Went in and there was some issues with the cash register and the credit card wasn't working and there were several people in line. They didn’t charge us for the food, even after offering to pay cash. I can imagine the frustration trying to get the machine working. They didn't use that as an excuse to not serve anyone, even if it meant giving the food away for free.
Why I loved this place is mostly because they adhere strictly to covid-19 safety protocols. The interior part of this chipotle was spacious and there were lots of chairs and tables at the sitting facility outside. I love double quac and they made it neatly on my order. The attendants very very friendly yet fast .

I love this location! It is never super busy even at dinner time. The employees are so friendly and kind. My mobile orders are always ready when promised and the food is fresh. If I come before my order is ready they even offer me a drink while I wait. A great experience every time!

This was by far the best Chipotle I have ever been to! I stopped going to the chain because of too many bad experiences with the associates wiping the counters and knocking food back into the serving pans and cross-contaminating. I’ve also experienced some terrible burrito folding that makes a mess inside the foil when I get home. This location is definitely the exception! The customer service was outstanding, food was fresh, and the serving areas were very clean. I had the burrito bowl with brown rice and sofritas with a side of guac. Everything tasted fresh and was delicious. This location renewed my hope for the brand. Moving forward, I’ll only eat at this location if I want Chipotle.

Excellent food spicy and fast
Bowl was almost empty today on a to go order. Ordered the same on 3/3 and received almost twice as much. Very inconsistent :[ Edit: they've made changes here and it shows. The staff was very friendly and I noticed a difference in our portions. Go Chipotle!
Very good! Nice staff! Carnitas were great. And everything else in the bowl. Not a complaint, but someone needs to be willing to keep the tables clean! Cleanliness still an issue. Food still very good!

Please remember to unlock the backside door that faces Chili's when you open each morning. Customers and delivery drivers do enter from that side constantly every day. This has been an issue over the last month.
I recently visited the Chipotle Mexican Grill , and it was a fantastic experience! This location stands out for its fresh, responsibly sourced ingredients and efficient service. The staff were friendly, quick, and clearly committed to getting orders just right, even during a busy lunch rush. I ordered a burrito bowl, and the portions were generous—each ingredient tasted incredibly fresh, from the perfectly seasoned grilled meat to the vibrant guacamole. The food somehow seems to taste even better here compared to other Chipotle locations I’ve tried. Overall, this Chipotle delivers a consistently delicious and satisfying experience—I’d highly recommend it to anyone in the area!
I want to start with how clean this location is. The tables were all clean, there wasn’t any trash on the floor, and the drink area was clean and organized. The staff here would regularly sweep and clean the area they make food at. The staff here are so nice and patient. My food was delicious and warm. If you are ever near, come by to the Grapevine location, it has the best customer service.
This place never disappoints. The service was excellent. I had a bowl, everything fresh and protein, excellent & tender. All teas are so delicious decided to taste a little before choosing. Thank you!
Staff having fun doing great work! The folks running the store were super friendly and helpful. Smiling. Training new employees with enthusiasm, and nice! That really made our experience great. Of course Chipotle is good. We are from out of town, this was a good experience!
Great food. I gave it 5 stars, not because it was Michelin quality, but because it was exactly the way it should have been. Delicious and made correctly. The dining room tables needed bussed though. We had to clean off a table just to be able to dine in.
Food was very fresh, and portion was amazing, there’s another chipotle by me that’s closer but I make the extra couple minute drive to come over here
The blond chick was a great help. I don’t know her name but she was making the to go orders and she was quick and accurate and treated me respectfully and genuinely was helpful and nice as she could be . It looked like it was a little understaffed and she had her hands full but she handled it . I was so impressed I went back an hour later after work and got myself a meal. It was delicious. Store was a little bit messy but she can’t do it all can she ??? Well maybe … if she were the manager … just saying … some people deserve to be promoted .
The best Chipotle ever! The guy who serves us served very generously. I hate when I go to Chipotle and they are stingy with their servings. They are definitely going to give you what you paid for. The culture and atmosphere here is amazing.
I've probably come to this location once a week for years. It is far superior to any other Chipotle. They don't short you on the portions. The staff is plentiful and works efficiently. Never a line. I'd guess out of 50 trips there might have been one that wasn't a 10. I wish other Chipotle locations would train here.
Good place for a quick bite. You get standard menu that Chipotle serves in every other place. It's compelling to have lunch or dinner here, especially when this restaurant is located right outside the Grapevine Mills mall. Can't ask for more.
