Hoy fui, y cuando me atendieron ,me estaban preparando los subway , pero estaban unas moscotas que nomas las espantaban con la mano y no hacían mas para poder exterminarlas Falta higiene y compromiso

Ya no es como antes, ahora ya no te ponen aceite de oliva, ni vinagreta, sin sal y sin pimienta, es triste. Y siento el pan cada vez más delgado.

La comida es buena, no tienen en el menú la promoción del día a la vista con toda la intención de no ofrecerla ni venderla, la atención es media, falta limpieza las mesas estaban sucias y el piso también.

Buena aunque a perdido un poco su sazón espero siga mejorando!

La verdura como tomate y lechuga no eran del día y mal preparados, sin pimienta y sin vinagre para los sandwiches, si van a poner películas para los clientes la música a todo volumen desde cocina no deja escuchar y además incómoda por el volumen alto, la próxima visita a esa plaza paso a ver otras opciones de comidas.

I've consumed their products for many years. Unfortunately, this place's quality is below average. The bread is overripe and poorly browned. The staff is completely distracted and squabbling among themselves. It's unfortunate that actions like this are causing them to lose customers.

Pues sigues comiendo con algo de tranquilidad, buen aire acondicionado, lo MALO es que le quitaron uno de sus atractivos ya NO HAY Refill de refresco, Ya no nos gusta tanto....

Los subways estan normal pero el servicio horrible, contratan puro chavito que se la pasan en la lela junto con la gerente tal parece. Siempre tienen la música altísima y nunca tienen pan 🙄

We ordered four 30cm combos. The person who served us seemed annoyed at having to prepare the order, just throwing the ingredients onto each roll however they fell, and in very small portions. She even added an ingredient I hadn't asked for. We've also ordered through apps, where they advertise misleading promotions and then cancel orders without refunding our money. This location needs to be reviewed.

😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 Such delicious food and terrible service, I am a fan of Subway I always buy, and this time I was served by a super despotic guy, instead of serving me the Subway as they normally do in the other branches, he served it with very little chicken, half of my lunch did not have chicken, and he served me 3 slices of onion literally, I got a little annoyed to see how he did it and I asked him if he could put the correct amount to which he replied that is how they serve super rude, I told him that I always buy in other branches and they never serve me like that, the cashier listened and said what's wrong, I literally told him I only put chicken in half the other half is pure vegetables and he did not solve anything for me,! Terrible service I will never return to that branch!

The menu is average, but I give it a rating for the service on didi/uber. They never send the orders as indicated, they always forget to add something or change something in the order for another. I don't know if it's because when you order through the app they don't have it or if it's just because they don't care and they give you whatever they want. For example, if you order a sugar-free soda, they send it normal or the other way around, or they simply don't add it. In short, be careful when you order here because you won't get what you ordered.

They never have the bread you want; they claim to heat it up, but it's all cold, and they don't even cut it. Everything's wrong. And then they treat you like dirt when you try to get service. It's not the first time I've been there, but for the same reason, I stop going for months, and they always come back and disappoint me even more.

It was awful. I ordered through DiDi and they sent me something completely different. The bread was stale, not what I ordered. I had asked for garlic and parmesan bread, without mayonnaise, and they brought it with mayonnaise when I didn't order it with mayonnaise. It had cucumber, nothing I ordered. The service was truly terrible, and there was no cheese.

They sent me whatever they wanted. We ordered through Didi Food and it came with ingredients I didn't order. They sent me a different flavor of the cookie, and I couldn't find the Manchego cheese anywhere. Terrible service

The only good thing about this place is the staff. The food isn't expensive, but it's not worth the price. I say this because, for example, Tim Hortons is cheaper, tastier, and has better facilities. I know the staff doesn't set the prices, so they get a 10 out of 10.

I ordered a 15-centimeter Subway sandwich. I chose the combo and ordered the toasted chicken sandwich with Parmesan cheese, but they sent me a Subway sandwich without chicken. It wasn't toasted and only had vegetables, no cheese, and no chicken. They also didn't send me the sugar-free Coke. I'm never ordering from them again; I ordered through Uber Eats. It's sad that they're so dishonest. Don't order from them because the same thing will happen to you.
