Today at the Starbucks it was visibly packed. The drive thru and the inside line. The barista's and staff are visibly swamped and they are still keeping their cool and doing their absolute best. 10/10 for this crew here today. Even when one of the associates went home during them being swamped, the few that were there pumped through it! Great job and great customer service!
This Starbucks location runs hot and cold depending on the staff. For a long time the staff was very dependable, knowledgeable, polite, and just pleasant to be around. Eventually as college kids come and go, the staff varies wildly. I have overheard conversations about lousy tips and I have had caring, wonderful service by friendly Baristas. It's a crapshoot but it's still worth a visit. The coffee is always great.
I love Starbucks but this one is so busy and maybe that’s why they’re always out of items I want to order. on the other end last time I got two cake pops for free because Of the lack of inventory. The employees are also very sweet and always feel sad that’s they don’t have all of the items which I appreciate!
Good drinks and food even if a bit expensive. Occasionally, on Thursday or Friday they have happy hour after 3p until closing. Friendly service unless excessivly busy then they are a bit harried but not rude. It you want a secret menu drink then make sure you have the recipe. Batista's haven't memorized every secret menu item
The food and coffees were delicious. Had to wait a little longer than normal, cuz they were focused on the drive thru and to go orders. Clean environment and comfortable.
Kaelen made sure my visit was amazing. He was so pleasant and kind. He is extremely customer service oriented. Starbucks is very lucky to have such a wonderful employee on their team.
My wife and I go to this location almost everyday, but today I feel obliged to write a google review to recognize a Starbucks team member, Ryan at the Newberry Road location. I have today off and in a great mood. He met me with a smile and wished me a good vacation. Even if it's one day off, it's a vacation and that will stick with me the rest of my life. Hope everyone gets a "vacation" soon, especially Ryan. Great job Starbucks!
Best Starbucks experience I have ever had. The kids working were so nice and respectful. When you leave a place having a better day because of the people, that's more than good service.

One of the best Starbucks we have ever visited and we have visited a lot! The difference is the staff and atmosphere - they care and work well as a team. It isn't the biggest Starbucks by any means but it's right up there as one of the Best!
We were in town for a volleyball tournament which coincided with the first UF home game. For Friday and Saturday I ordered using the app and the order was ready when I arrived for pickup. On Saturday however the drink order of 4 Venti Chai’s tipped over and spilled completely. I doubled back and the Starbucks team was very helpful with remaking the order and offering what I needed to clean up my car. A big THANK YOU to Rachel who was so helpful!
Excellent atmosphere and customer service! I have been here a lot and have never had a bad experience. Definitely recommend this place! Great food, amazing coffee and super friendly staff!
Ordered 3 different drinks and each one of them was made perfectly. My Venti Mocha Toffee nut Latte was absolutely delicious. My mom loved her hot chocolate with toffee nut, and my teenage daughter loved her vanilla bean Frappucino with strawberry puree. Every time we've gone to that particular Starbucks has been a good experience.
Good place for working, it's not very loud, the food and drinks were delivered quickly, the place has sockets. I usually don't prefer Starbucks, but compared to most coffee places nearby this was a winning choice for a remote working day :)
Very nice young lady working the drive thru this past Saturday morning. She was very pleasant and even offered to fix my drink (I hadn't been there in years & the drink wasn't what I expected). I didn't catch her name but she definitely went beyond to help make my drink right & it was very much appreciated.
Omg the best workers I've ever seen, I had to sit here for 2 hours just waiting for the Mall to open and not once did these workers falter. They were quick and friendly, always had a smile on their face as they were constantly hammering through orders after order. I think they deserve a raise and PTO.
Just came in and ordered a white chocolate mocha and it was absolutely perfect. The workers were very nice, when it got a little busy they continued to work diligently and efficiently. I never come to Starbucks but I think I'll be a regular now. :) keep up the good work
There was a situation with one of the expresso machines that made it hard for the baristas to work as fast as they can. But each barista kept a positive vibe, and was very respectful to every customer, and they gave their best!! Kudos to you guys!