Not sure why this place has a low rating. Every time I've visited it's been a good experience. Food is fresh and the line moves quickly. Great after a shopping run at grapevine mills mall. They sometimes don't charge extra if you ask for double meat or guacamole bit that depends on the staff. Their tea is not the sweetest but good.
3 adults and 3 kids. Food was as good as all the others. The one thing that set this location apart was the amount of toppings. They gave a little more than most of the others. The only issue I had was the sweet tea wasn't. That is my drink of choice and I was disappointed.
The food was good. The girl at the register was sweet. The boy that was making our food was kind of rude and impatient. We bought a thing of chips and queso and didn't get them so I went back to get them and the kid looked and me and said did you even buy them? With a major attitude. Ummm, yes sir we did buy them. Then he preceeded to get the chips and drop them on the counter. The kid getting the cheese looked at him in disbelief and smiled at me because I said that was ridiculous and uncalled for.

Dec 2023:4⭐: I would recommend this restaurant location. I stopped by here with my family to get lunch after shopping in the local mall. The restaurant had just opened and it seen we startled the workers inside who came running out of the back flustered to pretend they were ready for arrival. The cashier at the register was still flustered and couldn't figure out how to process the gift card as well as the rewards account information. With help from the back, we will able to pay for our food and get the rewards added to the account as well. We departed the restaurant gleeful knowing that we would soon be able to eat our procured meals of choice... LoL Sept2017: 3⭐: Stopped by here for lunch and it was just okay.
Food was good, but the service and cleanliness of the restaurant was mediocre at best. We got there at 9:45 and were told immediately that they would be closing in 15 minutes. They made another closing announcement at 10 minutes, then again at 5, and yet another when it was actually 10pm. I informed them that we would be finishing our food and then leaving. I have never been run out of a restaurant like this. Totally unacceptable.
I feel like this location has gone downhill in the last few months. Mobile orders aren't ready a lot of the time, portions are tiny. I always order double steak and 2/3 times it looks like less than the normal single serving. I imagine that is because it is a mobile order and people don't have a chance to see the bowl before they leave the store. Weak
This place use to be good in portions and probably if you walk you can get more food but ordering on the app is bad. I get more food at Taco Bell on a $5 burrito then a $12 chipotle burrito. Just disappointing.
Normal chipotle. Except dont show up tight after they open and expect all choices. Visited a few minutes after they opened, only half of the ingredients were ready. If going early, show up an hour after they open.
I like eating at this place but man it is just ridiculous to buy three tacos, a drink with some guacamole for $20! It’s just not worth eating at Chipotle anymore. In addition, this place just isn’t the most friendly when it comes to customer service. Not a single hello when you come in not a single hello when you get to the line to order.
Our burrito for lunch today, was wrapped dripping wet, so we had asked the lady at the end to fix that. She took care of it but wasn't a slight bit happy to do so. The guy at the register wouldn't try to look up our reward number to add points for today's purchase. Brushed us off by saying we needed to scan reward card and that being the only way to access it. Either your technology is from 90s or your staff doesn't like providing good service. Either ways, we are Disappointed!
I think they were cooking chicken so I understand a little bit, but I got these little tiny pieces and not very many of them either. I always come to chipotle physically because I know if you order online the portions aren’t gonna be how they should -just a little disappointed. However got lots of rice so thank you
This Chipotle is below average. The store is a bit dirty, especially the drink area. The tables are greasy and not cleaned often enough. The food seems to have been sitting out for some time. The meat is dry, and the veggies are not fresh. On the plus side, the portions are quite large. Overall, I would only recommend it if you’re in the area and need to eat at Chipotle
This Chipotle was fast and efficient and our food tasted as expected. However, when we dined in on August 16, we were surprised by how LOUD it was in the restaurant! It was impressive that the employee even heard our order. Although one of the employees in the order assembly line told me twice that he was hot and thought he was going to pass out...um... The restaurant was not very tidy. The drink station had so many straw wrappers and random trash, that I ended up cleaning up the area before we left. That is a high traffic area that should be monitored often. Perhaps the overheated employee might want a break from the kitchen and he could keep an eye on it...
Food was decent rice was hard. The crew was nice and friendly. The female manager was extremely rude and gave the bottom of the barrel steak and rice! Like half a spoon full then, when we asked for more steak, she had an attitude and brought us like three more pieces of steak from the side area. Place is dirty and her attitude would make me not want to visit again. I feel sorry for her crew!
