold flavors, Noodle St in Fullerton is a must 🍜 They specialize in rich beef broths, chewy hand-pulled noodles (you can even choose from 4 different types!), and seriously addictive sides — all served in a vibrant, casual space. We tried a little bit of everything — the Signature Beef Noodle Soup with their classic round noodles was rich and comforting, while the Egg with Tomato Noodle (knife-cut) was pure cozy nostalgia 🍅✨ The Dan Dan Noodle brought that perfect Sichuan-style spice, and their Chicken Spicy Wontons and Shrimp & Pork Dumplings were flavor-packed and tender. Don’t skip the Garlic String Beans and Cucumber Salad for some refreshing bites on the side — and definitely wash it all down with a Passion Fruit Green Tea or Honey Lemon Tea 🍋 Noodle St — where chewy noodles, rich broth, and vibrant flavors all come together in one bowl
The beef noodle soup was phenomenal, the noodles were perfectly chewy and it was paired with a great broth. My boyfriend got the Chicken soup and loved it and we also got a cucumber salad which was perfectly crunchy and well flavored. Everything was phenomenal and the staff was super friendly
Craving for noodles and this is the spot I would go to! I had: 1. Cucumber salad 2. Spicy beef noodle with small flat noodles 3. Stir fry noodles with beef 4. Water melon juice
Where has this place been all my life?! I don't know how this spot flew under my radar or why none of my friends thought to mention it, but wow, am I glad I found it. Let's just get right to the point - I've never gone to a restaurant and seriously considered filling up on just the appetizers... until now. The cucumber salad? A crunchy, tangy masterpiece. I could've stopped there and left happy. But then came the beef roll pancakes, and suddenly I was questioning everything I thought I knew about starters. If the appetizers are this good, the mains have to be either a culinary triumph or a tragic letdown. Spoiler: they nailed it. We ordered the Spicy Beef Noodle Soup and chose the knife-cut noodles (the chewiest of the bunch, highly recommend). One slurp in-flavor bomb detonated. Rich, spicy broth, tender beef, and noodles with the perfect bite. We split the bowl because it's generously portioned, but if you're hungry, absolutely go solo. Will I be back? No doubt. I'd return just for that cucumber salad. But next time, I'm bringing friends--because flavor this good deserves to be shared.
Very nice the food came out fast and service was great we got checked on a lot and got everything we need I got miso soup and substituted the mushrooms for kale with regular noodles thank you
First the all the atmosphere is very nice. The staff very kindly and more important the food is awesome. If you come here you won't regret
This is literally my third time coming here and I came to this location twice and one in the other location. It has always been fast and consistent. The service is amazing here. I did have to complain that my soup dumpling didn't have any soup this time it was on the dry end, but the lady was so nice and she offered to replace it for me. I highly recommend you to come here to get their stirfry noodles. It's cool, because you can customize it. And that they make their own fresh noodles here. You don't have to worry about being here for so long. They are very quick. Literally new favorite place. I even came alone this time because it was that good!!
Great knife noodles! This place is really good and best of all, the prices are fair. I recommend the spicy beef noodle soup. It's not that spicy. Beef roll is on par. The tomato egg noodles is good but not soupy. It's more of a tomato egg over noodles. Overall great for the price. Service was fast and very attentive.
Best spicy beef noodle soup and beef pancake I’ve ever had. Would def recommend trying. Not that spicy, I’d say their medium spice is more like a mild flavor.
Always crowded because it’s SO GOOD. Try and beat the lunch/dinner rush so you can enjoy your experience end to end. Their noodles are obviously their specialty so don’t skip out! I like coming to this location the best I think it’s better than the one in Irvine and they have a bigger menu. It’s not vegetarian friendly, but would definitely recommend giving this place a try!
Best Chinese noodles you can get in Fullerton and right across from CSUF. We UberEATS from here all the time and never tire of their beef noodle soup. Thank you for all the delicious meals noodle 🍜 street!
We ordered this place from Door Dash two days in a row because the food was so delicious 🙌🏽 it was fresh, flavorful and great portions. I can’t wait to go in and enjoy in the restaurant.
I couldn't pass up a place called noodle street. I was told by someone exiting that the beef pancakes were really good but I had to order noodles. I got the regular beef stir fry with flat noodles. The service was quick and the noodles were very good. Not spicy at all. Only chop sticks were provided and the noodles were quite long so the difficulty level was higher than usual. Defintely worth the money and the portion size was just enough to fill me up.
