The staff is very friendly. I love going on Wednesday’s and Friday. That’s when Joseph works there. Every time I go inside KFC he not only takes my order but engages in the utter most polite conversations. Also thank you Joseph for recommending the Pot Pie.
Really friendly service, the drive-thru person was extremely happy and nice. I had a crispy Colonel sandwich, it was super crispy on the outside and honestly really tender on the inside. Very juicy, hot, and well-seasoned. I thought it was an excellent sandwich. Very impressive, keep up the great work!
I've been coming here my whole life. Its pretty good I love them. It's not too healthy. The potpies are the only problem menu item. The chicken inside the potpie is not to good. It's not even big pieces of chicken you would expect. In a chicken potpie. They put shredded chicken in their potpies. They should but their popcorn chicken. Instead of that shredded chicken. 😎

Who doesn't love KFC , I've been coming here since I can remember. This is the spot when. You want some good fried chicken. They always come out with great new items. My all time favorite is the Famous Bowl. I've been hooked ever since. It 1st came out. Today I tried a new favorite. The Mac &cheese bowl. It super good very 420 friendly lol. I highly recommend this place.

The manager is always so kind and mg last visit i mentioned to her that it has been close to 20 yrs. since my mother and i 1st visited. The staff on my most recent visit were very attentive and asked if I'd like to add other food items to my order. Keep up the good work !!! Unfortunately my mother passed away march 14 , 2023 , on my birthday. My mother loved KFC and wanted to visit often.
I went to many KFC, and noticed the different customer service, but this one was Really different. Their Employee named "Jacob" was beyond in his customer service. I ordered and went to the window and the food was ready. Jacob was at the window, and his smile and greeting while talking to me was outstanding. I really admired the way he was talking to everyone, including me. If I was in the management level of KFC, I would definitely reward "Jacob"..... Thank you so much Jacob for your Amazing work....

Make sure when you place a to go order that they take your name down. My experience today was of that mistake that they didn't take my name and upon arriving they didn't have my order ready and when I ask then who took my order when I called they said someone in the back. Workers shouldn't take orders if they don't plan on placing the order. Food is great customer service needs work especially how slow they move. Thats all I have to say about that.
Fairly clean location. Food was hot and ready. Drive thru was fairly quick. Customer service was good and helpful. They didn't mess up my order and they even threw in some extra chicken.
Challenging drive through, limited parking, but excellent service. Went through drive through, was maneuvering to park when they called to me to make sure the order was correct. It was right and I appreciate the effort. Ate inside and they brought our food to our table!
Just a pit stop on our road trip but this location was cleaner and better run than any KFC we have ever been in. We had a small snack order to go and everything was fresh tasting. The only issue was iced tea was sweetened, we forgot to ask as did they. We prefere not sweetened.

There are better fast food checken places in the area. I try not to give less than 2 stars unless the staff is rude or not helpful. However, the food is not that great. Seems like corporate is more interested in profits instead of taste compared to years past.
The people that work here aren't very friendly. They rush you on the speaker and at the window. The drive thru window let's you see the kitchen directly and it's always packed with people and doesn't look the cleanest.
Basing this review solely on the new chicken sandwich and it was very good! Not amazing, it wouldn't have me wishing to try it again, but definitely it was a good sandwich. I got the spicy sandwich and it had a very nice kick at the end which other big chicken chains are lacking. One advice I would give is to go easy on the sauce, the whole bag was soggy and sloppy with their sauce overload.
Parking isn't great (you have to back out into the drive thru), it's a weird franchise so their prices are a bit higher than your average KFC and the staff could be friendlier. But, the chicken sandwich and fries were good. So, worth it. Maybe just park in the Smart and Final lot.

We went through the drive-thu today, spent $25.00. Got home and food was old. Mashed potatoes, cole slaw, chicken pot pie. Everything was mushy, not fresh.
They're always understaffed and it's not uncommon for them to get the order wrong. The nuggets are always extremely dry. Now they charge 25 cents for a sauce. It's not worth it.
Not very good. The oil was old and the chicken was more soggy than crispy. I was very underwhelmed. The coleslaw was more runny than it normally is and the biscuits tasted as if they had been sitting out for a while. The place was busy. We waited in the drive through lane for quite a while and after we ordered, we had to park and sit and wait quite a while for the order to come out. I’ll pass KFC before going for burger next time.