Very dirty and filthy drink area. Floors and doors are sticky black mess. Not sure how this place could stay in business like this. Food so so, prices going up! Brisket is really tasty though. Burrito wrap is nasty these days.
It felt like "because it was 9:15, we're tired and ready to go home" attitude. The One that started my order was dismissive and wasn't paying attention to where he had to remake the bowl once he accidently put the wrong beans in the bowl. The lady following down the line was putting missed lettuce in the bowl that was now on the naked counter where they drag the bowls and burritos accross.... Won't be back here until they improve!
I love Chipotle, but this was the worst Chipotle I have ever eaten in. The employees are meh at best. The trash cans were overflowing even with lots of employees, and 3/4 lights were out in the restroom. The paper towel dispenser in the bathroom was also open and paper towels were all over the floor. When we got there it was almost empty, so this wasn’t even a busy time. They were almost out of steak, so the guy making my burrito asked the other guy to go get more steak, and he said to just give me the last of that and not worry about it. Bottom line: Chipotle is awesome, just go to a different one.
I'm glad they have so many 5 star reviews. I'm happy for those people. This has not been my experience. Staff was not friendly, one kept trying to rush me through my order (said 5 times that all? That all? I was telling her politely what I wanted and she interrupted me telling her to say that all?) Also for the third time in a row they can't seem to wrap a burrito so that it doesn't spill out all over me. Very stingy on the portions
June 16th, 3pm: I went in to order a bowl for my friend. Just for context, there was no one in line, I was the only one ordering, and 3 people sitting in cafe. Female cashier with glasses kept snapping at me and aggressively rapid-fire repeating "sour cream, cheese, lettuce, guac?" And I would respond "cheese" trying to remember what my friend likes. And she'd just keep in a purposefully fast and in a rushing way ask "sour cream, lettuce, guac?" and then laughing at me even though I was just trying to recall. It was a really odd attitude, never experienced this at any fast food restaurant, even if it was during peak hours. I've worked peak hours in the morning at Starbucks years ago and we're more relaxed than this. Again, no one in line, so it was confusing to me. Why was it such an inconvenience for me to just take a second (our entire interaction was 30 seconds), and why couldn't she let me order without ridiculing? Super odd interaction, hope she's okay. Good food as always.
The lady running the cash register has a serious attitude problem. I purchased a steak bowl with a small drink, which came to $12.56. I wanted to pay cash but I had $15.06 with no additional change to pay with. This lady explained to me that it's 56 cents, not 6 cents. I gave her this confused look and was about to explain that I had no additional change on hand, then she walks away, leaving her trainer/associate to complete the transaction. I got my change back, but it didn't make sense being talked to like this. If I had 56 cents, I'd pay the 56 cents, but I didn't have it!!! What's the issue with giving me back $2.50??? Seriously bad customer service.
I don't know what it is, but this location over the past month has been serving food that is a gamble if its edible. The cheese is constantly a different consistency, half the time it has solid chunks in it (not pieces that are supposed to be there). I have been a regular customer of this location, but I will not be going forward. I've had a couple times now the food has grossed me out to the point I wont eat it. This food is awful and quality is non existent. Best I can tell is serving items that are not maintained, heated or re heated properly, potentially been around too long.
Couldn't make it past the first 3 ingredients, girl kept putting whatever on my burrito, the they didn't even wrap it they just smooshed it all and rolled a foil ball . The only reason I give 2 stars is because the ingredients did have good taste , and not that they were handled properly or anything other than it did taste good. I got the carne asada with white rice , pinto beans lettuce , corn , shredded cheese and mild sauce .
Been to multiple Chipotles and never had such a negative experience. To start, a recently dead roach on the floor by the cash register. We told an employee about it. She didn’t seem surprised as she stepped on it and DRAGGED it with her foot behind the register, where it was broomed up. Three employees stood around while a new employee made our food. The burrito bowl and kids quesadilla were fine, but my burrito came out looking more like a long sub than a wide burrito. Because it was rolled improperly, I had to eat it on a bed of napkins as it leaked sour cream and salsa. We won’t be back.
I ordered a bowl to go, the rice was over cooked and mushy, streak was so dry and the veggies were burned to a crisp. There were multiple tables that had not been cleaned and had trays and trash in them. So thankful this isn’t the Chipotle I regularly visit.
