We had lunch here today! We used a gift voucher. A very, very cute little place. All the dishes were unique and delicious. I had the fish tasting menu, while my husband had the à la carte dishes. Everything was truly excellent!!! I love first courses, and they were excellent here; I had the purple gnocchi with swordfish and scialatielli with clams, while my husband had a blueberry, sausage, and toma risotto...delicious! And what can I say about the desserts!!!! Mine was a raspberry mousse with meringue, while my husband had a zabaglione, which was prepared in front of us. The service was also excellent: not intrusive, always attentive to the table, and very kind. We're thinking of returning soon. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
My partner and I went for lunch today. It was my first time; he had been there before with friends. We chose the tasting menu—I chose meat, he chose fish, so we could try more dishes. The food was excellent, seasonal, and presented and explained with care and passion. I felt pampered throughout the meal. A place with refined cuisine that makes you feel at home, in a refined and welcoming atmosphere. The prices are more than reasonable for what's on offer. We'll be back soon for another occasion to try other dishes on the menu. Highly recommended.
Surprising find in a small, non touristy village. Very good food, good service. It was a little quiet, early on a Saturday lunchtime, to judge the atmosphere fully.
It's when you open the menu again after dinner that you realize just how exceptional the restaurant you're at. Discovered through word of mouth, this place left me speechless. A very well-kept, warm, and welcoming location, it's the perfect setting for a magnificent experience, both culinary and in terms of "feeling at home." The atmosphere is fantastic, complemented by the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, always ready to satisfy your needs. I had the opportunity to try so many different dishes, as the people dining with me ordered both the fish and meat tasting menus. The menu is fabulous; exceptional dishes, beautiful to look at, innovative, exquisite, and perfectly crafted. The flavors are truly well-defined and recognizable, and the pairings are nothing short of perfect. The best dish of the evening was undoubtedly the lime langoustine carpaccio wrapped in sea bass and raspberry; incredibly fresh. The desserts are truly worth it. The prices are perfectly in line with what's on offer. A fantastic experience that will definitely make me want to return to try other dishes. My compliments to all the staff and owners, they are fantastic. DIVINE FLAVOR.
An unforgettable experience. Wonderful place! Extreme care in customer service and genuine, refined kindness, high-quality dishes served in an elegant and refined manner, and excellent raw materials. Compliments to the chef and staff for the excellent service. What more can I say? Other than to say thank you.
I returned to this restaurant after many years (because I moved to another city in the meantime) and was struck by the fact that it hasn't changed, but has evolved for the better. I already had a great memory of it, which has been confirmed by the events. Starting with the kindness and professionalism of the restaurateurs. They are extremely attentive to service and customer requests. The menu is varied and elaborate, but as mentioned before, the staff is available to make changes upon request. The quality of the food is excellent and the plating is well-presented (I've attached a photo). The wine list is excellent. The place is beautiful both inside, with the open-view wine cellar, and outside, under the large trees, which provide refreshments in the summer. Prices are average. The restaurant is located in a small village and can be reached by car, which can be parked in the free public parking lot next to the restaurant.
I'm always eager to experience new (at least for me) places that not only satisfy a basic need like sustenance or allow me to spend an evening convivially, but that, beyond that, manage to work the magic of conveying an emotion. This latter emotion depends on a thousand things: the smile of the staff who welcomes me, the background music that allows me to relax (for me it's jazz or chillout), the perfect temperature of the room, the size of the tables that don't force me to perform improbable balancing acts, the cleanliness of the restrooms that encourage you to take a shower if possible, the dishes that amaze you with their deliciousness and beauty and that in quantity allow you to fill up, a wine list that combines the usual (albeit renowned) Gaia, Voerzio, and Poliziano with lesser-known but capable producers whose price is based on the content and not the label. At "Sapore di Vino," I found many of these things: perhaps not the jazz music, but the staff, wiping crumbs from the table with spatulas and making sure everything was to our liking, certainly did. The meat tasting menu fully met my expectations, and the portions, while not generous, were overall satisfying to my stomach and palate, as well as my eyes, thanks to the beautiful plating. The price for a bottle of a cuvée of Cabernet, Merlot, and Nero d'Avola from the Orestiadi estates in Sicily is between €60 and €70. My advice: absolutely try it: you'll be delighted.
Probably one of the best restaurants I've been to recently. I ordered two meat dishes, while my boyfriend had fish: all the dishes were beautiful, carefully prepared, imaginative, well-paired, and above all delicious. The desserts were also truly spectacular, and the wine list was excellent. A special mention goes to the staff, who were incredibly kind from start to finish. It's not a given, but it's the details that make the difference and make you want to return (which we definitely will).
Friendly staff and good food, a great wine at correct price.
Amazing service, perfect food, nice ambience.
The food was great! We visited in a group of 4 and all the plates were great.
One of my favorite restaurants. Extremely well-kept, impeccable service, consistently excellent and beautifully presented dishes, a rich and varied wine list, including reasonable prices, friendly and helpful owners, and reasonable prices. What can I say.... An unmissable gem!!! Highly recommended!!
Amazing kitchen. Italian food to its perfection
We had our dinner alfresco, in an estonishing night of an Italian July. Menu quite complete with a discrete range of selection between vegetables, fish and meat. Several plates are cooked or finished in front of the table, with some scenographic effects and shows. Interesting cheese selection and quite large offer of desserts. Service maid with high attention and professionality. Overall a great experience at an affordable and perfectly balanced price.

Una vera sorpresa! Se ci fosse un commento più alto di "eccellente" o " superlativo" lo userei. Era tutto perfetto! È tutto fatto in casa, anche la pasta e il pane (il pane alla zucca era strepitoso)…
Not cheap, but excellent food, wine and service. A good blend of tradition and innovation. I had some beautiful fish, and Crepes Suzette made on front of us, just like the old days
Based on the other reviews and personal recommendations we had quite some expectations. It turned out to be very disappointing. The food was mediocre at best - the lamb was overcooked, the vegetable puree tasted like washing powder, everything was bland at best. And the presentation was generic, too. Service was very nice at least...
