THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I EVER ATE AT A SONICI ordered the philly steak and it was good. It's quite long but didn't stuff me up. It was perfect for my appetite AND THE ONION RINGS ARE NOT A FIVE STAR. THEY HAVE A HINT TASTE OF SWEETNESS TO THEM. YUCK. THE SERVICE WAS GOOD AND THE FOOD WAS FRESH.

This sonic was on point today. All the food cooked correctly. Milk shake was the best sonic milkshake we've had in years. Tots seasoned right, everything served at the right temp. Thanks sonic!

Have had great service here in Corpus Christi. Food is hot and you can order any drink they have. Waitress and Waiters always friendly.

Whoever made the ice coffee at this location deserves a raise because it was amazing! Food was very fresh and the wait was short. It was a great breakfast stop for our roadtrip.

You just cant go wrong with a good sonic drive in. I love the burgers and the tots. Those two combined are just about the best there is. The customer service here was on point ever after I had to call them back out for more ketchup. It was super cold outside and he acted like it was no big deal.

This is the first time in a long time that I have gone to Sonic. Sonic has really been a let down in the past few years but this Sonic had hot and fresh food. They even gave Molly a treat. Thanks for giving service customers will come back for.

Only issue with our visit was the stall monitor did not work and the staff did not know where we were at. That aside, I ordered their foot long coney and fries and gosh, they did NOT disappoint! The cony dog was fresh and the fries were right off the fryer! I did report the faulty monitor to them which I am sure they will address. Despite this, check out Sonic in George West. The staff was extremely friendly and my order was ready minutes after I placed the order. One very happy customer

This place has great days and mediocre days, but lately they've been getting it right. Food has been cooked great and orders have been spot on lately!

Food was good but the service was kinda slow, probably because it was one of our hottest days.

I order through the app to get some offers. It seems like everytime I have ordered through the app it takes a long time to get my order. While waiting for my order I saw cars pull into order and promptly get their food. This is my only complaint, as the food was delicious and fresh.

Almost Always a safe bet for drive thru/carhop service, with only a few exceptions in my experience. You know what to expect from the menu no matter which one you are at.

It's a Sonic fast food the good: the people are nice,,,, the bad: on more than one occasion seems like the cooking oil must have been very old

In all due honesty, I'm not used to goin to Sonic. I live two blocks from a star's restaurant as it is. To me, they are the same. It was good. I njoyed it. I ordered a number 1 sub Mayo, all the way with fries and a root beer no ice....a classic burger.....

The food is pretty decent as far as sonics go, but the service is pretty slow:/ even when I order ahead and I'm just getting ice cream, it takes them up to 10 minutes to get me my food. One time my food took almost 30 minutes and the girl apologized that they were training new people, so I'm hoping that it will be better in the future.

The staff are not nice. They do t care to smile, say hi, thank you, you're welcome or have a great day. Luckily I had a drink and cheese sticks so they couldn't mess it up (I think). The young lady that brought my food just handed it to me and said "here". I just looked at her and said "ok".

Come here often and most times Food is usually good hot and fresh but they do mess up every now and then and there's a couple employees who seem to hate their job

Food was ok they add way too much onion when i didnt even ask for extra onion.

Hot dogs are tiny, dry, and the texture feels like you are eating cereal!

You definitely get fast food! I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and it was practically burnt. The order came out quickly, but the food was subpar.

Took unusually long for a sonic for someone to even answer after hitting the button, like 3-4 mins. Then when someone did answer they did NOT sound happy at all. Food was okay, tots weren't fresh, that's for sure. Then I had to wait another 3-4 mins after pushing the button again, to ask for the receipt I didnt get with my order. I would say all in all I spent about 12 minutes are just to get us medium order of tots and a large ocean water. I've pretty much consistently had problems with this location in George West, not sure what is going on behind closed doors.

We were passing thru the town and stopped to order a black raspberry lemonade and a blue raspberry lemonade. They took a long time to bring the order and they didn't taste very good. They were very syrup-y and you couldn't taste the raspberry in them. We couldn't finish them.

Order mobile app checked in immediately. Never brought my food until I pushed the button. I watched everyone get their food first before me. Even after coming well after me.

The food was great. Tasted good and was hot. The male employee working the drivethru must hate his job though. It’s unfortunate he had such an unwelcoming attitude.