I was surprised to see chicken spilled all over the platform. It looks like it might get mixed in beans and veggies too as containers are placed nearby...Not recommended for veg/vegan people as you may get chicken in it.. This is the condition of the front side, I don't know how much hygiene is maintained while cooking to separate veggies and chicken
The dark skin cook ain’t even ask me about my quesadilla just straight cooked it I wanted to add extras but I guess that don’t matter right and the other dude having a attitude and being rude leaving the change on the table bc we said we didn’t want the old busted meat at the bottom twice because I told the guy for my quesadilla and was said again about the meat no on wants the fat meat part I definitely won’t be coming back here this is not how you treat customers 10/30/2024 5:20 Pm Wednesday afternoon

I order my bowl online, so when i got off work i could just get my food on my way home. when i arrived at the store late for my pickup i was expecting my food to be waiting for me. but the staff hadn't even begun to make it. i waited for 15 minutes while they attended to the multiple online orders, and they made mine last, even though i was the only one there, no one in line, no one else picking up food, it was just me, waiting for my food. when i finally got my food, i thanked them, went home, and discovered that they had either mixed up the orders, or just didn't read what was written on the ticket, i tried calling the store to discover the store doesn't answer their phones (company policy). i drove back to the store with the misorder, and the gentleman i assumed was the shift manager inspected my order so intently like he was checking for a fake ID, then asked "so what do you want me to do?" i want my food sir, I'm hungry. I could've forgiven all of this, mistakes happen. but then the girl making my order, and it must've been her first day, was barley giving me any food in my bowl. when i asked her to please give me a full serving, she said i would have to pay extra. i asked her to cancel my order and to give me a refund, only to find out they cannot give refunds at the store (company policy) so i took my food and went home. i was too hungry and tired to deal with the situation, and if i had stayed any longer i would've exploded. long and skinny of this is go somewhere else, there are plenty of chipotle around, with better service. avoid this store.
Idk why these restaurants get such a high rating. They are always dirty, dingy and nasty. It costs $20 for a single person to eat. Specific to this location Food was ok tasting but cold, everything was dirty and nasty looking, and the fountain was out of coke. Staff was very nice and friendly. Overall terrible experience here and I will not be returning.
Terrible customer service. The 1st service prep member could not understand English. (Did not follow my instructions. The 2nd service prep member stared at myself and children with as if we were from another world (it was weird) and the final cashier clerk that took my order could have been the manager had a rude demeanor and was rude for no apparent reason. They food prep member added an extra side of chicken to my 7 year olds order. (Was this an upcharge) I only advised the cashier that I did not request extra chicken. She was mad before I opened my mouth. Well now we mad!!! This really did happen today! Food was good 👍 just thought I would share.
Worst experience we had among any Chipotle locations.. They were out of veggies, Gauc and wont substitute anything else.. All tables/chairs taken down even 90 mins before closing

We went with our family hoping a good experience with servers. Female lady serving portions were extremely rude, was not allowing enough time to choose items and rushing the whole experience. We asked little extra guacamole and we were asked rudely to pay for which end of doing. We were made feel small and insignificant as if we were beggars and not customers. Food was OK but entire experience with my family is ruined. Pls avoid this place if you want decent experience or food. What’s up Chipotle in 2024v
Cashier charged my husband and myself full meal. The cashier didn't get our complete order correct, my daughter didn't get her juice nor her side of fruit so I had to ask the cashier about it. She said she needed to charge my card for these missing items. No fuss process my card for the juice and side fruit. Once we left my Bank Alerted me of this transaction. Called the Manager at the store and said they couldn't help me. Very Disappointing.
Ordered the rice bowl with barbacoa and smoked brisket. They piled on the rice with 1 chunk of barbacoa not shredded and just a few chucks of the brisket. When I got home I noticed the bowl taste like cinnamon ?? Needless to say I will not return to this location.
When I walked in there was only one person in line in front of me and I was waiting for them to finish. Not one of the 5 people behind the counter said anything to me. When I walked up to get the food o ordered online they still just look at me no how may I help you or anything. Then when they handed me my food I said “thank you” in a smart mouth way like really! So all of you have bad customer service. Then I get home mind you I live less than 5 minutes away and my food was COLD!!! Don’t come to this Chipotle unless you want to spend your hard earned money with rude people and cold nasty food.
