I'm not a huge fan of KFC but this location was very nice. The employees were friendly even though they were short-staffed. The food was tasty. I got a 3 piece chicken tender combo and my hubby got a chicken breast combo. I loved that they had raspberry iced tea!! It's hard to find it in a lot of restaurants. The middle of the restaurant had a big circular table with a chicken bucket lamp covering for lighting. I thought that was really creative 💗😀 They also had some great art work of the original Colonal which you can see in my photos. My main complaint though is that most of the employees didn't wear gloves when preparing and serving our food. That is a big pet peeve with me!! 😤 If you enjoy KFC, this location is centrally located for your convenience. The inside and outside are really clean and the staff, like I said, are really friendly!

So, got the new Marty’s Cheesy Nugget Bowl today. The Mac & Cheese was barely warm, cheese Sprinkled on top couldn’t even melt, the supposed nuggets were more like days old shriveled up, burnt something. See photos. Sad that you pay good money and you just get quality food.

The WORST customer service known to man! Nasty employees with attitudes and egos like they are defending the planet as opposed to making fast food items. Food order was wrong and cold! Over just a disgusting experience!

I came here and I got my food however I got food poisoning from this place! Terrible I dont think they clean or fully cook their chicken. Im just now recovering from it. Dont eat from here. Unless you want to have food poisoning! 🤢

The worst kfc in this area! The chicken here is always hard and not eatable. I recommend going to the kfc in winter garden they make there chicken good !!

Ordered two meals and they were delivered without chicken!!!! What’s the point! All you get is a lost delivery refund and you don’t want to reorder from a place with no quality control. Expensive for what it is. Manager needs a staff overhaul. Really bad.

Worst customer service experience the staff and manager are rude and very unprofessional. They messed up my order and the food was cold. Chicken was dry like it was leftovers from the day before, that they just reheated. The employee give me such an attitude to fix my order that I asked to speak to the manager and she wasn't any better.

I asked for no mayonnaise four times on the sandwich they put mayonnaise on it. I asked for napkins three times just make sure there’s napkins, there’s no napkins I asked for ketchup, extra ketchup, please no ketchup.

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever experienced. Rude employees. Mess up the order and looking at me as if I ask something wrong. Cursing while they are getting the rest of my order. This place needs a sweep of employees because the manager was there!! Truly unbelievable

Worse experience ever. Yelled at me for mishearing them in the drive thru and then when I went to pull up they walked past and ignored me for 10 minutes. And then found out the food I was doordashing for was stolen and they refused to remake it and yelled at me again that it’s not their problem and told me to leave.

I came to this KFC location to pick up my order, but when I arrived, the order was already gone. That was frustrating enough, but what made the experience far worse was the way I was treated by the staff. Instead of handling the situation politely, they were rude and unprofessional. Even more upsetting, they made fun of my appearance, which left me feeling very uncomfortable and disrespected. No customer should ever be treated this way. I am extremely disappointed and would like to see action taken so that no one else has to go through this experience.

they were being very rude and disrespectful they were also being racist to hispanics kept asking my uncle “do you speak english “ repeatedly and were asking eachother if my family speaks english the whole time we were there very rude to my dad didnt even want to give us plates and being rude overall infront of everyone.

I had a terrible experience at this KFC today, July 14, 2025, at 6:40 p.m. The treatment of Hispanic customers was clearly racist and deeply disrespectful. Staff, along with the manager, mocked customers, made them wait too long, and then served cold food. This kind of racial discrimination is absolutely unacceptable. This location urgently needs to be reviewed for its customer service and lack of respect.