The lines in the drive-thru can be wrapped around the building if you go early in the morning (which I do). But they move quickly and the baristas always have a smile on their faces! I have been inside during the mid-morning rush a few times to place large orders. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and patient because I had brought complicated orders with me. But they didn't bat an eye. They had my drinks ready quickly and I was in and out in less than 7 min. They were awesome!
Great service with a smile every time I visit. morning hours tend to be more busy, so either come with lots of time to spare even if you order on the mobile app, or you're going to be late. Be cautious when entering and leaving the parking lot, there's not a whole lot of room and there's plenty of chance for error.
NEVER have anything bad to say about a Starbucks. I stop here on the way to work sometimes because they aren't as busy as the archer rd location. Service is always good, drinks are always how I order them and their drive thru moves quickly which is a PLUS for me.

As soon as I walked in, they immediately greeted me and everyone one else. This was in spite of how incredibly busy they were! I would like to say that every single person working there was working hard and they were all working TOGETHER!! I’ve never had such an amazing Starbucks experience (as a regular Starbucks drinker)! This whole team deserves a raise!! Absolutely amazing 🤩
Needed some caffeine energy after driving for 5 hours and accidentally ordered two of the wrong drinks but the staff were so sweet and helped us figure out what we actually wanted, remade them quick, and offered us a couple of pup cups for our pups! Wish I could remember the name of the girl who helped us out she was amazing and made the experience awesome!

One thing that I expect if I'm patronizing an establishment is please act as friendly as possible so that I want to come back and not avoid your store. Came through the drive through and expected a bit of pleasantry but the barista didn't smile and barely responded to me. Please let everyone know when they visit your store that they matter with the best persona of professionalism. There are a lot of other coffee places to go to and many options. Please try harder to be friendlier, genuinely.
Mads made me a soy latte and it was good. The service was faster than any other Starbucks on 75. The person who took my order was very helpful and patient with my not knowing what I was trying to order lol. They didn't even acknowledge my wearing my pajamas
This Starbucks is conveniently located just off I75, very easy to jump off & on the interstate during a road trip. The Inside offers plenty of seating, it's clean, student friendly, and the staff are gregarious and proficient. This location also offers a drive thru, if you want to remain in your vehicle. I am definitely adding this as my stop for coffee (and gas) on future road trips (exit #387 off I75).
Nice group of employees and I like the layout. A little smaller than others in town, but it feels more cowork-like for remote workers like myself.
The food and drink products are the same just about everywhere you go, but the service in the atmosphere will vary by location. I was extremely surprised by the The atmosphere at this location being not very welcoming of the average person.
EDIT: 4 years later and sometimes I go every morning a week. The staff this morning drew a super cute design on my cup. I love the friendliness and personal touch! The staff are super friendly and accommodating and helpful 😊 I love coming by here before work or ordering out. I would like to suggest to the management to consider implementing more recycling where possible, like recycling gift cards, paper bags, straws, utensils, etc. I always recycle my coffee cups later at work/home ♻️
Service is friendly, but wait times are always pretty long - regardless if you go inside of through the drive through. You'd think they'd move or build a larger facility that would allow more staff to accommodate the amount of customers this location handles daily.
I love Starbucks and this location met expectations. Even though they are only open for drive thru currently, their service was fast and friendly! I ordered a venti mocha Frappuccino and it was made well. I enjoyed it. Normally they ask if you want whipped cream and they didn’t this time. No complaints for me, because I love whipped cream, and chances are, the person who served me just forgot to ask. That’s just a small thing I noticed. My biggest issue with this location is that it’s really hard to get in and out of. They don’t have a lot of control over that, of course, but it is a downside. There are also a few potholes and it’s hard (especially for bigger vehicles) to maneuver through the drive thru. I’m giving this location a 4/5 because it’s consistent with other Starbucks in product and service, but it’s also hard to access.