I typically order this to go and it's a shame I need to go back there and take some video and photos because this is a great date spot. The kitchen is partitioned with glass so you can watch them prepare the noodles. I think this is great for a date because when we're getting to know somebody and we have a little bit of social anxiety, it's great to have something visually stimulating to talk about. The staff is always super friendly and the aesthetic is really clean. There are some outdoor tables and plenty of indoor seating as well and it usually has a lot of visitors. It's close to the college and across the street from a couple of other shopping areas that have good places for desserts or coffees and again, this is what makes it a great choice for a first or maybe even second date. We're not sure how long you want the date to be when it starts. Start it here. Have the time to acclimate and have some conversation with a few conversation starters in a nice environment with some really great food and a few built-in conversation starters. And if it's going well, you can transition to another venue close by, gives you time to walk and talk with each other, and I find that going to more than one location makes it not basic and more likely to stick out in your memory as having been a good date. A huge part of human bonding is shared experiences. This one counts as an experience in and of itself, but also is located in a great spot for you to parlay it into several side quests. But as I mentioned, I typically order this as takeout because the food is at least as good as the atmosphere. Also, I'm a vegetarian and there are things that I can have here that are really good. So if you're not sure about your groups dietary restrictions, this might be a really good option. I've actually gone here with a group of people from work and everyone at the table of I think 10 people enjoyed the food that they ordered and had really positive things to say.
I have always wanted try knifebcut noodle for a long time since I saw it on TV and this is the right place. If you are a person who cares texture of noodle, I can say this is one of the best place in Socal. Some of soup bases may not be your choice but they have variety of different styles such as Korean and Japanese styles. The restaurante is clean and the window that you can watch cooks prep for noodle is so nice.
Overall amazing experience. I love how u can see them making all the noodles from scratch (which were delicious!) The service was exceptional. The server went above my expectations and was super kind and welcoming. We ordered miso noodle soup and scallion pancakes. Everything tasted absolutely perfect from beginning to end. We will returning very soon!
Warm and inviting, this noodle restaurant has exceptional service and exceptional dishes. I will be back when visiting this part of town
Great taste, fun atmosphere, fast customer service! House-made noodles is a great part of the experience and taste so good. You can either construct your own ramen bowl, buy one if their menu ramen bowls, or other items on the menu, all at a really good price for the amount you receive. Highly recommended for anybody who loves ramen or is willing to try something new.
Amazing food and huge portions! If you’re a Zabihatarian (aka only eats that good halal meat) I recommend you try this spot! Bring your friends too!! You can literally drown in the soup. The noodles can be a bit long so maybe come with a way to cut them so you’re not slurping for like 3 minutes a bite.
Covid Era review. This was my first time here. I came with a party of 4. They let us choose where to sit, inside or outside. We chose inside. They all wore masks and seating was spread out. I got the classic beef noodle. My fiance got the spicy beef noodle. My friends got the chicken noodle and the shrimp stir fry. We shared the juicy dumplings that came in 8. My noodles were delicious. The broth had a kick to it and the meat was tender. The dumplings were to die for and werent piping hot. My friends liked their food. The stir fry had a good taste but like only 5 shrimps. Definitely want to try the scallion pancake next time and the lamb noodles. The bathroom was clean and opened and the staff was super friendly.
this place are making noodles from scratch, definitely we'll be coming back to this place to eat different dishes. the food is taste great you'll have to take time eating your noodles or it'll get sloppy. the service is good, the waiter will ask you what texture of noodles you'll want. we ate dinner here and it's pack I think is 'cause it's weekend. the restaurant is small you have the option if you want inside or outside.
My friends recommended this place and I'm glad they did. Great food, atmosphere, & customer service. Our waitress made sure we were satisfied with our food. The food is fresh-- you can watch the chef literally knead the dough and cook noodles while you wait. All the dishes that I posted were delicious! I'm not big on cucumbers, but this was delicious with the sauce they mix with it.
First timer and oh my goodness I tried the chicken noodle soup and it was the best soup ive ever had, the flavor and proportions are worth the price. The atmosphere was home-y and the service was wonderful. Would 100% go again!!!
