I just wanna say how much I love Elijah! He is so controlled when it gets stressful and busy. He is also super sweet and gives amazing service. One time my order didn’t taste how I wanted and he was able to fix it asap and was super respectful about it. Thank you Elijah!

This Starbucks is in a Market 32 grocery store. Some of the photos are not accurate.

Drove up 10 minutes before their posted closing time and was curtly told over the drive thru speaker that they were closed. When I asked why they closed 10 minutes early while their drive thru lit up like it was open, I was met with silence. Terrible service.

I think no employee in a quality coffee shop like Starbucks should go beyond the limits of courtesy towards the customer. Courtesy is very important and I have never seen such an approach in any Starbucks branch. I couldn't even convince the employee that I wanted the coffee I always had. Also, 2 stars is for my coffee only!

I ordered a decaf shaken espresso with light ice and no sweetener This is their version of light ice. Can someone please tell me in what world is this light ice! If this is light ice, is regular ice?

order is hardly ever correct. even in the drive through. The people are nice but having the correct food is more important. more frustrating that they ask for tips, but cant give you what you ordered.

Chris was great and had an awesome attitude. The guy with Mercedes tattooed on his neck was either new and didn't know what to do or was just having a bad day, cause he had a poor attitude. The coffee was good. The food was terrible and they didn't have anything on the menu. I got to Starbucks everyday and have been to many locations. Unfortunately this one is the worst. Get it together.

Whoever was taking the drive thru orders at 253 pm today 22Nov2023 was rude, un professional and nasty. My cup had chocolate all over it , I order a strawberry refresher. When I brought it to her attention she rolled her eyes. I also was left waiting for abt 5 mins and there weren’t any cars in front of me. It was a white woman with brown hair and something that looked hand written on her apron.

Two tries and still didn't make my drink correctly. The first time the person didn't even bother to look at the ingredients. They were shocked when they learned they needed to use almond milk not dairy. I'm allergic to dairy NOT lactose intolerance.

Rude worker. If you don't like working find a new job. Everyone else is in Starbucks attire. You're in a black hoodie with jeans on. Tacky. Asked for my receipt for my gift card balance. I was ignored. Asked again and got attitude for no reason.

Came here several times to get my coffee and the girls always on break you go there at different times she’s never around and when you do finally get her at the register she seems really bothered terrible attitude terrible customer service I don’t know her name, but Caucasian white female this review is for the Starbucks in market 32 in Glenmont

I figured it wouldn't make a difference as I was about 10 cars back, and it took about 30 mins for me to even get to the window. She said "next time, you NEED to give us at least 15 mins prior to getting in line when you make a mobile order." Extremely rude.

Worst Starbucks experience ever! The lady with neck tattoo who was getting orders on the cashier site was very rude and her answer to simple questions was very inappropriate! How come a Starbucks employee behave like that 😳 it is a shame and will never stop by this Starbucks, again!
