As usual, great burgers and fries. It was my first time visiting the Georgetown location, but I used to go to the one in north Houston around the Woodlands area. Great quality food at both locations

The place is fairly new in the area, I think that’s the reason that is been very busy when we went. The employee was efficient and cordial when he took our order. After probably 8-10 minutes out food was in the table. The order was accurate. The food is flavorful and the portions are ok. In my opinion the price is right, specially if you order shrimps or fish. Nowadays everything seems to be a little pricey, but fast food is not cheap anymore. Is a good place to eat. My only suggestion is: keep tables and drink station clean. Generally speaking people tends to be messy and careless, but as a restaurant is not an option you have to have someone checking that area constantly.

Having lived in Wisconsin for 23 years, Culver's was a staple for me. Their Butter Burgers are excellent, but the one item that became my favorite was their Cheese Curds - you have to try them! I was very happy when Culver's came to Georgetown, TX. They're always busy, which is obviously a good thing for them, but this location needs to improve their speed of service. However, that doesn't deter me from enjoying their comfort food.

Need your opinion on these onion rings? Over cooked or oil not fresh? Sent them back and the remakes look the same. I think they can do better.

After waiting in line to order for a while and more to receive the food, the burger bun was cool on the bottom, and the the table was dirty. I cleaned it to be able to sit employees screening each other across the counter to the table behind us. I gonna include a picture of how dirty they left the table. across from our table another table with food on the floor. Employees pass by, but no one pays attention

Food is pretty good, but very expensive. I'm a little annoyed that I paid for $70 worth of food and get home without one of the orders of fries. It goes to show that more expensive doesn't always equal better.

They are slow; waiting time on a busy day is slower than any fast food place we’ve been too. Even getting a sundae you have to wait too long I believe. Food is good; just go at a slow time or be prepared!

First time ever trying Culver’s. Ordered through the drive through, got home, opened up the burger box, and I didn’t have a top bun lol. Other than that, the food was actually pretty good. Would’ve been nice to have the full burger though.

Ordered a 3 piece fish dinner through the drive through. After sitting in line for 40 minutes I only got 2 pieces and no cocktail sauce.

Went for the Walleye, was disappointed. The fish still had the lateral line and dark area beside it, which tastes nasty, could have been revoved easliy. Fish was about 1&1/8 inch thick, which resulted in center of fish still being raw. Maybe the fish comes in pre-breaded and they can't fix these issues, but for me, I will never order it again, such a shame, because I had waited so long for it to come in during the lint season.

Was so hopefully for this place after trying round rocks and we've tried over and over and it usually is bad service and bad food. You lose hope for it when they can never manage to cook a kids corn dog without burning it to a darrrrk brown crunchy crisp. Stick to the drive through and ice cream if you're gonna go. But half the time their flavor of the day isn't even mixed in its just tossed on top of the custard.

The staff with long blond hair was screaming at the young man taking orders. He was doing it wrong…. I’ve never seen this at a Culver’s. She needs a new job. Ice cream was good and the young man was very kind. Fast service

*this review has been edited from 2 stars to one star due to the obviously sarcastic & condescending response from the "business owner." This review and response will be forwarded to Culver's corporate office so they know what's going on at this location.* Almost $8 for the thinnest burger patty I have ever been charged for. They didn't even pretend to try to melt the cheese -- aka they took a pre-cooked patty & slapped a generic slice of American on top. The best part of my meal was the side of signature sauce, which I had to pay xtra for. There's no reason for me to ever come back here again. If you're going to charge premium prices, you should seriously consider presenting a premium product. Good luck at this location at Sun City where these folks are set in their ways & have never heard of Culvers. I'm sure I am not the only "one & done" to date and I guarantee there will be many others who give this place one chance and end up so disappointed that they will never even think about eating here again. What a waste of money and time. To the owners & those in charge: what is a "butter burger?" The thing i recieved was just so generic and I have no idea why it was advertised as a "butter burger." Describe the thing on your menu and make your staff back it up by accurately executing it and maybe letting people know why they should regard it as a premium item.

Culver’s should be a great restaurant but this location basically ALWAYS gets your order wrong. We went and ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with all veggies. You can see it’s correct on the receipt attached. Got all the way home and opened it and it’s just two hamburger patties in a dry bun. Who even would order that? Come on! This happened before too — they forgot half our order, we left and didn’t bother to return. Wrote a review and they responded and said “contact us and we’ll make it right” so we emailed them and then they never responded again LOL. They only care about customer service when it’s visible for the public. Hire new staff or a new manager or something, just figure it out or you probably won’t be around too long. We’re 0/2 on this place.