Magic is how I would describe the hand pulled noodles, turning one block into hundreds of noodles! Great noodle soups and stir frys. Dumplings are not bad. The best is the beef rolls, crunchy on the outside and lots of scallions on the inside. Delicious homemade yogurt and watermelon juice. Clean and straight forward.
I visited during a weekday lunch and was satisfied with both the food and service. I would suggest the Spicy Beef Noodle Soup over their Signature Beef Noodle Soup as it is more reminiscent of what I had growing up. The Signature was much lighter/less flavorful and more “herby” according to my mom. - Spicy Beef Noodle Soup (10/10) - Beef Roll Pancake (9/10) - Scallion Pancake (6/10) Overall, an amazing restaurant with hospitable and kind staff! I would highly recommend for students, families, and even for a solo meal.
Great restaurant, its a busy restaurant people are coming and going. Cross street to state college and chapman. Affordable price for a meal with great selections. You can see noodles being cooked thru a glass window along the chef. You can build your noodles thru different choice. I recommend the korean BBQ with Rice. Come visit and try some.
Always right choice. Yummy and affordable! Thanks noodle st for opening at late nights so that I can still dine in and have fresh noodles or rice plates after 9pm when I don’t wanna cook at home. Service is good too! My favorites are lamb skewers, egg with tomato over rice and signature beef noodle soup. Lamb skewers are must try!!
Heard some really great things about this place and finally came in. The food is absolutely amazing and I highly recommend getting the knife-cut noodles with the signature beef noodle soup. They make the noodles fresh in house and even have a viewing area to see. We also ordered their XLB and beef pancake. The service was absolutely stellar as the staff are super attentive (not to mention attractive staff as well). The place overall had a nice vibe - restaurant but also felt somewhat homely. The restaurant was also pretty clean as well and has a decent amount of space. If it weren't for the prices (and also the nightmare parking lot), I'd definitely come again.
My buddy wanted to try this Noodle St. after the Dodger game. We got the table right away. I was amazed that the noodle is made right there in the restaurant!!! Hand-made dumplings and cooked on the spot! So, that means everything is fresh. You can choose from four different types of noodles: Standard Riund, Small Flat, Triangle, or Knife Cut. My Shrimp Stir Fry Noodle was very tasty and very satisfying to my stomach.
The food here is to die for!!! I've had their KBBQ with rice and it was so flavorful!! I've also had their stir-fried noodles with shrimp, and I have to say it's my favorite! The shrimp is seasoned so well and the noodles are fresh and just amazing! The service here is always the best as well, for dine-in or pick-up!
The food is so so soooo good!! This is a cimpilation of 2 different times I went with my partner and we both enjoyed it soooo much and have been dreaming about it ever since. The appetizer beef roll pancake is photographed a lot because it was just so surreal and divine~ It is definitely a must get!!! I also really enjoy that you can choose which types of noodles you want! My partner enjoyed knife cut a lOT since he likes that chewy texture. I am still undecided which one I like best! Guess I gotta go one more time, right? The service both times were impeccable! Our waters were refilled every minute and we were just astonished at how observant and kind the waiters and the chefs were!! The ambiance is very nice, I like the wooden Japanese feel of it all! The spoons and the chopsticks are very nice and I wish I could own them honestly!!! Definitely have been trying to go here a third time!! Maybe this weekend~
Love this place! The best cucumber salad hands down! Great dishes and portions. Their bulgogi dish is so good. Sometimes I just get two orders of the cucumber salad to go because it's that good and so refreshing! You won't be disappointed. It's a cute little place gets pretty busy but worth it. Highly recommend!
Trying it for the first time. It was a surprise to find put how good their food is. If you're into noodles, they have a noodle choice for every palate. Great selection. Their string garlic beans are the perfect flavor and crunch texture. The green onion pancake ia crispy and flavorful. The dan dan noodles weren't spicy at all. I like 🔥. The restaurant is clean, very well organized, with attentive and friendly staff.
Great fast eatery, you can watch fresh noodles made through the large kitchen windows. Big bowl of noodles will satisfy any hungry soul. The order comes very fast even on a busy day. They also offer you a plastic bibs to cover any soup splash.