Drive thru couldn't hear properly, repeated order too many times. After receiving order, got shorted with one order. Had to wait again and then left, with finding no sauce inside......uugghh, didn't want to wait more....

This place is alright. If you like Sonic, definitely come here. My biggest complaint, and the reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 3, is that their menu does not match the pricing in their computer system. When I see a price in writing in front of me, I expect to pay no more than that. If you can't accommodate your own pricing that you put up in writing, then I'll go elsewhere

Burger was wrong. Tater tots barely had any cheese when I asked for extra cheese and was cold and greasy. Cheeder peppers was hot and that was the only plus. Cherry limeade was watered down. Don't recommend and won't be back.

I'm not from this town, I was just passing by. But they did me dirty. Look at these large fries. Not gonna lie even the picture can Express how much fries were in here. It was practically a small. Then they were decently warm but extremely greasy. It's a small town out in the middle of nowhere. So I guess I'll just leave it at that I shouldnt expect much anyways.

This is the worst Sonic I have ever been to my mother in law is in the nursing home down the street and thought we would go to Sonic for lunch 3 of the four orders were wrong and supposedly the gravy is discontinued I will never come back to this Sonic

HORRIBLE SERVICE. My family and I were on tight schedule and thought we could just stop by and pick up some food and drinks and be on the road again. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. We pushed the button 3-4 times and no one ever responded for like 5 mins even though we pulled up at the SAME TIME we did. THEN, we decided to try the drive thru and we didn't get a response for another 5 mins. If you want something quick, go to Dairy Queen or even STARS! DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY.

My 3 year son drank out of an extremely spoiled mini shake on January 28th 2022 at around 7:30 pm. I'm glad I caught it in time, and I thank God he didn't experience any serious symptoms. Staff was polite when I informed them, but that kind of negligence in quality of product is unacceptable. I'm never going back and I'm asking my family and friends avoid or at least think twice before eating at that sonic.

We came here at 4:45 p.m. on a Friday...One of the employees were outside talking and another was talking to someone in a vehicle. We pushed the button and it took forever for the lady inside to respond...She asked us to please hold and never came back. There were only 2 other vehicles othet than us! Therefore, the poor service we received was not due to business. So, we left because I was concerned about the quality of the food and the bad service we received...

The worst experience ever!! If I could, I would give it 0 stars! Manager doesn't know how to do her job. Waiting here almost 20 min. Waiting for her to get ahold of her "Boss". Because she doesn't know how to give me a refund. Very sad on her part.

Absolutely worst sonic I’ve been to. Not only was the service HORRIBLE. my food was too. Will never return here. It took literally i watched the clock 12 minutes for my order to be taken, thereafter i hadn’t only ordered a large drink another 17 minutes for my drink !!! Came back the next day in hopes they were just having a bad day. Waited longer for everything and my food was COLD. This sonic is a joke.

I am NOT from the area and was driving through. I decided to stop here to have something for dinner. I pulled into the restaurant and observed one car in the drive thru and one in a parking spot. I pulled into the parking spot and activated the red button. I WAITED OVER 5 MINUTES AND NO ONE ANSWERED MY RED BUTTON. I decided to go to the drive thru where the was a delay in acknowledging my presence. I was in the process of closing my window getting ready to leave when someone finally came on the speaker box. They didn't offer an apology for the wait or a discount. I WILL NOT STOP AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

Parked in stall #1 at Sonic on March 27, 2019 @ 7:15PM. I push the button wait 10 minutes and then the button was deactivated. Pushed it a second time and while waiting another car pulls up beside me. They push their button and two minutes later someone was taking their order. So i gave up and went to the drive thru. Our order was not placed till 7:50PM. I am a local and ashamed that we have a Sonic that the public does not enjoy.

Worst Sonic I have ever been too. I had to send all my order back for a full refund.One of the girls was sweet the other girl was rude making faces cuz we kept sending her mistakes back after 3 times.

Asked for ketchup, server said they were inside bag. No ketchup. They had my old favorite, number 5. It's a shame the tators were over deep fried. It dampens the potato taste.

Just went and got a chicken strip meal and after having to wait 20 min I got them all burnt and took forever to get my change back cuz the car hop was in side putting on perfume and on her phone instead of bringing me what I needed it was to hard to get there attention so I just left with out my change and now they don't answer so I can tell them about my meal being burnt this place sucks

I went today to get food for my kids as i was waiting i saw a guy with a grey shirt smoking and then going back into the store all nasty dirty not a clean person. Waited for way to long for 2 milkshakes and 2 sonic blast witch mine was a oreo boat that was so melted when I got it you could drink it. Of course it was nasty. So I paid for liquid oreo blast that I didn't get to eat. This service is horrible. I didn't order no food and it took them forever to take it out to us.