My orders are usually correct here but some mornings are stressful and often details can get overlooked in the mornings. This location in particular runs out of items quicker than usually so be prepared to have a plan B when ordering. The baristas are extremely nice though and will bend over backwards to make your order right
Coffee was great but wait in drive thru was not. Maybe they training new people. Very friendly customer service experience so maybe just an off day. I will be back, it's a great location.
Good service and the location is really convenient! My coffees, or rather foufy coffee flavored candy drinks, don't always come out well though. My last latte was mediocre at best. Everything else is pretty much like any other Starbucks, and there is a nice assortment of tables to sit at and work at.
This is a crazy busy Starbucks right off of I-75. All types of traffic and they handle it well. Use this Starbucks for brief business meetings as well as an interim work place for 2 hours with colleagues if you need to. Bathroom cleanliness as you would like to expect. Haven’t seen any funny business. To get your coffee the fastest during the morning rush hour, example: Tuesday, 8:12 am. 1. Use the App and pay through the app. Park, run in, run out, better with two people. Not too too many spots but most driving don’t stay long and are doing what you are doing: < 2 min alone, < 45 secs w/shotgun popping out 2. Drive through. No parking, AC, takes longer, less people, App or not. When we all use it much fast. Cash slows everything down. > 8 min, when line is on the street, hard to judge 3. Walk-in. Don’t be in a rush. Super quick when NOT in rush hour.
They’ve only ever gotten our group order wrong twice and it was only 1 out of 12/14 drinks so that’s not bad. The driveway is a nightmare. I highly suggest going to the light and turning into the lot behind them. Way less likely to get hit there. Overall good experiences for the last 3 years
Came in on a Saturday late afternoon. There was a very helpful and sweet barista. Coffee was good and speed was fast. Vibe was chill and there were a decent amount of tables. Location was close off of the interstate, which was great, because I was traveling and needed coffee for the 12 hour driving day and needed a convenient break. However, there wasn't much parking, and getting out was rough because of how close the exit was to the stop light. Poorly designed. Check for hours, or call ahead. It looks like they have very limited days (end of January 2024).
Typical Starbucks, love it but: Difficult to navigate the parking lot even when you're just going through the drive thru.
As much as I disparage Starbucks for having bad coffee, they are at least open super early in the morning when I am awake. So there really isn't much I can do since the #LocalCoffee spots aren't ready for me at 5:30 or even 6:30 am. This one was open when I parked and rolled in before dawn at 6:20. Not much going on, it was actually rather quiet inside as I spent nearly two hours charging electronics and sipping at a not terrible blonde roast. My everything bagel needed another run through the toaster and I do miss when they used to have flavored cream cheese. I stayed until people started arriving and moving chairs. Starbucks likes these wood chairs on their tile floor and it makes a heck of a racket. On to the next!
Ordered coffee to go on the app so I didn't have to wait. Glad I did cause this place was super busy. The bathroom stank so bad I had to hold my breath in there and was disgusted at how bad they let it get. I know the workers are busy but this bathroom shoulda been closed it was so bad.
I work within walking distance of this Starbucks, and this particular location leaves much to be desired. I'd say about 65% of my orders are made incorrectly, and I've spent upwards of 20 minutes in the drive thru on several occasions. I'd give them fewer stars EXCEPT, over the past few months they seemed to have made some changes and I've noticed an improvement. Hopefully I'll be returning to update my review in the near future.
I love starbucks and so excited for the PS options for the fall but don’t waste your time mobile ordering you’ll still have to wait in this long drive thru even if you pay and order before the people in line. Only starbucks in the area that doesn’t let mobile orders go inside to grab their items and go. If you’re in a rush I don’t suggest this starbucks.
The staff and drinks are always great. BUT. The parking lot is ATROCIOUS!! Potholes EVERYWHERE! The location and general design is horrible. I’ve been gridlocked into the parking lot because of how poorly it was designed. Don’t try to get in and out quickly after 10am.
