Very good and fast service without lines
Good pizza with a unique flavor. Two comments: First, it's annoying that the cashier is constantly shouting orders to the kitchen. Second, at the entrance, there are two metal angles cut flush with the floor, plus a ramp for disabled people. This comment focuses on how dangerous these angles are, as they have sharp points. If someone slips while going up the ramp and falls on either of these metal angles, let's be careful and not wait for someone to get hurt. Thank you.
The pizza tastes great, and it's just a few blocks from where I live.
For my taste, the pizza needs more cheese.
Everything was great, the staff were very friendly. It would just be nice if they improved the branch itself, as it looks a bit neglected and doesn't give customers a bad impression. But the food was good and fast, keep it up!! ;)

They should pay more attention to their kitchen staff. I go to this branch regularly, but the guys are always in dirty uniforms. As someone who works in the kitchen, that reflects poorly, especially for a chain restaurant. They should provide them with more uniforms and aprons. The food is what you'd expect from any Deprizza.
It's very fast, but lately the flavor has been too salty and the cheese has been very dry.
They always send the wrong delivery orders. I've ordered combos several times and they're always missing the fries or the soda.
Since when have you stopped offering delivery? I'm a regular customer. Besides the fact that the food always arrives late and cold, and the delivery is expensive, today they wouldn't even serve me.
You can't buy multiple pepperoni pizzas during peak hours. They make you wait for over an hour for 3 pizzas.
The service is very slow, there's a shortage of staff at the registers (only one cashier) and she's more focused on app orders than on in-person customers. We waited 30 minutes in line just to order and there was no air conditioning.

Terrible service, nothing was wrong with Deprasa. The cashier wasn't there when I arrived. He arrived 10 minutes later with a hot dog from the Seven. They give priority to those who come from Didi Food. When I placed my order, they didn't have enough pepperoni pizzas. I waited more than 15 minutes to receive two pepperoni pizzas.
They always take more than 1 hour to send the pizzas when we all know that they almost always have the pizzas ready, they arrive cold, poorly cut, etc. You call to ask what's happening with the order and the kids who answer behave super trashy with you and hang up the call, ZERO recommendable

I ordered a pizza through Uber Eats and it arrived raw. The raw, uncooked onion isn't the first time this has happened.
I've always liked it, but I just went for one and it didn't feel as spongy as it did other times. Put your mind to it, guys, or I won't go anymore.
The hours listed are from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM, however, I've arrived three times between 9:30 PM and 10:00 PM on weekdays and they've said they're out of pizza. Yesterday, January 7, 2022, I ordered three pizzas and they only gave me two because they said they were the last ones. It took about 15 minutes to deliver them, and during that time I saw two other customers arrive and they were told there was no more service. They really need to change their hours.