First stall i pulled up to the screen was non functional. Second seemed to be, but wasn't. Did finally get my order placed. Couldn't pay with the card reader, for reasons mentioned above. Only had a $100 bill that couldn't be accepted. So had to hand over my credit card, which i don't like doing. Didn't set a timer, but it was upwards of 30 min before receiving my food. Food wasn't bad, but you could tell it had been waiting a while to get to me. Understaffed and no one around cracking a whip.

This place used to be really good. Always got my orders right. If I had a problem with the drinks or food, they’d fix it right then and there. Then in this last year, the service went down. Orders started to be wrong. Taking forever to get food whether you pulled in or drive thru. This last time was the last straw.

Ordered $5.28 a burger n a soda swiped my card n the kiosk n the screen stayed frozen the worker assured me payment didnt go thru so i hand him my card to charge me inside. Next day my card is charged the $5.28 but also an additional $25.28. The price of the food n an additional $20 cuz someone decided they deserved a tip ontop of that n when i called the store they said they couldnt help me. Customers beware

We pulled up and waited 10 minutes for someone to take our order. When the speaker finally did come on they said can I help you but never responded to our order so we had to push the button and get back at the beginning of the line. when I asked one of the car hops for help she said wait one minute and we never received help nobody ever took our order and we left and went to Dairy Queen for a tasty Berry blizzard! Skip the Sonic! DQ is right down the road!!

After waiting in our order which was two different chicken sandwiches, we got two hamburgers. We returned and advised, waited longer and got one chicken sandwich and one hamburger...waited longer and finally got the second chicken sandwich. We were rewarded with a coupon to buy something and get something free. We were told there were rookies in the kitchen!? We noticed the sign, Now Hiring starting pay 13.00 an hour!

As I was passing through my old unfortunate hometown, I stopped in at the Sonic to order a drink for my very young son, husband and my self. I pulled into a stall and we looked over the menu. I pressed the red button to place our order. A very faint welcome to sonic may I take your order came through the intercom. I began by informing the worker that I could barely hear her, but we somehow managed to get our order placed. A few moments later the worker who took my order came out to my car to verify that she got my order correct and I informed her that she did. She told me that she could barely hear me and I told her that I was barely able to hear her as well. She then proceeded to tell me that I should have told her to speak up and again I told her that I did. The worker then stated "Oh Wow" with some mild attitude and began walking towards the building. Once our order was completed another worker by the name of Fannie Davis came out to deliver my order with a look of prepared for confrontation. As Fannie Davis began handing me my drinks she was not informing me at all about what she was handing me, she was just aggressively handing off the drinks. Fannie Davis then asked me if I would like my receipt and when I said "no" the look of disappointment that this 5 month pregnant customer with a 4 year old child in the car did not encourage a hostile confrontation was simply mind blowing. Because the intercom system was malfunctioning or had a bad connection at the moment I as well as my family were treated with attitude and anger. Incident occurred on 10/26/2020 at 1648

The carhop short changed me $10.00 she was really sweet about the situation when I told her and made it right. Our food order was right for a change I got the double bacon cheeseburger combo something kept tasting soured to me so I had my husband look and my burger patties were basically raw. Which ended up making me sick for the rest of the night. I've never had a good experience with this Sonic....ever.

Usually everything's fresh and fast.But I sat for over twenty minutes and got cold food. My burger had so much ketchup and mayonnaise on it, that it 's a complete mess it was also just thrown together. Lunch break is almost over, so there's no point in getting them to fix it.

This store has really bad service Especially from the store manager BALD Man Name Cesar (that’s the name he provided) instead of him helping us because they gave us are food wrong he was been so rude didn’t even try to help. But now I know why there store rate a 3 star they don’t even deserve a star and then they take my phone to pay Apple Pay and kept it for like 20 mins inside the restaurant as well WORST Sonic. I recommend you’ll get new workers and especially a new store manager.

The car hop said she would be right back with my change and that was 10 minutes ago .....thats not even the worst part .. I ordered a large cheese tots and ...... Just look at the picture...... Terrible service lately ...smh