I love the coffee when it's made correctly. The prices of these coffee's we shouldn't have that issue. I don't know if ppl making the drinks aren't coffee drinkers. I used to praise you guys over Dunkin but think both are in same boat now! I drink coffee once a day and need it to be right to get thru the shift. My go to drinks are camel macciotta hot venti or dolce cinnamon latte w/ sweet cream substitution on both (nothing too hard hear). I can never taste coffee only flavor.
Everyone was very kind here. It was very difficult for me to get inside and use the restroom with my rollator / walker as none of the doors are accessible. No doors have assistive features, they are heavy, and they close very quickly. I’m sure that’s great for keeping the AC in but it might be accidentally keeping some people out ;) A fellow customer offered me assistance with the door after watching me struggle but none of the employees did.
If you like buying overpriced coffee, it's hard to beat Starbucks. This location has always had good service/drinks, but the drive-thru can quickly backup into a major road (Newberry Road). Trying to park is arguably worse. During peak hours trying to get coffee here is an absolute nightmare. And don't even bother trying on Holidays. I will only go here occasionally on off-hours.
Dustin working thru through was instantly mean to me yesterday. I was so confused and anxious to as why he was talking to me the way he was. When I got to the window he said the customer before me was difficult and that’s why he talked to me that way. I didn’t want to leave a review because I understand customer service can suck but he shouldn’t be talking to customers that why especially if they aren’t even the bad ones.
delicious drinks, always get them from this location BUT there is no reason i should wait 20 minutes for a drink while people who ordered after me got their drinks not even many people in there
The drinks are never bad but they are inconsistent in the way they're made. I'll order the same drink everytime and while it tastes good it's never the same as the last time I'd ordered it and some times it'll be better than the others. They need proper training on each drink or more clear instructions. And also they give big plastic cups and then use a horrible straw that gets soggy and won't work and say it's saving the environment? If you're not gonna stop using a plastic cup then don't stop using plastic straws. No body likes them and you're not helping the environment.
It was a "meh" experience today. The girl at the drive-thru window wasn't cheerful until I gave her a tip, which was based more on my good nature than the service. White Chocolate Mocha was lukewarm, not hot at all. Everyone has off days though...
There was a very intense scent of perfume that came through the drive-thru window. My entire car stills smells like it 10 minutes later and it’s super strong on the coffee lid making it unpleasant to drink. Quick and pleasant service otherwise!
Her: welcome, what’s your name? Me: Elvis. Her: what can I get started for ya? Me: grande bold roast, two shots. Her: oh, I’m sorry, we didn’t brew any bold roast this morning! Will a medium roast be okay? Me: no. Her: I’m sorry? Me: I said no. You have been open for more than an hour and a half. You have two pre-brews to make and somehow you couldn’t pour grounds into a filter and hit the Brew button? Her: well, you can come inside and wait and it’ll only take about five or ten minutes! Me: so now I am part of the work flow and you’ll probably expect a tip for this. Her: … Me: I try to be the nice guy…the kind person…I really do, but at five dollars a cup I don’t think it’s unreasonable for me to expect you to have done your job when I pull up an hour and 38 minutes after you should have been prepared to open. For some reason pre-ordering was not an option at this one single Gainesville location so you didn’t know in advance I’d be showing up for this type of coffee which makes me wonder why the system was even implemented. I get it - you don’t write the $bux music, you only play in the band. But all of the band members have to play their parts or the whole song falls apart and at that point you’re no better than Funkin’ Blonuts and that urine they sell there and pass off as coffee. I’m not coming in because if I do I’m putting on an apron and taking over as the manager that is clearly either not there or not doing their job. And you’re going to learn to do yours and you won’t like me very much until you do your job. Probably better, with the next closest $bux six miles away, if I just roll down the street to WaWa. They will have done their jobs. It’s a strange business model - a coffee place that didn’t make the coffee. I’m guessing it’s a Florida Man variation on the original Howard Schultz plan. So good luck with that.