Dont go. Rip off. Go to pasadena one or somewhere near kfc for better price and fresh chicken
When we got home there were only 2 peaces of chicken in the box, no mashed potatoes or biscuit, not even a napkin, what a disappointment 😥 My son almost cried. This is the second time this has happened at the KFC at Verdugo and Wilson in Glendale. No more KFC for us.
This worst experience I ever had at a KFC. I am loyal KFC chicken customer. But this Glendale location had the worst customer manager ever. I ordered online and when I went to pick it up, manager said he doesn’t accept that coupon. Plus he had an attitude and want to fight me cause I said I upset with this situation. They couldn’t even refund so I had to call corporate. Even corporate was baffled as why he couldn’t just fill my order cause it was only 2 dollar more. You need to do better glendale kfc. Get rid of your attitude manager or just shut down.
We are waiting inside for 20 minutes and no one attended to us to get our order. We just left and no one cared. 5 crews inside at 7:20. There’s no even drive thru customer. Very bad service and will never come back. Popeyes is a lot better.
Don’t bother ordering anything from them on GrubHub - this place literally gets the order wrong every single time. Either you get the wrong drink or you’re missing one of the sides, it doesn’t matter, it’s always wrong. Do you like the dipping sauces? Well, those won’t get delivered either. When the food does arrive, the quality is definitely worse than other KFC‘s. Ordering from this place honestly reminds me that I should probably be eating healthier.
They do not accept kfc app deals. I am not sure why, last time we paid tried to get what we ordered on KFC app, they told us they can't accept the deal eventhough I already paid and drove there to pick up. They refused to give what I ordered. The frustrating thing is that their location is still available on the app for deals. I had to email KFC and request the refund, which was a long process.
When I asked additional napkin, they demanded additional charge. I have never seen such stupid place for eating.
If I can I would give no stars, the guy Joshua With glasses is the most rudest employee ever. Very rude I don’t even know how he’s on the intercom.
I have been going to this KFC for 10 years and the quality was always on point. However, in this last year I have visited this KFC 6 times and 3 of those times the quality has been poor. The last visit the chicken was salty as if it wasn’t washed after the brine and to top it off I had one side of corn which had a thin layer of gravy and mash potatoes underneath. Not to mention this particular location is charging 20 to 30 percent more than other locations. I’m officially done with KFC and is now apart of my Hall of Shame.
Their prices are really high. 3 piece tenders was 6.99 at the KFC by USC last week it was only 5.49. They are charging 1.99 for second side compared to dollar at the one by USC. 2.50 more for the same food. I think the locations should charge the same amount and not let the franchise owners raise prices to gorge patrons

I drove all the way from San Diego from my Naval ship to Glendale to celebrate my birthday with my family. I was very hungry for KFC to be my birthday celebration meal. I couldn't decide whether I wanted the 12pc or the 16pc. I haven't eaten KFC in awhile so the prices shocked me but I said hey, I should treat myself and my family. I rolled up my window as I was looking at the menu. I asked politely for a few minutes. Not even 5 minutes into waiting I hear the person on the drive thru register saying, "Hello? Hello are you ready to order yet?" I then responded, I need another minute please. I'm still deciding how many pieces I want. Literally, it hasn't even been 3 minutes. She then goes to rudely say, "You know we have a lobby right? If you can't decide, come in and order in the lobby." I immediately went with the 16pcs as she was too impatient to wait. She then with a frustrated tone proceeds to say, "is that crispy or regular?!" I said "crispy please". She cuts me off and says, " we only have regular." In my head I say then why even ask? They never have crispy at this location anyway, and I said I'll just take 16pc regular please and thank you. "Pull up to the window". There was literally no one behind me. The way I see it if there was someone behind me in the drive thru, there will be someone behind me in the lobby. I understand she is worried about drive thru times, I've worked in fast food, but literally, she could not even wait 5 minutes. I come to find out she is the manager of the place. She clearly has no patience for customer service. When I rolled up to the window I wasn't even greeted. The window was closed. I was made to wait a long time before I was charged. She ruined the mood of my birthday. I spent about $75. I don't make $75. an hour. As a someone who is passionate about hospitality, from leader to leader my advice is to leave your issues at home. If you hate your job, don't stay. Do not ever give the customer a bad vibe. You just left me with a bad memory and experience here. I won't be returning to this location anymore. Sadly it was the closest one and only one in my area but I've been let down again especially by management.

Mac and cheese was terrible tasted like carbord so disgusted, the chicken was chewy and taste less the original recipe. So sad I called the let them know no apology for serving sub par food. Just an OK OK OK thanks that's was it.

What happened to friendliness and courtesy .. I went today, and there is 0 customer service attention. It was like everyone there was fed up with being there, and customers get the back lash. People, this can make or break your store! If your store closes l, you are out of a job! You must not need it so much with the attitudes you guys have... I sure know for a fact that I'm not going back there!
The manager working on 1/18/26 in evening was extremely rude and unprofessional to my husband. We ordered a sandwich and boneless wings meal and they left out the 12 nuggets. We have a newborn and by the time we could go get our order it was a couple of hours later and the manager refused to re-do our order after they left out part of it. My husband took the order back and asked if she could re-do it and she refused. Not only that, she also refused to give him the nuggets she owed us because she claimed he was going to get a refund which was not the case. She tried to show him how to get a refund and the website wasn’t working so then she flat out refused to give him part of the order her store missed claiming he was going to request a refund. My husband left the good while this woman said to him tauntingly “oh wow look at you a grown man” and waved at him as he left. Just the most unprofessional attitude. We are requesting a refund through our credit card but to not only have our order unfulfilled but also be treated this way is disappointing and gross from a store manager. She needs serious training. We will never buy from this location again.