If I could give this store -10 stars I would. They are suppose to be open till 10pm but I took my daughter here to get Chipotle to go at 9:40pm and the doors are locked, the employees were just looking at us laughing. There were a lot of other potential customers at the door with us, people kept walking up and the employees were just watching, pointing and laughing. I even sat in my car afterwards just watching more people walk up to the locked door before 10pm!!! If you’re open until 10pm please don’t lock the doors before 10pm this was absolutely ridiculous!!! I was so mad and I know the other people were too.

Worse Chipotle I’ve been to. Place was so dirty it was hard to find a place to sit. Tables were absolutely filthy. For $18 for a burrito and a drink you’d figure they would hook it up a little more like most do. Nope…I’ve had better burritos from gas station Taquerias. Just nasty
We reached to this place at 9:50PM. We went inside and they were making a bowl for one customer. As soon as they were done making a bowl for him the guy/employee comes to us and says they are closed! I used to work for restaurant too, I understand you feel tired at the end of the day but you guys close at 10, not 9:50! Second, I have never sent my customer back without food like this. If you were closed you should have locked your doors or atleast should have told us that you guys are closed when we entered. No one really told anything and we waited in line for whatever time! Bad staff. Also one of those employees was already standing outside smoking! He should have stopped us and told us that they are closed. Atleast we could have started driving somewhere else for food at that hour of night.
They regularly close (take equipment apart, clean, and lock the doors) at least 15 - 30 minutes early. Not professional. The service is usually friendly, though. As a business, if you want to be cleaned and leaving at 9:45pm so you don't have to pay employees while it's slow, then list your closing time at 9:30pm. Otherwise customers should expect to be able to order and leave until your posted closing time. Having to pay people even when it's slow some days is a part of running a business. According to reviews, plenty of others have experienced this as well. Added a photo to show they were closed with locked doors at 9:35pm on a Saturday night with no signage or explanation given. They desperately need new management or staff or both.
2nd time here. 1 st time I said that I wasn't returning. Well, guess what... This time I paid $18+ for this food. The pico is old and tastes spoiled and slimy. The steak is raw and you can taste the blood in it. The queso is on the verge of turning hard. The food is cold. The only thing that was hot was the queso but that's probably to finish selling it off because if it was the temperature of the other food it sure would be hard. No wonder people be getting sick from y'all's food.
I’ve been to this location a few times in the past couple of times. The kids working are fine but it seems like it’s their first job. The food is horrible over cooked or under the heat lamps too long. The food looks unappealing and tastes worse. This is a manager issue. Unfortunately I’ve noticed this change in quality at a few chipotles. Today is May 1 2025
Family of 4 wanting to order but chose to only order a kids cheese quesadilla meal because all the meat and rice looked super old and nasty. The veggie tray was empty and seemed like the little scraps in there was sitting for along time! No quac for chips and kids meal came in a regular Togo bowl? Ended up going next door to pollo regio for fresher food!

This was the nastiest chipotle location I have ever been to. There were about six 18 year old boys who obviously have never had to clean anything before attempting to run the place, it was like someone just put a bunch of drunk frat boys behind the counter. There was no need to tell them what you wanted in your bowl because everything was ALL OVER the place and mixed together. It was so disgusting. The trash was more than overflowing, so trash was just falling on the floor. I never leave reviews but someone needs to get ahold of that place or shut it down.
Probably tied for the worst chipotle I've been to. I asked for chipotle chicken but got regular. The girl obviously wanted me to leave even though it was 20 min til closing. Water leaking in front of the men's bathroom. No soap in the bathroom. I thought Grapevine was a nice city but now not so sure now
The Asian manager was very rude and disrespectful. Going between food and handling brooms and unwilling to change gloves. Very condescending and rude to guests. The 2 ladies before me he basically rushed their order and treated them like they weren't paying guests. He took pride in his horrible service and personhood and gladly accepted. I wouldn't touch this place with a ten foot pole.