I'm from New York, and let me tell you the Starbucks in the New York City are always banging! The hospitality is amazing. You are rexeivws as if you were family, very friendly staff always. I speak for every Starbucks on NY. Penn Station, midtown NYC, downtown NYC, Brooklyn, Queens where ever in NYC I miss you all.... because here "Southern Hospitality" is non existent. I have experienced here that some individuals are politely rude 😒... it is sad... I would spend weekly by default $50-$60 at my Starbucks in NYC... however being here is way less, I mean way less... Starbucks here have become very cheap with their Raw Sugar, the only thing made available at the self service counter are napkins, straws and stirrers... I do not like or entertain negative rspport/comments about people or establishments but I have experienced rudeness to my face from some Starbucks employees that leave very much to desired.. that you really do not wish to return to that establishment... not just this one but wow the one by the hippodrome SE1st ave..rudeness and are unapologetic about it... so I just take my drink and lea e quietly . Let's hope for the best... Starbucks should not have their establishments understaffed... why? Service and moral sink to very low levels and WE the loyal customers suffer..also Starbucks do not cater to vegans in all their meals... Starbucks serves beyond burger but with non vegan additives making it only vegetarian friendly. Gluten free non available as well. So if you are gluten free or vegan gluten free best take your appetite elsewhere as their selections are close to very little to none. Also charging those individuals who have dietary restrictions and upcharge fir plant based milk.. there should not be an extra harge for dietary condtions. Thank you..
This location is always busy which is good for them but they have no system for how they deal with mobil orders drive thru and in store customes. You are lucky if you get half your order if you go inside. We had to talk with two separate employees after waiting for 20 min and watching people behind us get their stuff and go. The second person was great and got us our order and made it right but after the time we spent and being ignored the first time this location will not be a spot we visit again.
Why is there a nice, homeless veteran in a wheel chair with a sign saying hungry that I gave him a dollar and he said thank u but what I'd really like to have is something to eat so then I went back to Starbucks bought him food. Why can't any staff members care enough about a homeless guy across the street to give him scraps they probably waste anyways or just politely someone give them an food he is hungry while I am getting ripped off by this over priced coffee and pressured to tip on top of the price why can't the staff see that this nice guy in a wheel chair gets something to eat once day..... What ever people are selfish.
Probably the dirtiest Starbucks I have ever been in. The parking lot, inside and bathrooms are really bad. Almost cancelled my order bc you know these people aren’t washing their hands either. Gross.
Window girl was rude to me and I had a HAIR on my pumpkin muffin. At least my drink was right, hence the 2 stars overall instead of 1. I was already up the interstate before I found the hair on my muffin so of course I didn't go back but I was seriously ticked off about it. Super gross.
Very rude, disrespectful and SNARKY employees. NOT a typical Starbucks! I mistakenly referred to an employee (Avery)as "She" and was told I was misgendering and needed to learn to use proper pronouns. Also, I was told twice "There are no Shes at this location" .. I found AVERY's comments to me extremely offensive. As I am not a disrespectful person and would never purposely call anyone an incorrect pronoun. I expected germ free products and good customer service. This location provides neither.
This Starbucks is really slacking. Every time I come to this store they are out of hazelnut. They say they need hazelnut to make French vanilla but are always out of it when I go there. Like come on if you know you need it to make French vanilla which I’m pretty sure is very popular why would you not stock up. They are just slacking
This Starbucks and the Oaks Mall location really gives the Starbucks brand a bad name! Not all but a lot of the employees are rude and have no idea how important customer service is. The coffee has been horrible on several occaisions! I dont mind a little wait because its Starbucks, but I do think its crazy to wait for 20+ minutes for a mobile order that was ready when I arrived at the spot that says mobile order pick up! Then served cold coffee that taste like they added extra water to stretch it instead of brewing more! It was disgusting and Im disgusted! 😡😠
Just stopped while traveling south… my white mocha is nothing but hot water! Avoid this location. My husband says he drink is not the best. What a waste of money!!!!