Found this Soup noodle place near Cal State Fullerton. Service was quick. Beef noodle soup was nice and hot for a chilly evening! Hand made noodles come in 4 different varieties. From thin to hand torn thick noodles. Fried tofu, cucumber salad and pork dumpling, onion pancake were delicious! 😋
Pretty cool that they make their own noodles! & it's nice to see the Chef's cook while we dine. Ambiance is nice, clean & relaxing! Staff are nice & attentive, great service! =)
Total came out to around $45, including tip for 2 entrée and an appetizer. The handcut noodles were fun to watch being made. The texture was nice and chewy, but I did prefer the flat noodles, which were even chewier and consistent. We got the beef soup and fried noodles. The wok hei flavor was great, and the soup was light but flavorful. The beef wraps were crunchy and flaky. The inside included beef and cilantro. Comparatively, there was quite a bit more of greens to meat, but I liked that. All in all, decent meal for 45$. Would come again
Here's the good. The prices are extremely good! You're getting fresh, quality tasty ingredients for almost a steal. That being said, the food itself is great Sichuan cuisine focusing on the noodle. The noodles are practically made to order, with a variety of options available. You can see the kitchen staff churning out orders like a factory which is fascinating to observe. Seats are low stools that serve the Asian atmosphere well. I had the vegetable noodle soup (with vegetable broth) which had delicious mushrooms that highlighted the dish. The noodles were chewy and delicious, not a waste of my carb intake! And for appetizer, I had the crispy tofu. Delicious and perfectly golden, small cubes that perfectly make the tofu cooked well and not too chewy. It was paired with a sweet and sour sauce that didn't disappoint. Aluminum cups as well for water, which I love. The bad: no fountain soda, (which may be a plus for some, if you prefer can, but it means no refills which is a bummer for a soda fiend like myself) I went during the entry of the lunch rush and was seated quickly, but forgotten about. Had to ask to order, and I purposely set aside the menu to indicate we were ready to order. This meant that my order was bumped down the queue to people who were there after our arrival. To their credit it still arrived quickly. Just be sure to avoid peak times. I would dock a star, but the price point and the fact that it was busy gives them a pass.
I was so relieved to know that there was a Noodle St out in Fullerton. I had just taken a day trip from Fullerton down to San Clemente and I was craving some good beef noodle soup. I only knew of the Monrovia location and was prepared to head to the SGV location untill my Google maps showed one nearby. It was my first time eating at this establishment and I fairly enjoyed it. On a Saturday evening, the wait was about 10 minutes; not as crowded as I imagined. My dad and I both ordered the spicy beef noodle soup with knife cut noodles while my mom ordered their dan-dan noodles with knife cut noodles. Together we also ordered their spicy beef rolls to share. As we sat and waited for our food to arrive, I observed how the chef prepared the noodles by tossing and stretching it. It reminded me of how the chefs make the noodles at Marugame Udon in Little Tokyo. When it was time for the knife cut noodles to be "cut", it was interesting to see that it really isn't how you'd imagined. It's not a piece of dough that's literally being cut on a cutting board but instead, the chef holds a block of dough and grabs something that resembles a cookie cutter and slices chunks of the dough into the boiling water. Now the noodles were delightful and tasted extent fresh. In my opinion, they were a bit thick since I've had some where it was cut a bit thinner. My parents believed the inside of the noodles were still raw and wasn't cooked thoroughly enough. The flavor of the spicy noodle soup was fantastic. It has a great kick and tons of flavor to enjoy. It's by far my favorite beef noodle soup spot, at least for now. While waiting for our beef rolls, one of the server assumed we were close to being finished and handed our check. I find it rude when servers do that when you haven't even asked for it. I understand they want a fast turnaround for their next customers but he should have at least checked if all of our food was delivered to our table. Immediately, I told him we're still waiting on one more dish, which he failed to check before giving it check. He quickly apologized and said it was coming right up. The least they can do is check our order and see if everything was brought to us before handing our check. Overall I've enjoyed the food of Noodle St and would definitely come back again to try the rest of their dishes.
This place is good, I like the fact that you can see the chef making the noodles on your plate and very tasty I should say. Also the dumplings were good and nice and hot. Customer service wise it was ok. Go try it out. Oohh and prices are good too for a big bowl of freshly made noodles.
There're usually a line but the wait is not too bad. The food is decent and it is reasonably priced. What made this place special is their freshly made noodle. Their noodle has an "al dente" chew to it, its very good. We ordered spicy beef with the "knife cut" noodle. Beef is just a slight bit of toughness but still decent. The Japanese Miso soup base could be better but again, decent enough. Highly recommend especially if you come for the noodle.
