I've decided to give this location another chance as it was always on the way to a work event and my previous experiences weren't the best. But recently it has felt more alive and clean. This past visit on Sunday was very nice. the manager helped with my order with a great smile on his face and beautiful lashes. the dining floor looked spotless and the kitchen area looked almost new as everything was so shiny, bathrooms were also very clean. Not sure if there was a change in management but I plan to come back again soon!!
Ordering and receiving went smoothly, seems cleaner and maintained, and was provided great customer by the employee named Omar.
I have never received better service then I did here! Love this chipotle
For a fast food chain, the food is a major step up from Taco Bell, McDonald's, etc. Portions are large enough that my wife and I can split a burrito and be satisfied. The staff is friendly. Can't say that the tables and floors are always clean at this location, but not so bad to be a turn off. Parking can get a little tight at busy hours.
Always great food at Chipolte. Great team today..good energy & greeting everyone. It's like thank you for choosing Chipotle today. Had the bowl with all the fixings.. Guacamole was fresh with chips on the side.
Great choice for food! We were just hungry and needed somewhere to eat before a pedicure. Got two bowls, which were extremely filling and a little too hot temperature wise. I'd recommend cooling your food down first, but I'm not that patient. Overall great food.
I've eaten at this location since they opened and have always found it to be a pleasant experience until recently. I've been told there has been a change in management. I don't know what happened to the previous manager but I miss her. Everyone was always very pleasant but now we are being told "no" to simple logic without any explanation as to why. I have food allergies and have always been allowed to carry my bowl to the register so it doesn't come in contact with food on the prep counter but now I have to try and persuade the manager to let me while holding up the people behind me. My daughter has always gotten a small side of rice for her 4 yr old but is told now that she must get a large bowl of rice. It isn't logical to waste a large bowl of rice. I don't understand why things have changed but unfortunately I will probably eat elsewhere. The employees also seem less happy which often has to do with management. Maybe the manager is just doing what she's told, but it would be nice if it would go back to how it was.
The food is OK but the tables and floor are often dirty and you have to clean yourself. Better if you go early-after that expect dirty conditions. The food prep area is often dirty as well.
Ordered a salad. Then informed me they didn’t have dressing. Why would you allow someone to order a salad and then not say we don’t have dressing? Soda machines were gross. The soda machine also did not work properly. Second time that this location has been a disappointment. Seems it’s going down hill. Will not return.
If I’m being honest I’ve ordered food here through DoorDash, mobile and in person. I LOVE chipotle. One of my favorite places to get a lunch or dinner quick and to go. But this location seems to be struggling quite a bit. Almost every time I go they are out of protein, vegetables, rice etc. the rice isn’t cooked a lot of the times, the fajita veggies are not sautéed all the way and yesterday I went in person and the food was COLD. My mom and I wanted to sit down and eat but couldn’t and had to go home and heat it up. It’s disappointing cause chipotle is sooo good! It just seems like this location is struggling due to poor management or something. And the lobby is never clean. Tables always have food on them or under them. I only write this review in hopes that who ever is managing this location does better. Cause I really do love chipotle.
ordered a burrito through uber eats-when I recd it the burrito was cold; I won’t blame that one on Chipotle…however I spent an obsene amount on the burrito only for it to be incorrect. It’s seriously not hard to take the time to make the burrito correct as the order is coming in and man just what a dissapointment
I can not believe this: every time that it rains, this particular Chipotle “ closes “ due to a roof leak. It was only about a week ago that this happened and we were informed that the leak was being repaired. Apparently, the job was not done properly because a week later, it’s raining again and we were informed not to come inside the establishment because of a roof leak AGAIN. Please find a different carpenter to fix the leak(s). Great food otherwise.
Short Hispanic employee was incredibly rude. Interrupted me multiple times when I was trying to order. Put the wrong salsa on my order then ignored me when I tried to tell him it was wrong. He then proceeded to set my food at the check out counter and continued with the next person in line.
Always rushing customers as if they’re expected to be getting these orders out in under a minute, which doesn’t allow for thorough comprehension of the order in th first place. Crew needs to slow it down cause they just keep messing up orders for not just me, but everyone I know that orders from there.
I recently placed a DoorDash pickup order at this Chipotle location, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. Not only were items missing from my order—like my chips—but there were also no utensils or napkins included. On top of that, the staff was consistently unprofessional, rude, and chaotic. They were loudly discussing non-work-related topics, which made the environment uncomfortable. It seems like the management needs to seriously review their hiring practices. Overall, this location could really use some improvements in professionalism and customer service.
I walked in to place an order but was welcomed by a male staff member berating and yelling at an old man who was picking up a doordash order. The older man was confused about why he had to wait for them to start a doordash order when no one was there, they explained and while he seemed mildly frustrated that was all. Then he went up to check later when they called a name out and the man randomly came out and publicly berated him saying he "Needed to sit down" and he "could talk back all you wanted but it wouldnt change anything". Absolutely appalling. I left immediately after. Such a ridiculous action to what looked to be an elderly gentleman.
Just terrible food and service! Super disappointed! Use to be much better. Not sure what happened? The burrito just kept falling apart....was not assembled properly. Queso is like glue with jalapeño. Chips were cold, stale and not salted. I asked for salt and the lady in kitchen just wanted to argue. Won't make this mistake again. Wasted $22.
Horrible! How can you in good conscience put out food like this? I’d a quesadilla!!! A child could make a better quesadilla and I ordered four!! Such a waste of money. Dry chicken almost burned in a bad way. No cheese. No sauce. Super rubbery and cold tortillas that are clearly old. Just awful. Thankfully our DoorDash driver was awesome and I’m resting or I’d be driving down there with all three of these garbage quesadillas for a full refund. I never write reviews like this. Never. But I hope everyone sees this. Don’t waste your money. Who does this??? I could have made WAY better here in my own kitchen. And there are soooo many good Mexican restaurants in this town. I’ll never eat here again. Portions are crazy small too. Insanity.
We went for dinner around 7:20 p.m. There was a long line, which was fine since it moved fairly quickly. However, when we reached the counter to order, we were informed that there was no rice available. It would have been helpful to know this before waiting in line. For a restaurant where the main staples are tortillas, rice, beans, and meat, you would expect those core ingredients to always be available.
Ordered a single bowl for pick up. Got to the store. 4 other people in front of me waiting on their pickups. One guy at the Togo order station moving as slow as humanly possible. I mean this guy was just taking his sweet time while his coworkers stood behind the counter with no customers. Eventually, 25 minutes later, after another lady had gone and talked to the staff, someone finally stepped in to help him. All in all it took 40 minutes for me to get a veggie bowl.
I went in on a Sunday afternoon between 1:30 & 2:00 to pick up an order. The entire dining area was filthy with food and trash on the tables as well as the floor. The prep stations were disgusting as well. I won't be eating here anymore.
This place is the most dirtiest place ever. They really need to get on the ball and clean. It was not to busy to clean tables, floor, and drink area and refill empty plastic ware. They ware glove but touch everything. Where they prepare your food was super dirty. Just GROSS
I’ve ordered at this location couple times and today I ordered around 7pm and the rice was way too overcooked! It was super soft and gummy like mashed potatoes.. reported this through the app and nothing compensated back. Also second time I ask for extra cheese and veggies and received neither
Placed a pick up order and this was hands down the worst order I've ever received. These pictures show what it looked like when I opened the bowl, then I separated out the chicken to show how little there was. Barely any food in there, tiniest amount of chicken, and missing lettuce, pico, green, and red sauce. How do you miss 1/2 the order?! This is why we shouldn't have to tip before we receive our food.