The music is Obnoxiously LOUD, i cant even think! Had to leave, makes sense why theres no one in here. First time at this location, i go to Starbucks everyday but i will never come back to this location
I love Starbucks. I am a gold member. I choose Starbucks for their high-quality drinks and their excellent customer service. This Starbucks had the worst customer service I've ever received inside of a Starbucks. I walked up into line to order my drink and proceeded to wait five minutes while two Baristas had a random conversation with each other in front of me finally when my friend asked me if I was ready to order I said no I guess I have to wait for their conversation to finish first. That was when the Barista finally acknowledged me and said hello. To which I replied oh hi there how are you today. I am not one to complain but literally the man in line behind me had the exact same thing to say as I did. This should be addressed it is unacceptable as far as Starbucks standards are.

bought a venti white chocolate mocha in the drive thru that I shared with my husband so while pouring the coffee in another cup there was a HAIR! in my coffee. I went back inside immediately I spoke with staff who handled it so nonchalantly I asked to speak to the manager who was not apologetic and had the same nonchalant attitude she asked me if I was ok. I don't know how happy I should've been at that point with a hair in my coffee. Her attitude was I don't care! I started to look around and everyone's hair was unkempt and I can see why this happened. The manager did not offer a refund. I contacted corporate.
Never got an opportunity to rate the atmosphere or food, seeing as the young men running the store on Saturday 5/10 decided to tell me they were closed well before advertised closing times.
Of course the drinks and food are good, but the employees here also are top notch and are the very reason that this is my favorite Starbucks out there. They’re so kind and hard working, I’m very appreciative of them EDIT August 2022 I love waiting 30 minutes on an order, watching people that ordered after me get their drink, get told yeah we have your order but all the baristas are standing around, doing nothing bc everybody has been served and none of them are actually making my one drink after I’ve been sitting here now 30 minutes. This location used to be my favorite when I gave here all the time like a year ago but it’s gone down hill. After 40 they finally decided to ask again what I’m waiting on and make it. It’s unacceptable, just go to the Oaks Mall location, you’ll get better service
Usually I have a great experience at this Starbucks. But today when I went through the drive through they messed up my order I went inside and they told me they were not supposed to fix my drink or take it back but would anyway. Still ended up with the wrong drink, then come to realize they charged my card 4 times, for one iced coffee. I called and they asked if I had the receipt I said no which resulted in me having to call my bank. It's very frustrating especially since they usually make my coffee well and I don't have any issues. The staff acted very annoyed and unhappy with me asking if I could get the correct drink. 😒 I won't be going to this Starbucks again after my experience.
I don't know how you get a 7 pump venti mocha sent out with zero pumps of mocha, but this store has managed to do it no less than 3 times in the last 3 months. Finally asked to talk to somebody about it and they couldn't find the manager. Maybe that's why. *shrug*
Was on a 12 hour road trip with the family, pulled in but missed the menu (our fault) . We tried to order at the window after waiting in line for 15 minutes but we're told we'd have to go back around that they couldn't take our order. It was pouring rain and we had an upset toddler in the car. What happened to customer service?

Got order wrong. Check out window clerk never said a word to me, handed me my drink, I asked for a straw, handed me that and that's it. Not a single word. I tried to tell her it was wrong she just ignored me so I left. No coffee in my drink, pretty much milk and sugar and caramel. Was gross.
