A small, quiet, family-run pub, the owner is always available and attentive to guests' needs. The atmosphere is sparsely furnished, but pleasant and comfortable for a cold beer or a liqueur at the end of the evening. The homemade tiramisu is delicious. 80s rock music in the background doesn't disturb you, nor are you disturbed by other customers sitting at adjacent tables because almost all are well-separated and screened from each other. Parking is easily found on the street in the immediate vicinity. We'll be back to try the food.

A historic Irish pub in the Gallarate area, although far from the city center. Small, intimate, but very welcoming. Plenty of benches and side tables, the atmosphere is as sophisticated as the beers; a wide selection of draft and bottled beers from small breweries. The food selection is good, ranging from tacos and sandwiches to full-fledged dishes like pork shank, not to mention the platters. It's a beer hall, so the beers are the highlight, from white to red, including a stout and an ale. They also have a selection of sparkling wines. Recommended for both couples and groups of friends, although the place is small.

I don't want to sound harsh, but we had a truly terrible experience. Two of us had lunch on December 7th: the heating was off, a portion of chips that were actually pre-frozen discount store fries that needed to be finished in the oven, two Warpipe pinsas that were also cold and looked like the ones in a discount store bag, with cold cold cuts on top (burrata and pistachios never arrived). I had a crème brulee, and that was also frozen. The coffee was also awful. Nothing to complain about the beer. Total €38.10.