Nestled in this strip mall with nary the parking space, you find this little noodle shop. It was a Saturday mid day and it was pretty busy. CSUF is nearby so I gather they do brisk business with the college folks. I love the glass window that lets you watch the noodle maker practice his craft. It's amazing to watch how he makes noodles by hand and slices slivers of dough into the pot of boiling water from a couple feet away. The noodles are really good as are the side dishes that you can get. I got the Japanese miso ramen whilst my wife got the more traditional Chinese Spicy beef noodle soup. Ordered a side of cucumber salad. My kids got a seafood noodle bowl and they wanted miso ramen as well.
We were visiting from out of town and was excited to try hand pulled noodles. All the appetizers we ordered was delicious. I recommend getting the spicy beef noodle with the standard round noodles, best combo. The black bean noodle was okay, wouldn't order it again. We also got a stir fry, which was delicious. Great prices for quantity of food.
Very busy place; we got in around 5pm on Sat weekend evening. we got the last available table. to-go/online order keeps flying in. Business seems pretty good. its a great place for trying out verity of noodle dishes from vary of regions. the hand slice noodle is one of the best i had in a long time. very chewy as stated. Service is attentive. a star taken away; its more of personal taste. the dishes are good; but it could be better in texture or flavor. Overall i recommend to whoever wants to try out Asia style pasta; you won't be disappointed if you are new to this type of cuisines.
This place has really good green onion pancake. The spicy beef stew noodle was delicious. Good flavor broth but not overly powering. Beef was tender. Dan Dan noodle was good as well. Great flavor but again not too salty or over powering. The triangle noodle was good but I recommend the small flat noodle much more chewy that the triangle noodles. I will definitely be back soon to try other things.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Noodle St. did not disappoint. The garlic chicken appetizer was incredibly flavorful—perfectly cooked with a rich garlic punch that made it hard to stop eating. The Signature beef noodles with spicy paste were outstanding: tender beef, great noodle texture, and just the right level of heat to bring everything together without overpowering the dish. On top of the great food, the service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and efficient. Everything tasted fresh, well-balanced, and satisfying. Absolutely worth getting, and I’ll definitely be back.
Tried the braised beef soup. The broth and noodles were excellent, great taste. However the beef was hard and mostly nerve, which was inedible.
We loved this place when we had it at the Arcadia mall, a while back. We were very disappointed with our experience at this location. I'll start with the disclaimer that we ordered to-go, though we picked it up right when it was ready and only took it 5 mins away before eating immediately. We ordered three soups - chicken noodle, beef noodle, and japanese miso. All came with the noodles and broths unlabelled, so we had to just guess what might go where when we got them home. Everything was still very hot (good), but the meat was not at all fresh and the broths were nowhere near as flavorful as we remembered. We were so disappointed none of us ate much. Hopefully just a one-off experience.
My first time here. I like the atmosphere, service is friendly and reasonably fast, quantity is satisfactory and so are the prices. But please do not try to share the soups with noodles. Because of the long, uncut noodles, you will make a mess, a very big mess. The serve HALAL meat which they cook separately. They have fresh, hand made noodles there. We were party of 6. Unfortunately, their seating arrangement was not very satisfactory. We were seated in a table for 4. Obviously there wasn't enough space to put all our big serving bowls/plates and 6 drinks. Despite the lack of space, they didn't offer to remove the unused water cups which occupied quite a bit of already small table space. Frankly, I couldn't wait to get out of the place. But I am sure my experience would be different if we had less people in our group.
First time my family visit this restaurant. my honest review the soup noodles: broth taste soso...flavor taste like those "hotpot package" where you buy from asia grocerystore and soup too salty. As for noodle is ok. since is hand made so chewy. fried chicken: Crispy but alittle salty. overall, I won't visit again. I think not worth it.
Been here several times, feels that the quality has gone down. I ordered the bone-in rib noodle soup. The rib is tough, the broth is meh. Should stick with spicy beef noodle soup.
The main issue was the food. I know the price is high for the portion they give you but the quality of the food is so mid. Specially their beef I know for a damn fact the silver skin was left on the beef chunks. The meat felt like I was chew on an eraser or price of rubber. Make the portion smaller for a good price and increase quality of beef. Noodle were okay would I come back probably not. FYI I do like Asian food but this one did not hit. This was for the Spicy beef bowl btw.