Told me I needed to purchase something to get water. Never been told that at that Starbucks i dont know why it happened only this time normally they give out free water. Cake pops are mid

I've always gone to this store to buy coffee before/during work at the hospital, I decided to take my half hour break to get a coffee at 8 pm and it turns out that the barista had placed my order, had made me only a finger of cappuccino and everything else was that, I tried to explain the problem and it turns out that the barista took the cup, spilled the coffee and only added milk, the result? Milk with leftover coffee! And to top it off, I decided to stop by the car to buy another coffee and they told me that they wouldn't serve me because they were closed! I lost my $10 and my half hour break! 👎🏾
I did a mobile order and still waited 15 min to get my drink. I sat at the counter for 6 min before I finally spoke up and asked if I could get helped bc no one even asked. The place is so dirty. There is trash all over the floor in the common area and it's worse behind the counter. I will not come here again.
As a former Starbucks employee, I am highly I’m disappointed and disturbed by the horrible service I received in the drive through today. Customer service is very dear to my heart. I understand the pressure of working the drive through solo however, I always ensured I kept a good and positive attitude to ensure excellent customer experience in my tenure as a barista. Going through the drive-through this AM, employee was incredibly rude and short. Employee had a very nasty attitude when I asked if I could have my drink changed due to it being made wrong. It is imperative that management speaks to employees about talking badly about customers on the headset as they may not be as discreet as they think they are. This Starbucks experience was truly horrible.
They didn’t put any brown sugar syrup in the coffee.
I came to this Starbucks today 12/16/2023 around lunch time and placed an order. After waiting over 25 minutes for my drink to be made I went to the cashier to let her know that I've been waiting for over 20 minutes and still haven't received my drink. She stated " okay and ? " I then told her several people came after me and was served before me with both meals and drinks and I just wanted to make sure that my order wasn't forgotten. She said I can wait there is 10 drinks ahead of mine which I stated I was there before those orders came through. I felt like the staff there were prejudice and made me feel not welcomed.
So my husband & I went today to this Starbucks our drink was only half full paid almost $5 for a tall just to get maybe half a cup full no excuse this is not Acceptable , we will see if they are going to remake our drinks right... lol I will update if so, but It’s still an inconvenience to go back.
They NEVER made a good cold foam cold brew! Cold foam cold brew is my favorite. But I ordered it in this Starbucks five times, they never made it correctly. The cold foam was always fluidic and mixed with the coffee quickly. Taste was also weird. Some times I asked they to remake it, but still disappointed. See the pic, I didn’t stir but it just likes a latte. Maybe there is something wrong with the recipe in this store. I gave up finally. NEVER order cold foam cold brew in this store!!
Kass is terrible. Short on the intercom but having a great time, laughing and talking with her coworkers on the headset. I wish that enthusiasm would trickle over to her customers. And then she messed up my order and the coffee was bitter. Time to go to a different brand for a little while.
If I could give negative stars I would. My husband went inside ordered a lemonade and we waited over 15 minutes. He just walked out after waiting 15 minutes no drink and no refund. It wasn’t even very busy. I would go anywhere else but here to get a drink.
I had a super long wait at this location and they gave me a few free drink cards to make up for it. I tried using them a week later and was told they were not activated. I asked if they would still honor them and the manager said they showed as used and could not give me a new card. Poor customer service.
During a heavy rain storm my wife was stopping to get our 5 and our dog a treat. The current make up of the drive through has no coverage when you are ordering. While we understand that is where you are supposed to order, my wife decided to drive up to the window as they have an overhang cover. Zero cars were ahead of us or behind us. The individual at the window asked if we used the app to order. We simply explained there is no drive through cover and my wife and her car were getting soaked. His response was I can’t take your order or have to come inside. I asked if he could this one time put customer service first since no cars were waiting and take our order. The answer was no. No cars in line and you can’t take an order for a cake pop and a pup cup?
During my stop at this Starbucks while traveling to Georgia, I decided to order inside so I could also utilize the restroom. Despite ordering a banana nut loaf with my drink, the focus seemed solely on the drive-thru, neglecting other waiting customers. It took reminding the baristas that I did not receive my banana loaf, and even then, I waited an additional five minutes after I informed them. Disappointingly, the experience reflected poor customer service and a lack of attention to detail.