Axel, the “manager” here is HORRIBLE. Closing a whole hour early and cleaning with soap water that was getting on the food, with customers waiting out the door. Poor guy upfront was trying to do his job but this manager kept interrupting and taking out the food to the back. Not how you run a restaurant
I felt like the employee here don't wanna serve the food , and in recent days I experienced a lot in Chipotle. Feels like they don't want to give you quantity what they charge for. They count the peices of chichen or rice.haha not recommended place to go , they charge you a lot but don't want to serve the food what you deserve quality and quanity. Dear Chipotle Customer Service, I am writing to express my concerns regarding an unpleasant experience at your Grapevine Mills location on Friday, August 30,2024 During my visit, I ordered a steak bowl to go and requested that my lettuce and sour cream be placed in separate containers as I planned to eat them later. The staff member preparing my bowl complied with my request for the sour cream but was stopped by the female cashier when I asked to have the lettuce placed in a red container. The cashier informed me that this could not be done, so I agreed to have the lettuce added on top instead. After paying, I reached for my receipt as the cashier had walked away from the register. The cashier then yelled at me not to touch the receipt. When I asked for her name, she claimed that employees are not allowed to provide their names, which I find difficult to believe. I attempted to take a picture of the receipt for reporting purposes, but the cashier brought the manager on duty. The manager dismissed my concerns, asked me to delete the picture, and I complied while he was present. I then requested the manager's name, but he also said they are not allowed to provide their names. Additionally, when I asked for the corporate contact number, the manager initially provided an incomplete number and then returned with a revised 800 number. By this time, another customer had joined me in waiting and expressed that the staff’s behavior was unacceptable. I am requesting a formal response to this situation. If you are unable to assist, please forward this complaint to the appropriate department. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I emailed your store and did not receive a response.
They didn’t put the stuff we ordered and we were missing 10 dollars in food
I ordered on the App at 8pm I then found out at 9:30 they cancelled my order and left me hanging with nothing to feed the kids. Even after I drove up there, they wouldnt make the food because they were out of chicken. The DoorDash driver waited an hour but then just left and never contacted me back. I also lost 1500 points I used on the app order. I’m still pissed
Walked in Chipotle at Grapevine Mills location at 9:15pm on June 28th ordered food. There was a young man cleaning the lobby and he saw that I had taken a seat. He walked over to the manager and the manager told him to tell me the lobby was closed and that I was free to eat outside. There is no lobby close time. The lobby closes when the store closes. Chipotle doesn't have a drive through - it is a walk-in, eat‐in establishment. Nothing on the door indicates early lobby close time. I also overheard the manager tell one of the employees he wanted to be out quickly. I had not been to Chipotle in a good while because the value has diminished with the portion sizes. Service like this means I won't go again. Then I asked the manager or at least the guy who claimed the title for his name - as I full well intended to report to Chipotle that I was denied dining room access‐ He would not give it to me. I kindly thanked him, left and went straight to writing this review. The young man cleaning the dining room.was terribly courteous. The manager not so much...How unfortunate.
I am truly never coming back to this location. I received a notification that my order was ready through the Chipotle app. Was the order ready? No. Did the steak actually take 15 minutes to come out like the staff told me it would? No. It took over 45 minutes for my order to be ready from the original pick up time because they simply forgot it despite me walking up to the counter! I usually try to be understanding in situations like this but the location was not even crowded! If you want Chipotle nearby I would drive to the Colleyville or Flower Mound location. It would probably take you less time to drive to one of those locations and order than it would to pick up an online order here. If I hadn’t prepaid for this order I would have walked out.
Terrible service. Workers act like it’s a burden to do their job. Small portions. Floor was dirty. Restroom was dirty. Food was dry and bland. Kady was rude.
Have gone here tons of times because we live right down the road but recently they have been not even filling up the bowl. I could fit my whole fist in one side. Ridiculous. This one is closest to us but will be making a trip to a different one since this one doesn’t know how to properly portion.
Walked into this establishment no one made eye contact or greeted me. They were to focused on online orders. Management seem to be sitting with a team member then got up abruptly to take my order. I finally got greeted but was rushed with my order. So much to the point he asked me twice about what my protein was. I got a bowl the rice and beans were fresh but everything else looked like it been out for some time. It's upsetting to spend your hard earned money on quality and get the bare minimum.
I have walked out of this restaurant 5 times without ordering, which I guess I should be thankful for having the opp to walk out before purchasing. This has to be one of the worst managed QSR I have ever seen and it spans across time and employees. Nothing ever changes. Why do they need to change they are "CHIPOLTE"? Dont take my word for it. Try it, observe, seek freshness, hot, cleanliness, competent and professional employees. Must be franchised. Cant see corporate letting them operate like this.
Barbacoa was unshredded and just a hunk of meat. Asked for a different piece and was told nothing he can do it’s all like that. Okay cool. Then seemed annoyed with my fiancé for ordering barbacoa too as if it’s our fault. Rice was old and in big clumps. Guac was hanging off the side of the bowl. This was at 1:40. They weren’t even busy.
