this is my first time ever coming to an Einstein bros. and i will be coming back!! everyone was friendly, and i was seriously just in and out. i came on 10/3 at around like 12 and the staff at that time were all so lovley! my bagel is actually perfect and i really enjoyed my cold brew as well! im for sure coming back to try a sandwhich and a diffrent drink thsi next time, and im gonna become a rewards member cause im now ebbs biggest fan hehe <3

Honestly, I haven't even opened my food yet, so I can't comment on that. However, I just wanted to point out how nice the lady was that was working. I am not sure of her name, but she greeted me when I walked in, I asked for some extra sauce on the side for my order, and she was happy to get it for me. Nowadays, ppl are SO rude all over the place, so it is a breath of fresh air to have someone so happy/nice when dealing with customers. Thank you to the woman who was working. Your kindness doesn't go unnoticed.

Good ship. Needs some paint around tables. Needs some tlc on the floors. Great selection and good hard working people.

Ordered online and it was done in a timely manner. Was already ready on the table by the time I arrived. However, all the bagels didn't have very much cream cheese in my opinion. Looked like they just put a small glob in the middle and didn't spread it.

Considering the amount of orders being placed, I got my order at a decent speed. I've been to many of these locations and ALL of them had some sort of hot sauce, and would cut my sandwich in two. Not the end of the world obviously, but it definitely doesn't look good for a $12 sandwich.

I ordered a specific sandwich through the Einstein Bros website. When I picked it up, no one told me they were out of the bread I ordered. I only found out after opening the sandwich and seeing it was made on a bread I don’t like. I called to ask for a refund or a remake, and they said they could remake it. I told them exactly which bread I wanted this time. They gave me a complimentary smoothie, which I appreciated—until I opened the remade sandwich and found a hair in it. For context: I have tight, curly hair. The hair in my sandwich was straight/wavy, so it clearly wasn’t mine. At that point, I was done. Between not communicating substitutions and a basic sanitation issue, it’s clear quality control is not a priority here. You can keep the $15. Zoom in to see the beautiful long piece of hair on top my sandwich!

I hadn’t been in a long time so decided to stop after early morning workout. Got coffee ( and the Vanilla Hazelnut is very good) with a cinnamon raisin bagel toasted with butter. The bagel was burnt and all you smell and taste was the burnt flavor. Should have been easily seen by person buttering bagel but what you get when employees just don’t care. Will be a long time before I try again.

They have good bagels. However inside is run down . The soda water machine has been broken at least for past two months I am coming here. So no tap water etc. coffee often not very fresh…

My order was taken promptly by a very friendly young lady. However, it took 15 minutes to be served My food, and breakfast sandwich egg was undercooked and dripping off the bagel. So disappointing to continue to walk into an Einstein Bagel knowing they have an outstanding menu and great food, but continue to run the business with grossly under staffed locations, preparing the food less than satisfactory. Einstein leadership and their local management needs to turn this around, or this great brand will cease to exist.
